The Acworth and Hiram stores are outstanding. However in Cartersville today I will say the ONLY bright spot in the store was an associate named Ashley Rose. Went through the garden center to buy 3 bales of pine straw, only self checkout🤔 ok....no menu need associate. Took 6 minutes for an associate to help me. Then they didnt inform me how to get it. They had a crazy setup that totally screwed up traffic it was a nightmare. Literally took 30 minutes to buy 3 bales of straw.
