Bad experience with the service department. Took my jeep in for a warranty repair for death wobble and was told the jeep had been wrecked. They based this off a scuff in the bumper. Wont use or recommend to anyone thats for sure!

I came in late on a Friday evening to look and test drive a used vehicle. I was fearful that it was going to be too late to get much done. I had researched the vehicle on their website and found their description to match the vehicle exactly. I decided to go ahead and proceed with the purchase. Their staff quickly assessed my trade in and gave me a fair deal the first time. I was treated fairly and they did not waste my time negotiating. There first attempt to get me to buy a vehicle was their absolute best costs. In and out in about 2 hours. They are honest and respectful.

Spoke with the service manager, Billy Streets, today about the bill for services provided. Technician installed a part, diagnosed as required by Carthage Chrysler, that did not fix the problem. When asking why we were charged for a part that did not fix the vehicle he stated they would not do anything about the price, but he would take the part off the ticket and charge more money, because we were complaining. We‘ve spent $4,794 with the Ford Store and $4,263 with the Chrysler Store in parts and service. If they won’t help us out over a $188 part, they won’t help you out either. Not going back as long as he is the manager or until he apologizes for his extremely rude behavior.

Highly disappointed 😞 with Service Department. Made an appointment for my wife to take our 2017 Jeep Renegade. It was making a hard jump at 29-30 mph, they said it was a hard shift an said they reprogrammed it. Then I got a letter in mail an said my 36,000 mile warranty was almost up, an wanted me to get it extended.. took it to Frank Fletcher this morning . Typical car sales place. Great service department that is the only reason I deal with the sales department. They had exactly what I wanted in a used vehicle. Had to go through the standard ritual of buying a car, offer counter offer meet in the middle, buy the car. A waste of 4 days time.

4 star. Our salesman was great. Process took way to long. We bought a 2017 Dodge Journey with 96 miles on it the rides and drives very smoothly. However we do have a problem with the dealership itself, we had called quite a few times to see if we could get a license plate bracket for our car and they claim they dont have them for hours but the people we go to church with bought theirs from them and they gave them one for their car. Then when my husband confronted Dwayne he said O Dodge doesnt make anything like that so my husband looked it up on the actual Dodge website and lo and behold there was license plate brackets.

Went to look at a used truck on the lot, drove off in a brand new truck. Once he talked me into testing driving a newer vehicle I feel in love! Amazing customer service and very helpful with everything!

I received a marketing flyer for the Cash Wars promotion. I made an appointment for 8am.I explained to the lady who made the appointment that our daughter has to be at Crowder for class at 9am. I received an appointment confirmation for 8am. I drove from Neosho to Carthage, 19mi, to find out they did not have anyone available to read (validate) the flier until 9am. The individual who told me they dont have anyone to read them until 9am Could care less I wasted 45 minutes and 38 miles.

Just bought a Jeep compass from them and it was so easy and affordable. They were flexable and worked with us! Definitely recommend!

The service department holds the hearts of my family! We are in the middle of a military move as my husband is active duty. We are traveling with 4 service dogs, 3 small children, my elderly mother and in tandem with my husband pulling our other vehicle.Our windshield wipers went out of timing in the middle of thunderstorms and literally tornados circling the area. The manager brought us in immediately, accommodated ALL of us, as mentioned we are a large family in the middle of undescribable stress!!!! They took care of tightening the wiper arms and resetting the timing to get us back onto the road safely. Please know how much we are grateful and will never forget your act of kindness!!! Vehicle was delivered to us so a final inspection was not done before they left it. Things that we discussed was not fixed and the detail work was horrible. Not saying I wouldnt use them again, but I would make sure they did everything before I signed the paperwork. I told them I was unhappy, but I never heard back from them.

Called from out of town, got a hard hit on my credit from the dealer but they never sent it to any banks. 5 hours later Ricardo the sales man pulled the old some one walked in and played cash. But I may be able to get you his trade in lol dishonest dealer.

I do not appreciate this store... About 3 months ago my husband and I bought a car off of a small company, they took it to this dealership to run diagnostics and check the check engine problems and to make sure that there was nothing else wrong with the car... Well about a month and a half to two months later the transmission went out in the car. So we had it towed to the dodge dealership in Joplin. Not only did the transmission go out but the rear axle seal has a bad leak, and the water pump has a mild leak. The Joplin dealership told us what I already know through common knowledge of cars, and that neither a transmission nor a rear axle seal leak is not typically an all of a sudden problem, but rather something that happens over time; meaning that this dealership should most likely have caught it when they did their diagnostic and once over over the whole car. Then when the Joplin dealership called this shop, they said that the guy they talked to was very vague and non-descriptive of their work on my car. So because this dealership and mechanics suck at their job, I had to spend an extra $1500 dollars for a transmission replacement, and will have to go back sometime within the month, when we can afford it, to spend another $250 or so to get the rest of it fixed and let them make sure there is nothing else wrong with the car. I will definitely never go back to Carthage Dodge dealership, or the place we bought the car.

Was having an issue with my auto protection plan, so I called the dealership to ask a couple questions and was given the runaround by extremely rude staff. Called the auto protection company directly and had my issue resolved in a jiffy. Wont be going through this dealership in the future.

Had been having trouble with my air/heater fan shutting off. Came here to see about getting it fixed. I have a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500. The guy tells me, we dont normally work on vehicles that old. I would think older vehicles should be the ones normally needing repair.
