Went to have my ring cleaned and a stone replaced. Upon arriving there were 2 employees who clearly couldn’t work together. One seemed like she knew everything in the world and the other seemed new. The entire time the new one needed help and the other girl would make smart remarks towards her. The whole process was SO unprofessional and discouraging since they had to send off my ring. I just left hoping they didn’t loose it. Had to pay in advance for the repairs because it was going to be sent off. They said it was going to be two weeks but never told me a date. Fast forward and I call them and they advise that the “promised date” was a couple days away and didn’t even check if they had the ring but said they would email and call me when it arrived. 3 days after the promised date I never got a call. So I called and they said it was there and it had been ready. I sent my husband to get it and he had no problem. About 2 hours after he got it they called and accused me of not paying but said the wrong services(I got a diamond replaced and she said you got it sized). She went on and on about how I didn’t pay even though they made me pay upfront 3 weeks prior. She was so rude and unprofessional to me and called me sweetheart or sweetie instead of my name, which is super disrespectful.I will NOT be using them again. Period.I should have gone with my gut and left in the first place.Point of story: bad customer service, decent price but you will probably have to pay 2 times and overall disrespectful encounters!
We were assisted by Brian he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He made good rapport with my wife and I. Went in to get a ring for my wife for our anniversary. We plan on coming back again for a necklace for my wife for her birthday. They have financing options with no interest which is great!
I have never left a review like this. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Melanie who works there “processed” our order for our ring. We called and she told us to expect an email. It never came. 3 weeks later we call back and they need the order number. The receipt THEY printed did not have one. Melanie then told us to call corporate, who then could not help us without an order number and wanted us to call back the store. You see where this is going. At this point Melanie tells us she will call us back. She also insinuates she sent us the email. She still has the email address. But she can’t find the order? At this point it’s making no sense. I try not to get frustrated but this is a ring we have purchased and have been patiently waiting on for weeks. To just lose the order is beyond anything that’s ever happened to me as a customer. My fiancé gets upset and asks for the district manager and Melanie refuses to give it. She then says she doesn’t think the order even processed all the way. This was ENTIRELY her fault. She didn’t even offer to try to make it right. She seemed to put the impetus for receiving the ring we ordered on us, instead of the store who is supposed to ship it. The worst customer service of my life. You have been forewarned.
The manager is a joke, he only helps or says hi to you when you are buying his stuff and the women have bad attudies, I spent over 1300 in the last month and you would think they would treat you better, and the jewelry is bad here falls apart quick... Stay away
Stopped by to pick up something I had ordered. The people I normally deal with were not there and the people working were somewhat friendly but it seemed forced. Maybe they were having a bad night. Still a good store if you are in the market for jewelry.
Great experiences. Ask for Haydn, he is the manager but he is so confident in his knowledge of the products he sells. He is very professional and honest. Not pushy in trying to sell. He can also create and draw out any piece of jewelry you can imagine. Haydn is more of a Jeweler Industry Consultant, than sales person.His team can fix anything- I bought a watch at a different location & the band broke. The Kays team were able to have it back to me in an hour & at a very affortable price. You cannot beat this store on prices or customer service.

Very friendly staff, however I was somewhat disappointed they didn’t carry the charms for their bracelets anymore. I was told they pulled them out of all stores and only available online. Ended up having to go to a different Kay for my mother in law because my husband wasn’t with me when I visited here only to see a case full of them at that location. I inquired about the information I was given and they said no, they weren’t going anywhere... So I bought a piece of jewelry I wouldn’t have otherwise bought.
Store opens at 10AM. I show up at 10:30AM with doors locked. Told they were getting ready for an event and no sell for me. Thank goodness another jewellery store down the street.Edit: I have been in this location several times and been treated very well. It just hit me the wrong way when I was being dismissed and told to come back later by a younger male employee. No apologies, no use of SIR, just were setting up for an event, come back later.I dont want anything free or some discount. I just did not like the way I was treated. Please stress to your employees the importance of treating all customers with a little better attitude than how I was treated.
I went up to the Kay’s jewelry’s in cartersville, I bought my product in Fed of this year. I went up there today Nov, 27,2018 to get my chain fix on my necklace because it was broken. When I went up there they told me that my product didn’t match there chain on there display, my chain has been the same chain since I bought it. They refused to fix it, and called me a lair and said it looks brown and fake. The necklace wasn’t brown and it’s real. I called customer service to complain about the behavior that I got from the store, and told them that I was refused to get my chain fixed and they told me again that Kay jewelry’s refused to fix my 189.00 product because it didn’t match they product when it did. I have pictures and my warranty and receipt showing they product was the same as there.
Was helpful, but could use more inventory for exchange items. Pleasant staff

Had my wedding bands dipped in rodium- they didnt call me to tell me they had arrived back in store and then the rodium dip was streaked on the band and it will have to be sent back off to be dipped again.
