Got my vehicle towed there after it turn off at work. They acepted the vehicle and allowed me to get it there safe after business hours. The mechanic is very professional, they are not the type that makes you buy a bunch of parts to see what is the problem. Humble and efficient staff. Will go there if need another service. They will help your needs if you work with them, responsible and respectful employees. A+.

I brought our car in for a check up and it needed a new oil gasket and rear suspension parts. JNM charged a very fair price and explained everything to me. They said they would finish the car on the same day which they did despite a little hiccup with obtaining the right parts for the job. They are all very nice and respectful people with a family business vibe. Our 2003 Camry is running smoothly now and my bank did not break!

Im so glad I found JNM Auto. I needed to have my alternator replaced ASAP. Bettina scheduled me right in and the work was done the very next day. Jay and Bettina’s shop is literally the most honest shop I have been to in years!! They did not try and fix an issue with our vehicle, that wasn’t going to exactly solve the problem. They gave us price estimates on both of our vehicles showed us in the shop the issue and why it would not be worth the money to get it fixed. We actually came to get other work done but Jay said that wouldn’t fix the even bigger repair that we needed. They talked to us for a while like they have known us forever!! I would most DEFINITELY recommend them. Their customer service is top notch and I will be back for all of my vehicle services!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Jay and Bettina. Not only did they pick up our car to take it to their shop, but they went the extra mile to find us the lowest prices on parts and accommodated our requests to have them use them. Jay even painted our wheels because they were so rusted, and he couldn’t stand to look at them. Top notch service, and I literally didn’t have to do anything but say “yes, fix that, or no, don’t fix that.” They even delivered our car to us in the morning while we slept. I’m was so impressed with their service, and highly recommend them.

JNM Auto is certainly my go-to auto shop. I recently moved to Cary and, as a young woman, I am always nervous about taking my car to shops as I have been “burned” in the past because I am not super knowledgeable about cars. However, everyone at JNM is so transparent, honest, and realistic about what needs to be done with your car and how much it will cost. They treat you like family and make sure all your questions are answered. Jay and the technicians will actually show you what’s wrong with your car. He even FaceTimed me when I could not stay with my car! 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

I was only there to get a oil change, but Jay went the extra mile, and found a loose bolt to my power steering and tighten it up for me and didnt even charge. If it wasnt for him finding that I could have caused even more problems.. Jay is the best and I would recommend him to everyone thanks Jay 👌

There is always an instinctive hesitation when it comes to auto mechanics due to having been burned in the past or knowing someone who has, but here I believe is an honest small business worth checking out & giving them an opportunity to earn your trust. To set expectations, it’s not fancy in its decor, but more important to me is reliability and that their work is well done. They are easy to reach via phone, very friendly, and flexible in scheduling. Jay took the time to show me my car and explain things for future considerations but had no pressure to get them done earlier than needed or with their company. My car is still in great shape currently, but will be back when my car needs service. As a woman looking for a trustworthy automotive shop, I came across a Gem. Fantastic customer care. Always polite and professional. Nothing is too difficult for them. Jay is an amazing mechanic and explains why he recommends something. His wife Bettina is very helpful and makes me laugh.I used to go to bigger name automotive companies and felt I always paid too much.I will always use JNM Auto for any work needed on my car as I know they will only do work that is required at better than a fair price. JNM really saved my day. My car battery had died overnight and i was stuck. I was googling tow companies and noticed JNM did service as well. I called and spoke to Bettina. I asked if they could come and install a battery for my car. She reassured me no problem and she sent her tech Chris. He came right away and got the replacement in quick. Now I can get back to my business thanks to JNM. I was astonished with the very fair price they gave me for service right away. I cant thank them enough. I just started using JNM Auto for our fleet auto repairs! So far I am pleased. This seems to be a great locally owned shop that cares about their customers and their quality of work. Jay has been great to work with and the entire team. I dont remember his wifes name (my apologies) but she is very professional and is great with the customers. Bettina and Jay - the owners here are the best people to work with I have ever experienced for auto repair or just about any service!The body work and mechanical work is second to none!I have a 2016 Lexus - cost to repair or replace bumper was SO much less here, Jay was so fast in getting my bumper and other scratches repaired. Also changed oil etc.His wife - Bettina who answers the phone and runs the office knows just about as much about cars as her husband Jay - just a fabulous family owned business I highly recommend him and they are right in downtown Cary.

So happy I went to them. They went out of their way to do an oil change and replace an oil filter that had not been replaced by Pep Boys in my last few visits there. Even though they had a difficult time their price stayed the same and was extremely reasonably. I feel I finally found a car repair shop that I can trust. They also make you feel like you are their friend and they are looking out for you. Jay and Bettina and the guys truly have made me feel there are still good honest and knowledgeable people out there. They do not try to sell you something you dont need just honest workers, Im super greatfull for their help today. I highly recommend them.

Another reputed service shop had said that I needed to replace both my compressor and condenser. JNM figured out that that was not needed and really only my Freon was leaking because of holes in valves. Very trustworthy.

Im so glad I found this shop online! Iam new to the area and I didnt know where to go.The owners are really nice. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. I needed an oil change and inspection, prices were lower than I expected. The mechanics were courteous, fast and efficient. Ill definitely come back again for all of my cars needs.

From the moment I walked in the ambiance was light and welcoming. I explained my concern and some other problems I now felt comfortable mentioning and they listened attentively and offered their professional opinion on what I needed immediately and what could wait. I didn’t feel overwhelmed not one second of my time here.They’re AMAZING- and offer exceptional service that I wish I had back home.
