Could clean up the isle a little. Part time stocker could definitely help them.

They have a wide variety of products. Friendly staff. Its easy to find a Dollar General store. Each store is a little different. They are fun to look around in.

My store . The manager may look gruff but he is a sweet guy. Unless u are a shoplifter. He can spot you and he will stop checking someone out just to call you out in front of everyone. Dont try it!!!

Staff at one.store is great but not so much at the otjer 2 here in town and they are not coupon freindly

Has a great selection. And the employee Anthony Todd was outstanding in help and suggested selling. I went in for a couple items and left with several. Many items I would have never known that Dollar General had in stock. Thought I was going to have to go to Walmart for the itemsBut because of suggested selling I found the items I needed cheaper and didnt have to go any place else. Was a great experience. Will reccomend Dollar General on Grand in Carthage to everyone I know. Thanks Dollar General and the wonderful Anthony Todd for the great service.

Carthage, Mo stores are the worst i have ever been to.Clutter, Floors Dirty, items not stocked in Specified Areas, Customer Service unfriendly on & on....Will never go to the 2 stores here again.

I appreciate that this particular location is well kept; and they keep employees well.

Walked in the store at 10 till 9 and got told before we even made it all the way in store that we had 5 minutes to get our shopping done. Thats the worst customer service I have ever received and to be honest I will not go back. The staff are rude and need to go to rehab.

Staff took me material requested and suggested what to get, even though it wasnt most expensive item in department. Anytime have had question when person wasnt sure went to another to get info either to answer request or process to get info..

Well, DG sure is everywhere. I suppose they provide something thats needed in small rural communities where full sized supermarkets arent available. We buy Highland milk here because its quite a bit cheaper than at Walmart.

Lots of things not put on shelves yet but they are doing there best with not enough help. One person, she was at register was all I saw and no one stocking. Feel sorry for her.

People do not social distance or wear mask.

They have everything you need and its easier to get in and out of compared to Walmart.

Great for quick visits and little shopping needs. They have a small selection of groceries and house hold items, and other items. You can find most items you would from Walmart at Dollar General.

I stayed in the car while a friend shopped. She waa in and out in a few minutes.
