Walked in with 1 minute until closing to spend some cash on my birthday. Young lady made it clear that were closing in 1 minute. Needs to be retrained. Should have welcomed me in and let me spend some cash.

We love Blue Sky but the return policy makes no sense. My husband bought me a pair of leggings for Christmas. Purchased on 12/8 and of course Christmas isn’t until 12/25. We tried to bring the leggings back 12/30 after Christmas and were told we could only exchange them or recieve store credit. I understand the policy is full refunds for 7 days only but I feel with Christmas they should be a little more lenient. Very disappointing.

I made a gift purchase and spent $544 on clothing for my wife and daughter in August.The return policy was not discussed and is not posted anywhere visible at the register for customers to see.After my daughter’s birthday in October she realized the pants didn’t fit The pants were returned with all original tags unworn The owner refused to refund the value of the pants which was one of 4 items purchased .The store did offer to exchange but my daughter had to settle for something that she didn’t want. Unfortunately for a dad who is not on top of ladies fashions I made a mistake by purchasing the items at Blue Sky, Do not make a mistake if you buy goods there for the holidays and expect to be able to return them if they don’t fit outside of 7 days.

Blue Sky always has the best gear and accessories for outdoor adventures. I love the look and feel of their store and their staff is always friendly and greets me when I come in. Love having them in downtown Cartersville.

The drivers text while driving and ignore repeated warnings with a horn at red lights. Then drift between lanes while driving. Hardly a very good representation for the company and a very bad way to advertise.

I got a couple of items at this location but the Blue Sky in Rome, Ga has a better selection of outdoor/hiking equipment.

I love walking in this place but it is expensive. They dont have many packs or sleeping bags but they have a great staff and interesting gadgets.

A little pricey, but good quality clothes an outdoor gear.
