We were passing thru the area in a Tiffin motorhome and had an issue with a tire stem that we couldn’t fix. Called the service center when they opened and they told us to bring it on in and they’d look at it. Showed up and Brent, the service Mgr, came out, looked at it, went back inside and returned with some tools, fixed it within a few minutes and sent us on our way. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Oh yah, didn’t charge us a penny. Told us to have a great trip and tell our friends about them. 100% recommend!

While on a road trip, we had a lock issue with our travel trailer. The staff service was efficient, congenial, informative, and all was resolved perfectly despite their busy Saturday schedules!

I stopped by here when both my propane stove and backup camera stopped working. I’m a new travel trainer owner and both these items had been working recently. The service man came out to my rig and patiently showed me the user errors I had taken and how to easily remedy my mistakes. He was very thoughtful, kind and patient.

We were involved in an accident and needed a replacement fifth wheel hitch in a hurry, but the one I wanted was not available anywhere. Everyone seemed to have them on backorder. We were directed to see Casey at Mid America RV and he really came through, getting us the hitch within two days so that we could continue our trip. Casey provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond. Id highly recommend them for your RV parts needs.

I stopped by Mid America RV yesterday afternoon (20 minutes before their closing time to be precise) to purchase a hitch for my toy hauler because of some towing problems I was experiencing. Casey Flint, the parts department manager went over an above my expectations in terms of service and product knowledge! Casey quickly identified and solved my problem which was the way my current hitch was configured. Casey personally helped me with my hitch and got me back on the road safely for my drive home. For the record, my hitch and camper didnt come from these guys but I wish they had and Mid America RV will be my first call on my next purchase. You hardly find service like this anymore and I HIGHLY recommend these guys for parts or your next RV!!!!!

We were having problems pulling our new toy hauler on its maiden voyage. Contacted the dealer where we bought it in Lincoln and they suggested it was the hitch. We contacted Mid America to see if they had a certain hitch in stock, they did. We stopped and spoke with Casey who came and looked at ours. He was honest and said we didn’t need to buy a new one, in fact he helped us fix the one we had. Needed some parts only available at a dealer. Called, they had to do some research, once they found out what I needed he called, parts were ordered and I was told it could be awhile due to the odd shaped box. Was only 1 week. Parts gave me a call when they arrived and said my name was on it and can be picked up anytime. Great customer service. Thanks MA RV.

Really pleasant salesperson but the camper was broke. Even though I was paying cash 52,000$ they would only fix the problem or possibly problems after I wrote the check. Good thing I asked to power the camper when I looked at it or I might have driven off with the camper not knowing the issues. They actually passed on my offer to still buy the camper if they fixed it. They said they are not repairing it without payment. Oh by the way it is a 2021 sprinter 5th wheel.🤔

Once again Cody (salesman) and service guys were on point. We purchased a trailer 2017 TB2600 last March and enjoyed our first trailer greatly. However my family realized just how cramped it was. (We should have listened to Cody but he refused to be a pushy salesman). This year we decided to upgrade, I contacted Cody and he recommended the 2021 BH282 by Springdale. We have so much faith in the folks at MidAmerica we purchased it sight unseen. They installed everything I needed all I did was ask, (TV, Screens, Bed lifts, Double Batteries) and once again made this the perfect buying experience. Thank you Cody, Melissa, and Parts guys. If you want a great trailer with no pressure and treated right this is the ONLY dealership to deal with. I will be a lifelong customer.

I want to say that we didnt buy our camper from this place BUT it is because of the quality service it will be were we look for our next one. Many places wont service RVs they didnt sell. I cant say enough nice things about this place! Im very upfront that we are new to RVing and they take the time to answer my questions and give suggestions.

We like going to look at 5th wheels, and RVs here. Their new location is really nice. Someone always greets you and asks a couple of questions. Like us we want to just look if we have questions we will look for that person to answer them. We appreciate not feeling pressured.

I told him I’ve been looking at 5th wheels That I was interested in a used one. So he pointed me in the right direction of the lot. Told me what he had over there and there price range that they had on them. Told him I was still learning about them. He was honest and said there is a lot to learn. Ask him a few questions he answered right away. Look at what he had they where nice units but they wasn’t what I was looking for. Like the length & floor plan. So I was getting ready to drive off lot seen him standing next to building talking to another Gentlemen. Cody step away for a minute and walk to my Vehicle and answered a few more questions. He didn’t follow me Around the lot and try to pressure me into anything. let me look at my own pace. I will definitely keep Cody in mind when I’m needing anything that has to do with RV.

Update, the owner called about my previous 1 star review and 1st ask me if i wanted them to work on the camper,(i said yes since it was in the shop and the insurance company had already sent the check made out to them) then he stated that by me giving them a1 star they didnt have much to work toward. He said they were short staffed due to covid and lack of sales but when i went to pick up the camper the lot was full of new campers.

Not the biggest dealer in the area, but certainly the best in customer service and friendliness. We shopped the other dealers, and at the end of the day found ourselves searching just one more place. We were sold! Our salesperson is Scott and he has a wealth of knowledge on his products and has one of the best attitudes Ive come across in this industry. We also requested some small special additions from their service department. Their service manager called just to double check exactly how we wanted things completed and he was the definition of polite and friendly. Bought a toyhauler, fantastic people, need a camper get it there.

We went there to get our motor home ac fixed and they tore into it then said, oh we dont fix that. We couldnt understand why they even started if they cant take it all the way. And what they did wasnt right according to the fellow that fixed it for us.Correction to the owner- As I recall, they never told us that it wasnt something that they normally dont work on. I specifically asked if they work on basement units. The reply was, yes we do. But nothing was mentioned about diagnosing and doing what they can. They did replace a control board which it needed but it was installed so close to the metal frame that it shorted out and had to be replaced by the next service center. In short, it was almost $500 that was wasted and didnt do us a bit of good.David

We checked the website and thought they had two of the models we are looking for and drove an hour and a half to get there to be told they had sold them a week ago. We were not pleased and this is the second time their website has not been current. When we said the website needs to be updated, the salesman we spoke too didnt seem bothered too much. I mean, they sold them a week prior! As a followup, the website still shows the sold items in stock almost two weeks later

I bring my mother in law camper to be fixed here as they purchased their camper here. They told her one price on fixing the level jacks fix the level jacks and tell her it will be more without calling her first. Many other communication break downs that I went list.I told them today as I paid for the repairs that we will no longer be doing business with their establishment, the service guy who took my money didnt seem to care whether or not we came back. I feel that they took advantage of my mother in law and customer service was not met. Only reason for a star is for their selection. I am very upset that she didnt get the courtesy that should have happened before charging her double. We are the type of people that will pay what is owed but have the common courtesy to let us know.

If we could give them a zero we would. It has been non stop issues with this place since we literally signed papers. Between financing, not being upfront with costs, having stuff broken on the TT it’s been a joke, one person saying one thing and the next something different. Their customer service and management is abhorrent. We’ve had our brand new TT less than a year and are getting rid of it already just so we no longer have to deal with this company.

I bought a 2014 rushmore from out of state. I have a couple complaints about the fifth wheel that I bought first of all they told me the couch folds out to sleep two people. You can in reality barley sleep one. I think that the couch may have been changed out so it doesnt have the original couch that would sleep two people. Did not realize this couch didnt make out to a bed until I tried to use it as a bed..the other problem they told me I didnt need a slider hitch.. but I did need a slider.. this is a major pain in the but..make sure you are getting what you think you need and what you are supposed to be getting as usual they seem christ like but seems they like everyone else they will get you any way they can
