Ive been coming here for a very long time, my family had our 2 cars here for repairs and body work. We all had no issues. I brought my car here now for body work, they finished in perfect timing along with great quality. Bill and his team are great to work with. Everyone is super nice.

Did a terrific job as always. Have been here 4 or 5 times over 30 years for dings and dents. Found them as always responsive and fair.

I have had work done by this shop a long time ago (late 90s) and sent my daughter there for repairs about 5 years ago. I have always thought they were the best in the Cary, Algonquin, Crystal Lake area, until now.I sent my daughter there again (as a self pay repair, liability only insurance). They, right away, gave her a reasonable repair estimate.I called them to see if, since she is self pay, if I could supply the paint and parts.I have been in the automotive industry for more than 25 years as a technician, in both repair and body shops, and now I work as a parts ans paint supplier as well as a technician. I can get parts at less than wholesale and the paint and clear coat for the same.I was told by Robin, direct from the owner, they would not do work with customer supplied parts and paint for warranty reasons I call BS on that. I have dealt with thousands of body shops and they will ALL take customer supplied parts but offer no warranty.In this case Cary Auto Body is interested in only selling their inflated parts and paint and disguise it as a warranty issue.It pains me to say this because of the past dealings, but avoid this shop.

Always a great experience when dealing with Bill. From a simple oil change or something more complex like the complete paint and repair job done when I had hail damage all over my car. Bill & Robin were great and extremely helpful from start to finish, this was my first time going through the experience of auto body repairs and they made it quick and painless. From drop off to pickup. They even called Enterprise for me and had them ready to pick me up when I dropped my car off and even brought the rental back when my car was ready for pickup. This experience far exceeded my expectations and I want to say thanks again for staying open late just so I can get my car after hours! P.S. It was pretty awesome to see the entire car was detailed too!

I have been using these guys for 5-8 yrs, and have brought in numerous cars. I called Bill Olson because my bumper on my Suburban was damaged, I went in for an estimate which was $1227 for a new bumper. I called back and said can you fix it or repair it. He said sure for approx. $200. I bring my Suburban in to get the work done. When I got the bill I was amazed that it was $668. He said the $200 was only for the repair not all of the work & labor. He never mentioned any other prices except for $200. Whether he out right lied to me or forgot to mention the other costs I do not know. It was my mistake that I did not get it in writing first, but I trusted Bill since I had done work with him before. I will never use this company again. If you elect to still use Bill Olson make sure everything is in writing, so he cannot misinform you over the phone.

Ive been coming to Cary Autobody for a little over a year now. The first time I came here was when my car had been hit and my insurance company directed me to them. However, since that visit Ive returned many times. (Car is at that age where it all goes.) and theyve always been very helpful.I would suggest Cary Auto Body to anyone who has any car needs, theyre the best mechanics around and they dont take me for a ride. That being a fairly important point for me considering I dont know a great deal about cars.

I have been using Jim Olsons Cary Auto Body for 8 years and have never had an issue with the repairs. The customer service I received was above and beyond the call of duty. I was offered a free loaner car and a free car wash with my repair. I will continue to use them, and refer all of my friends and family.
