Quick pit stop for a pick me up on our way to Atlanta. Drive thru was fairly quick. But they made one of the two drinks wrong. Love their coffee but for these prices I expect for them to make it right 🙄

I order a venti half ice. $7.44 and left a $1.00 tip because the young lady was so kind When I asked why my cup was not full I was told because of half ice.

Who the heck doesnt love Starbucks? But what was really great about this experience coming to this one specifically for the first time was I nearly forgot my credit card and the cashier at the drive-thru had no problem letting me know that and making sure I got it back so thank you for that! shout out to her for sure

I was under the impression that they are open til 10pm. But it’s been 3 times I have showed up a little bit after 9 or 9:35 and they are closed or walking out before 10 and the cones are already up through the drive through so you can’t even order if they were there. If your times have changed please let customers know because I live in acworth and wasting gas we don’t have is not cool. If I had known they were closing at 930 or 9 I would not have driven out here. It would be nice to change your times if they are not correct.

Good tea, fun staff, and I love how willing they are to make special odd drinks when you ask for it. Seriously this is one of the best ran Starbucks in Ga. and I’ve been to at least half of them because of my adventuring habitsAsk for advice here and they will always help you pick something good. All of them have great costumer service skill also.

Great spot to pick up a quick coffee to go. We were headed back to Atlanta last Sunday early afternoon and the drive thru team was exceptional. Both had a great spirit and funny way. Major thumbs up in my book.

Id give this location 12 stars for their ability to get you out of their massive drive-thru line quickly, but only 3 stars because my drink is correct only about 30% of the time. Its always correct on the label, but whoever is making the drinks cant be counted on to actually read**and follow**how I requested it to be made. On the rare occasion that I get fed up & ask them to redo it, I usually get no attitude, but theres that ONE older lady that always has something smart to say about my request..... This person is dragging the whole team down!

Always on point. Definitely always a massive line, but they never seize to amaze me how quickly they get you through and they get my boujee, extra drink perfectly correct every time! Im impressed!

Quick and accurate ordering right now on the drive thru. I believe they may have just allowed inside dining again but not entirely sure. The staff is always quick, friendly, and abiding by the Covid safety rules. Easy to get in and out of this location which is a plus. However, park on the ends or out back if you want to be able to get out thanks to the drive thru line.

Everything was good and fast.

7 employees working all them looked at the 2 people in line, not one even acknowledged us. After waiting 3 min, I asked the barista if they were even taking inside orders. She replied yes. Waited another 3-4 min, floor manager asked if we had been helped yet, we replied no. She started to ring up my order but didnt know how to enter changes, she walks away... second employee had to come over and finish our order up finally.But at least they made our drinks correctly...lol. We will not be returning to this location.

I actually really love this Starbucks. But very disappointed with my visit yesterday. I ordered 4 coffees & 4 muffins. Was not given a drink tray. When I got to work, the lid was on incorrectly and the hot coffee burnt my arm and ruined all the muffins in the bag.

Good service, and the food is pretty tasty. Especially the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich! I would recommend Starbucks 100 times over!

Whats not to like about this location?Convenient location, easily accessible and the Starbucks menu you know and love.Having not visited prior to Covid19 the drive thru seems like it is constantly busy and in demand.The employees were helpful, kind and courteous and everything we wanted was available.It didnt take very long to get our order at all.Very happy.

When we came to this Starbucks, it had amazing service. We where getting two large to go coffee jugs and the service was on point. They told us exactly how long we had to wait. They also brought it out to our car and helped us with the coffee.Highly recommend this place. It was super clean and organized as well. The staff are amazing. Great work everyone. Keep it up!Also they had great music playing and everyone was very friendly. With so many starbucks in the area, this is the best one to pick from. We tried all four of them to say that as well. Highly recommended.

Every time I go to this store, Im impressed by the wonderful service they provide. No matter how busy they are, their service is quick, the drinks are made perfectly, and they couldnt be any friendlier. Im so grateful that this store is close to home and that I get to be a customer there.

This was the worst experience. We just went into the store to grab a coffee and had to use the restroom. The employee told us in the rudest way that we are not allowed to because of covid and lied to us a few times about why. The space was also unclean and they claimed that it is for sanitary reasons though they are legally supposed to provide a restroom to customers. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

The hours still say they close at eleven pm as usual, but three separate occasions over the past month I’ve come through the drive thru at 9:30pm-10:15pm and they’ve told me that they’re close. They won’t even open the window, they’ll just walk off or make hand gestures through the window. I don’t usually leave reviews but this is extremely poor service and I would have been fired for closing early when I worked in food service. I find it very unprofessional and think if they’re being warranted to close, then someone should update store hours because this is ridiculous.

Good for a morning jolt. Sbux coffee is very strong so make sure you get the syrup, sugar and extra cream if thats a problem. Friendly service, especially for 550 AM.

Love to sit at Starbucks on my computer. Its so relaxing and the caramel mochiatto is to die for!

Place was clean and the staff were nice. Had a problem when I was looking for a reusable cup the employee didn’t know what I was talking about. I think the employees should be Knowledgeable of the stuff they sell besides selling there food and drink items.

Love how they are so fast and always get my order exactly right. The only complaint I would have is that they arent always open on time. Sometimes its a few minutes late up to an hour after they are supposed open.

Pros: The staff members are sweet and friendly, and they seem to enjoy working. Con: They have yet to get my order right. I love how nice the workers are, but literally every single time I go here, something is wrong. They are quick to fix the problems, though.

Look: when I ask for a pour over specifically, I want it pour over. I know you have some brewed. I am not coincidentally ordering it this way. The people at this store are friendly at most hours and they do a good job. The managers are obviously managers but they dont talk down, this helps the coffee.

It is the best place to drink coffee and relax with silence and work on homework or work on the computer for teens and adults.

Perfect! Always fast service. Delicious hot coffee. Try the double smoked bacon, egg and cheddar breakfast sandwich (actually served on a delicious croissant)...so yummy. The drive-thru is quick.

Whats not to love at Starbucks? Literally from coast to coast I visited Starbucks stores and been delighted with the fact that their employees seem to always be adequately trained and friendly. The quality of my coffee is always just as tasty as my local Starbucks.

This is my favorite Starbucks. The baristas always greet me with a smile and are helpful whether Im looking for a new coffee creation, asking for help with the app, or need something for home. Glad this is the one that happens to be so convenient to work.
