Ben was great. Made sure we had everything we needed. Finance guys were not good. Tried to tell us the best he could do was 4.5% with a 800+ credit score. Told them I would finance else where and he then offered 2.2%. Would recommend Ben highly but be careful when talking to any of the financial guys.
I enjoyed my visit at the dealership with Mr. J. Williams. I wasn’t rushed or felt like I was being pressured to buy something immediately. I was able to take a look at all models that I was interested in and was able to make a great decision with Mr. Williams’ help. I would definitely recommend this location if you want a great quality purchase.

I traveled over 8 hours to purchase a car from this dealership. We communicated via email, phone, and text regarding car details. I requested full video footage of the exterior and reviewed interior photographs. I was told that the paint was in good condition, interior leather was in good condition, and the car was ready to be sold. Upon arrival, that was NOT the case. We were shown a car online that appeared to be great. After arrival, seeing a cracked windshield, drivers seat ripped leather, and bubbly paint, we made the choice to not follow through with the purchase. The driver side had a 4 inch rip in the leather. We were told that the damage occurred in the detailing process. The hood and roof had bubbles and spots that looked clear. We were told from our salesman that it was due to tree sap falling on the car. Next, my question was why is the car not completely clean and why is this sap not coming off. After closer inspection, we realized the sap was actually where someone had tried to repair the paint and failed making the clear coat bubble. Personally, after wasting over $1,000 to find a car to fit my family, I have zero respect for this dealer. It would have been helpful to know of these details PRIOR to the trip.
The salesman Jay W. was very respectful of what I wanted. He seemed to be on my side throughout the buying process. He didn’t just try to sell me any vehicle but he tried to please me and my desires. He made the buying process simple and less frustrating than I have previously experienced. This lead me back to him for several vehicles and as long as Jay W. sells vehicles I will be a returning customer because of his willingness to find what I want and make it an easy process.
I will give credit when credit is due, as you’ve seen in past reviews. However, I take issue with the absurdly long wait for my vehicle when I have an appointment scheduled. I dropped the vehicle off early for a 9:45a appointment. I figured there would be an update by lunchtime that it’s done. After inquiring at 1:45p - it still wasn’t done.I finally got my car after 2:15p. That’s 4 1/2 hours for an oil change and service appointment.Why schedule appointment times??? Please work on consistency and update communications if short staffed or issues arise. It is better than being told 10-15 minutes to find out it is 30+.No issues with the Service Dept members, which used to be an issue. Greg was courteous and the other member with his feet up on the desk looked relaxed.
Jay W. is possibly one of the friendliest salespeople I’ve dealt with. I was really just looking around, but he didn’t mind. He even recommended a great place for lunch. If he’s still around, I’ll be back for my next purchase!

Kenny handled my service with excellent customer service and attention. There was a minor mishap on the car that occurred during the servicing and once Kenny was informed he ensured the problem was rectified and the vehicle returned in proper working order. Kenny was very pleasant to work with and I appreciate his customer satisfaction. We just moved from Florida to North Carolina and outside of grocery store reps. Kenny and Hendrick was our first customer service provider interaction in the state and we are well pleased.
We bought a GMC Canyon Denali from Hendrick GMC in 2019. It has been in for service for the same issue approximately 10 times since we bought it. No resolution. The service manager was supposed to get corporate involved and get back to us. We’ve been calling and emailing for weeks now and no response. Meanwhile we are driving around with the check engine light on with no resolution to the problem. Have even tried contacting Hendrick corporate and just got the generic “we will get back to you” reply. Would give zero stars if possible. We are beyond frustrated at this point and regret buying from Hendrick!
My backup camera module on my Buick Encore went bad. I had to leave my car over the weekend because they had to order a part which would not arrive until Tuesday. Kenny Keaton kept me informed as to what was going on. He was as patient as anyone could possibly be and was in contact as soon as the information was relayed to him. He gave me the excellent news that my extended warranty would cover most of the cost and he would try to make sure I got my car back on Tuesday provided that the part came in early. It did and I happily picked up my car. I so appreciated the explanations and reassurances and my experience was very pleasant and I feel I was taken care of.

I needed a part replaced and an oil change. At the end of my visit it was communicated to me they had to order my part, so I have to come back on another day to have that service done when I’m under the impression that both services would be completed in my 4 hour wait. I’d like an explanation on why it took 4 hours for a oil change and multi point inspection and why the part being ordered was communicated to me after my long wait.

I was selling my gmc truck to them after being told they would pay me more than whatever car max offered. Got my appraisal from car max and Hendrick was unable to offer me more than car max. I was unhappy that Hendrick couldn’t deliver what they promised but I was thoroughly impressed with the service Benjamin Maerz had provided me. He was very apologetic about the whole situation and most of all he was willing to pick me up and take me home from car max on his day off. I believe anyone willing to do work related business on their day off deserves a raise. Not to mention he was very kind and easy to talk to.
Service guys at front desk are great, however, I had my apple ear buds stolen from my center console, why is it that you guys need to snoop through peoples trucks to find the master lug nut to remove the tires, why dont you have your own?
TERRIBLE!!!I had a 9am appointment to just look at my sunroof. I was 15 minutes early, and all they had to do was take a couple pictures and decide if it would be covered under warranty. TWO HOURS later I asked what was going on, as my car was still sitting in the parking area. They finally pulled it into the garage, where it spent a whole 5 minutes before being pulled back out...then I sat for another hour waiting for them to tell me it will be covered under warranty, but no parts, no lead time, and no idea when they can fix it. I spent over 3 hours for then to say yup its broke, but we dont know when we can fix itCustomer service was one of the worst I have ever experienced here.
They were very courteous to my wife and I. They even completed our job quickly even though we were a bit late for our appointment. I would definitely use their service department again. Greg was a great service advisor!
As usual, I asked for my regular service coordinator, Mr. Hamilton. As usual, he gave the job professional and courteous attention. This is my fifth Yukon Denali. All have been serviced by Hendrick’s and, I believe, all work has been cohort yet Mr. Hamilton. It is good to always know who I can rely on for dependable service.

I was very pleased with my experience here. The mechanic rode with me until he could hear the noise I was referring to and put my mind at ease. They didnt try to overcharge or oversell me. The waiting room was clean and I was treated well. Will definitely come back to purchase a vehicle here when my financing is up.
Scheduled an appointment a week ahead to wait for my oil change and tire rotation. I was told over the phone it would be 1 hour to complete the simple routine maintenance. When I dropped the vehicle off, I was also told about 1 hour. After an hour, I walked up to pick up my vehicle, and they had not even taken it back to service it yet! What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment, informing them you will be waiting, and them not even caring about completing it in a timely manner. After telling them I had to leave, it remained outside for another 15 minutes...then they took it back and had it out to me 15 minutes after that. They changed the oil but it appears they did not rotate the tires, top of the fluids, and Im sure they didnt complete their multi-point inspection either. I had prepaid for multiple oil changes when I purchased the truck because it would save money - but I realized that is a WASTE of MONEY! Do not spend money to have the dealer do it. You save MORE in your valuable time having someone else do it efficiently than wasting your day waiting on the Hendrick GMC dealer to do it. This was not the first time I had to wait excessively here...and I have had enough. If HENDRICK GMC cant consistently deliver what they promise, then it shows everyone what you truly think about your customers. If you were graded like they do in school, you would receive an F or a ZERO for failing to turn in your work on time.

Jonathan also helped me put a plan together to get my car serviced and back running like new that wouldnt affect me economically. Spent 3 hours 15 minutes to have Buick Enclave to have a 45,000 mile check up. The oil was changed, tires rotated, transmission fluid changed and basic maintenance. I drove my vehicle 15 miles and the “check tire pressure SYSTEM “ light came on. I immediately called dealership and was not able to tell the woman who answered the whole story when she quit listening and said, you just have a low tire. I attempted again to tell her that it was not low tire pressure and her reply was maybe you ran over something. She was very condescending to me. I finally spoke to the service manager and agreed to bring car in at 9:00 am today. There was a line (which is understandable) and at 9:15 when it was my turn, the service representative walked right pass me. I rolled the window down and he said he’d be with me next and proceeded to walk to car behind me. My car finally was checked in at 9:29. I had to leave as soon as it was ready, so I asked the service representative to ask service manager to call me. No phone call yet. The part on car had been broken. Also service representative waited on the car behind me.
JB is an outstanding service advisor! First class service experience and my vehicle was repaired the same day as drop off. Kudos to the entire service team but JB was a pleasure to work with and kept me up to date on my vehicles status. Overall, a first-rate dealership service experience.

I brought in my 2019 ZO6 for an oil and filter service along with installing an aftermarket exhaust system. Greg was fantastic holding the parts for me and Rob (the Technician) did a careful and meticulous job removing the old exhaust and installing the new one. I couldnt ask for better customer service. While I waited, they even provided me with a free meal ticket to grab lunch from numerous food trucks. Ill definitely be back for future service needs on any of my GM products.
I contacted Hendrick GMC in Cary NC, and scheduled a diagnostic test for a second opinion. I recently had my GMC Yukon serviced at another local GMC dealer and felt I was not receiving the customer service care they advertised. My service advisor at Hendrick GMC was JB Bryant and I can truly say after speaking with him he definitely cares about his customers. He went above and beyond making sure things were right regarding my vehicles maintenance and finding the best solution to resolve my concerns. I was recently having problems with my Acadia not starting. I called the service department was advised I can bring the car in, if it wouldn’t start they offered to send a tow truck. When I got there Jonathan Bryant made me feel very welcome and he understood my concerns about possibly getting stuck somewhere. Not only did he assured me that they were going to find the problem as to why my vehicle wouldn’t start but they would fix it. Jonathan made sure that I had a ride home so I did not have to sit there for hours and when they did locate the problem Jonathan gave me a call to let me know my car would be finished soon. When I got to the dealership everything was perfect.Sometimes as a female going into the service department can be a little intimidating and it’s nice to know that here you will be treated fabulously.

Terrible experience,Built a GMC at4 1500 in store exactly the way I wanted it. Agreed on price it came out to with discounts and everything else and gave them a small down payment to place the order for me. After about 5 months go by (which was fine, I knew it was going to be a while before it got here) they called and said the truck was at the dealership. All pumped to go get the truck the coming weekend, they called me right back stating I won’t be receiving any of my discounts we agreed on and to top it off they proceed to tell me that absolutely none of the packages/extras I ordered/chose for the truck are not on there and there’s no way to get them. Still wanted the same price for the truck without the extra’s!!!!!! Needless to say I just had to pass on the truck and take my business elsewhere. Worst experience with a dealership by far.
From the first phonecall my experience was exceptional. The woman I spoke with to schedule an appointment offered immediate availability and was very friendly and helpful. The service advisor Kyle was also very friendly and helpful when I dropped my vehicle off. The service was exceptional and Kyle took the time to confirm which warranty my repair was covered under to ensure the deductible I paid was correct. The issue was identified and fixed extremely quickly. This was my first time having service done at the Cary location and I would prefer to return for all future service, if only it was a bit closer to my house!

Not only was he extremely helpful detailing what to expect, but he kept in contact with me through the duration of the appointment to let me know about the status, issues, and potential fixes. Jonathon in the Service Department is the biggest reason why this has become my go-to dealer! Anybody can sell you a car but you must get it serviced so THAT is what matters to me most. We will definitely shop here first for our next Yukon Denali when our current one gets old based on how Jonathon has treated us for service. The work is done right the first time and in a timely manner so they’re worth the extra expense versus trying to save money at 3rd party repair shops.

With the global supply chain issues there seems to be a run on everyone’s service department which makes it challenging for high mileage drivers like me who often need service once a month. Recently, they still found a way to again deliver professional and thorough service even when their schedule clearly showed they couldn’t. Many thanks to JB and the entire Hendrick Buick service team for again exceeding my expectations by going above and beyond. As a long time Ford owner I am now squarely in the Buick camp. Bought a used Nissan Versa from Hendricks and the car was as described. Worked with Benjamin and he was great! Very transparent and strong follow up on everything he needed to do to get the car ready for me.
Despite all the challenges that I faced finding the vehicle I was looking for in my locality, I was able to find a dealership outside of my region that made the experience as personal as it would have been had I done everything in person. I did everything over the phone, the car was delivered to me with a full tank of gas and in perfect condition, and the paperwork was finalized at my house. The entire experience is a game changer. I did not have to drag my 2 year old to the dealership and spend all day waiting for papers to be printed and signed. Very pleased with Matt, Phil, Gus and the driver that delivered and notarized my paperwork.

Called to the dealership and ordered a tire and scheduled an appointment. Let them know I would need an oil change as well. So I showed up ahead of my scheduled appointment and they took my truck in for an oil change. I sat there for 2 hours and then decided I should ask as they were only changing one tire. When I get there they tell me that they actually did not get the tire in and that the one they had was the wrong one. They said they wouldnt have it for another 3 hours. About 30 minutes later they found the tire and it had been there the whole time. All in I sat there with an appointment for 3.5 hours to get an oil change and one tire. Not a good look.
It was difficult to get an appt- chat on website was not helpful. And then I called to schedule while also looking online. The person on the phone wasnt able to provide the same times as the time showed online. I signed up online while talking to the person on the phone and was told that she wasnt allowed to provide certain services/appointments due to the type. She was able to push it through since I signed up online and used a different team- full service team rather than the quick lube team. She was only allowed to schedule for the quick lube. I also was not aware that there were different appointments based on if you need to stay with the vehicle or for drop off.While at the service, it took 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Not bad in that regards. The scheduling of services needs to be addressed. It is not convenient or provide correct information.Edit- I called and left a voicemail as requested below. No response from Nicholas.6/21/2021- still no reply from Nicholas after calling and leaving a voice mail last week.
Devante did a great job during the test drive answering questions. He was very efficient with our time getting paperwork together and kept a good line of communication going throughout the entire process. Michael did a great job during the finance portion of the process. My wife and I both really enjoyed our conversation with him.
I had an appointment for an oil change and tire roatation that day. My service advisor,Lee, helped get me checked in and told me that it was going to take about 2 hours to complete the service because they were backed up. He offered another day if I needed or could still stay and wait. He was very nice about the wait time and I decided to stay. I sat in the waiting area and read a book on my phone. Before the 2 hours were up Lee came to find me and my vehicle was ready. Lee made my check out process a breeze and with in a few minutes I was on my way.
Ben was wonderful to work with and he was very knowledgeable about the car. My intention was to start shopping there and then look around. The car and the service were so wonderful, I figured why go anywhere else.
Oil change - Lee and Kyle were great. However, 2 hours for an oil change for an scheduled appointment is not acceptable. You all have been in business for a long time and should know how long an oil changes takes and schedule your workload accordingly.
