We were able to call same day and get a 1 nite reservation. Easy access off I-49. Pull through and back in available with full hookups. Sites are different sizes. Ours was small with no shade. Most sites have no picnic tables.Roads are paved and easy to maneuver. There is no pool, playground, bathhouse. There is cable and wifi. A laundry room and rally room.Good for couple nites, would stay again.

RUDE! After walking around in the lot for some time we finally went in to get a salesman. They made sure to let us know how busy they were. The salesman we got spoke to us like we were idiots and after low-balling us, told us to go somewhere else. Id never recommend this company to anyone.

Really Nice until they get your money, DONT naively trust them when they assure you there is no leaks or water damage, nice doesnt mean honest. ..they give a 30 day warranty but then avoid you, dont return calls, or put you off for the 30 days. .. Cheryl in the office was very friendly, and sweet.

We had our camper broken into and all of our personal effects stolen. We were out of town and had to have the camper towed to Coachlight. They were so helpful, especially Steve. We were under a tremendous amount of stress about not being there and having our camper broken into and all of our things taken. They made us feel so much better knowing the camper was safe with them.

Sold us an RV 4 years ago that is in our opinion is still a lemon and not working right I wouldnt by another one from them again! 42 things wrong from the water heater,happy Jacks comeing away from the wall because they forgot backing support the rv dealer only helped us very little we bought a Grand Design 399th

Great place, I had them clear coat my entire RV. I have a 32 foot Winnebago Spirit, they did an excellent job, however this place does not do oil changes or any chassis work they only work on the couch. So, all I can say is if you need a oil change done on your motorhome Wheeling RV I-44 at Exit 8 will work out fine. I really like Coachlight because they do such great work and they have a RV park right behind them which is Coachlight RV park, which I stay at a lot...great location.

Purchased a Grand Design Solitude 344GK-R from Coachlight last month and couldn’t be happier with the people and pricing. John made the purchase process as painless as can be, and was accommodating to a fault. Before delivery, we stayed a couple of nights in their beautiful campground, as they recommended. Jeff gave a great overview of the unit’s features and operation, then towed the unit to the campground. After our stay, they towed it 80 miles to our storage unit in Rogers, Arkansas (was waiting for the truck I ordered to be delivered). A pleasure working with all of the staff at this dealership!

What a joke the service department is. Had an appointment on Thursday and they didnt even look at our camper until Tuesday, Left multi messages and emails and no call backs. When I did finally got a hold of them they told me the reason they hadnt looked at my camper cause they were getting their campers ready for a big sale weekend. Was going to have them due warranty work and they told us that that we would have to pay freight on any part they had to order. Thank goodness I call my warranty company because the warranty will cover that expense. Im glad I didnt let them work on the camper. Horrible customer service!

Great customer service! Bought our RV a year ago and they still remember us when we go in to look at the store or put in an order. Our walk through was very thorough.

If you actually stay at this RV Park and the sign says there is no space available but you see a space available, when pulling in after-hours, and that space does not have a reserve sign on it. Do not stay there or the manager will have charges pressed against you for trespassing. I have stayed at this RV park for years and never had an issue until I decided to drive through one night late and did notice the park was full but had seen the spot that I had stayed in was available and didnt have a reserved sign on it. I decided to stay. The next morning I was kicked off the property, ran off violently and told charges will be pressed against me. So just be careful and follow the rules to a T. Ive always enjoyed staying there with my family but now I will never go there again as long as this violent manager is on site.

Great people

Ideal spot for those who are self contained as there are no showers or toilets. Sites are level, and ideal for large rigs as well as small ones. Nice people. Very well appointed, quiet, and right next to RV service if you need it.

They are the textbook definition of outstanding customer service. Bought a new Jayco fifth wheel and it was the smoothest vehicle purchase Ive had in 44 years. Negotiations with the owner were fast and extremely fair. He was able to find us a better loan rate than I could find by myself. Answered every question I had in detail. My wife noticed a piece of trim that was messed up on our initial walk through and they had it fixed before we came down for the pre-delivery inspection without us even mentioning it. They gave us access to a heated area with electrical and water hookups so that we could test all of the systems. Found 3 or 4 very minor issues and they had them all fixed, the trailer winterized, and us hitched up and on the road an hour or two later. Gave us all kinds of free extras for the RV and 10% off on everything in the store. Sales staff A+. Shop guys A++. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch RV shopping experience and theyve earned my business for life.

Were thinking about buying RV 5th wheel.

Bought a used nuway hitchhiker from coachlight a couple of years ago. Two weeks after purchase noticed leaking . Took it to them said they would fix they had it for a week and fixed nothing. Called them to tell them still wasnt fixed and they flat out told me it wasnt their problem. Will not purchase another rv, fifth wheel or pull behind from them again.

If youre thinking about purchasing an RV from @coachlightrv in Carthage I would think twice. Took my camper in for warranty work and after 3 months it came back with the bedrail pushed askew ripping the canvas, latches misaligned along with the inside full of unused screws, nuts, and trash laying about the floor. Very shoddy work and poor customer service.

Always have what I need and the staff is great.
