Brook was fantastic when my car was badly dented. It was an insurance claim, and Enterprise got their wired crossed about sending over someone to get me for the rental car. Someone at Performance drove me over to Enterprise and got me going. When I got my car back, I saw they had not only cleaned it where they had done the repair, they even cleaned my wheels!

One of our service vehicles unfortunately got wrecked when it hit a deer late at night. It caused pretty severe damage to the front end of the vehicle. These guys were able to work on our high top van and got it totally repaired within two weeks. They dealt directly with our insurance and took care of everything. This meant so much to us. They kept us updated throughout the process, there were no surprises, and now we have our truck back on the road and good as new. I will use them again and will refer them to others. Great service. Very happy.

I needed a simple fix to the siding on my car door. The receptionist at Cary Car Care gave me the contact information to Performance Auto Body. I stopped by this morning to have them look at my door. Not only did they take care of the issue within 10 minutes... they didn’t charge me for the fix! I had a wonderful experience and will use them for all my auto body needs in the future!

Billy stayed in contact with us while they were fixing our Ford Escape. When my insurance stopped covering a rental for us, Billy didnt hesitate to rent a vehicle for us. He didnt want us to be stuck because our car had to have some parts ordered. The accident was a headache but Billy and everyone did everything they could to make things easier on us. Thank you so much for everything you guys did! The paint is a perfect match, body is great and you would never know we were in an accident.

These guys are miracle workers. I had my first accident in 40 years with by far the nicest, newest car I have ever had (the most I spent on a car previously was $18k and the lowest mileage was 80K of all the cars I have purchased). Anyway my beautiful 3-year old Lexus was banged up - driver front fender and door. The door had a crinkle near the hinge. I brought the car in after getting the insurance quote.I had a good first impression - no junkers parked outside, office was very clean and organized.The manager came out looked at the quote and within seconds knew exactly how the fix would be done - he would order parts the next day, I could drop the car off Monday and it would take 2-3 weeks because of all the things listed on the insurance quote.They found a couple more things needed - another $2k. I didnt even know it until I picked up the car. They went directly to the insurance company and got it approved - all taken care of.When I went to pick up the car, I almost cried - it was in better condition than when I bought it! I have absolutely no idea how they fixed the crinkle in the door - not a hint that anything was done to it. They even buffed out some little scratches not from the accident. There is no way anyone could have done a better job than Performance. So nice to know professionals who are masters of their trade! I cant thank them enough!

Non honest body shop. They did a paint work but messed up something else and said that it is due to age of vehical..not smart enough to think that some other body shop will easily identify its their mess up...my insurance will deal with theirs.. soon

I had a great experience with Performance Auto Body having my car repaired. It was a difficult situation with only pictures of my damaged car to work with at the start and a tight schedule to have the repairs done. Billy listened to what I needed done and came up with a solution to get it fixed in the timeframe I needed. They came recommended from the auto dealer for my vehicle maker. They were also a preferred provider of estimates and repairs with my insurance company which made the claims process and payment process much easier than I thought it was going to be. I will refer friends here anytime!

I send a lot of my clients to Performance Auto Body and theyve always done a great job for them. Its a great mom and pop operation. We had the back door of our Honda Odyssey painted. The price was very reasonable for excellent quality.

Quality of work was OK. Hood was not properly re-aligned after repair, and I was told there was nothing they would be able to do to fix it. I took the car home, and aligned it myself, and it sits as it should now. The replaced core support is showing some surface rust due to a less-than-thorough spray job.The manager (owner?) Brooks was condescending and rude, after I dropped the car off. Before dropping the car off, he was much nicer. I wanted to know what was happening with the vehicle, and he was not willing to go through the process with me. I care about my car, and like to be informed of what people are doing with it. I sourced parts for the repair locally, instead of having to wait an extra week for things to be shipped in, and he became very irate. Every time I dropped by or called or dropped by, I was treated in an unwelcoming manner. Despite all of this, after the repair, I called to inform him that the AC was now not working after the accident, and he became more irate with me.He needs to develop some people skills, and not be so arrogant

They do not have a clue what they are doing. Steer clear. Dont meet timelines, low quotations to get you in the door and a ignorant staff. Wish I could give no stars. Walked in with 3 car issues after being rear-ended, and then got rear-ended again by them in terms of price, time, and quality.

Had a huge repair. They did a great job and were very professional in every interaction. They also helped me get things straightened out with insurance and rental agency. There was no sense of shadiness in their business and they did a great job sending me updates on where the vehicle was at in the repair process. This is how an auto shop should be run.

My Nissan Rogue developed an interior leak on the drivers side. The dealership recommended that I take the car to a body shop and specifically referred me to Caliber Collision. It took ages to get an appointment and when I finally did, they returned the car to me without fixing the leak. Frustrated with both the Nissan dealership and Caliber, I made a call to Performance Auto Body and discussed my issue with Billy. He scheduled a time for me to bring the car in and arranged to give me a lift back home. I left the car with them a couple of days and thanks to Billys dogged persistence, he found AND fixed the problem. One of the best customer experiences ever. Highly recommend!

They even washed my car inside and out. I Highly recommend taking any car with cosmetic damage to this shop. Dont let the location or small venue fool you. PAB knows how to fix a car.

I called last minute without an appointment to stop in for an estimate and Brooks was able to squeeze me in. He was very friendly and also fixed the issue I was having in a matter of minutes, free of charge. I will definitely go back to Performance Auto Body in the future for any repair needs.
