My Civic was not shifting its a manual so I thought it was going to be pricy to fix. Turned out to be just air in the line, Lambeth could have taken advantage of me due to limited machinical knowledge but they were up front for the cheapest simplistic fix. Thank you

I took my vehicle to a few places and they did nothing but make more issues for me . so I found this place and they did grate on fixing the problem others didnt see or want to do but they got it done The only thing is u set appt most places u get in that day well that is not the way it is there it took a day or 2 and dont expect to get it back on a weekend but all in all its the best place in carthage . the quality of there work is good. bud make sure u have another car and not in a hurry they could be behind. They have that much work there a good place to go

My son used this repair shop to diagnose and repair his car they kept his vehicle for over two weeks didnt diagnose the issue said they were swamped and charged him $240 he put a negative review and they called him threatening to fine him $2500 for leaving his review!!

Transmission was shifting roughly. Took it in for a fluid flush. They found a broken mount and repaired it. All is working well again.

My truck had problems. Some were obvious some were not. I just asked them to fix the obvious ones which were electrical. When Dale test drove it he noticed those I hadnt spoken of and identified the problems. They were serious issues. They called and gave me the estimate. They were priced fairly and now my ol truck drives like new. These folks know what theyre doing. Trust them.

I was traveling back to Minnesota, From St. Robert Mo. . My engine light came on. I pulled off the hwy yep broke down.the Tow truck took me to Lambeth Auto. The tow truck man was so great to even open the door for me.I GIVE THEM A 150 PERCENT!!. It could have been the worst trip ever. Far from it. THE LADIES IN THE FRONT OFFICE WERE SO NICE DROVE ME AND PICKED ME UP from the hotelBroke down on Monday and Thursday they had it done, wow! They checked everything. I absolutely love Lambeth auto! Not only was Klista the sweetest person, she was very understanding with the situation I was in. Was in an accident and my insurance sent my car to Carthage Ford, WORST DECISION! Explained my situation to her and she was very sympathetic. Towed my car over, they did a full diagnostic and called me back with an estimate. For all mechanical, $913.18! I feel so blessed that you guys are taking care of my car! When my daughters car broke down out of town, we had it towed to Lambeths. They gave me a worst-case-scenario estimate, which wasnt as bad as I thought it could be. I was pleasantly surprised when the bigger part didnt need to be replaced. It would have been easy to pad the bill of an out-of-town anonymous car owner (we did everything by phone). We werent able to pick up the car during business hours, so I paid over the phone & they locked the key in the car. We picked up the car & it is running great! A leak issue weve dealt with the 4 years weve had the car seems to be fixed. They were easy to work with & offered me options with the repair. I wouldnt hesitate to use Lambeths again, if I find myself in Carthage.
