This store is trash. Its where rednecks go for a good time. I literally went in to purchase Newports and they refused to sell them to me saying that they had to sell me this other brand of ciggs. since they were trying to get rid of some inventory. I said I didnt want those and there were plenty of Newports in front of them. She literally refused to sell them to me and would rather lose me as a customer. I live off Mission Rd and the BP will have my business forever now. Theyre quiet and leave you alone.

Customer service has gone down after Jack sold out n new owner put son in as manager. Repeatedly out of items purchased daily. Manager promises to get the items next day n repeatedly fails to do so. Not a patron of this store anymore after 20+ years as a loyal customer and 20 + years as a loyal customer of Jacks at Charlies in Woodstock. A aerio
