I think Bass Automotive does excellent work. But they chased me and did everything except accuse me of stealing off their lot when I looked at a used car randomly on the back lot.I had used them once before and they did great.If youre a harmless old man in sweat pants and its the middle of the day, dont walk to close to the building, cause they all come unglued.Id say a ex con as big as a door with prison tats at midnight might not be challenged as hard.But, Im just a confused old man, right?

I like how they actually answer the phone. Helpful and friendly with answering my questions. My car was giving me problems but has stopped since my appt time but I will still take my car here to be repaired because of the customer service. Thats hard to come by these days.
