They helped me find the perfect prom dress and had excellent customer service on such a short notice. I highly recommend visiting for any formal event.

Consigned 8 designer pageant/formal gowns here at Love em and Leave em over 2 years ago. I found out from a friend one had sold right away and had to chase my $ down. Have not heard anything about any of them since and can never get in touch with anyone. Left message with no call back. Now they have changed names and still haven’t heard a word about my dresses. Beware if you have nice dresses. I’m sure the paperwork got lost with the name change. This is horrible and should be illegal or against the law bc it is theft if she doesn’t give you your $ if the dress sells or won’t return your calls to get your merchandise back. 😡

They are incredible! Very helpful, and great prices for the quality of dresses. I will definitely only be going here from now on.

This place is horrible...the thing that I’m most furious with is that they removed the tags on my BRAND NEW wedding gown and are nowhere to be found. Now I can not resell my dress as “new with tags” absolutely no reason the tags should have EVER been taken off. I also dropped off my gown in a very nice heavy white bridal garment bag and when I picked my dress up to take it elsewhere it was given back to me in the thinnest hot pink bag?! Just a horrible experience all around and always rude.

If you are looking for ANY formal occasion I HIGHLY recommend coming here. The owners are amazing and so helpful and attentive when you come in. They have amazing dresses——new and consigned, and they are all amazing quality! The dresses are beautiful and the environment makes you feel as beautiful as the dresses are! I’ve gotten my prom dress here for two years now and i am still inlove with them. I highly suggest coming here for any occasion if you need a nice, good priced dress. They have a lifelong customer from me and my family.

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought my daughters dress here for a school dance. The night before the dance she put it on, and the zipper busted out. I had to go buy another dress at 9:00 a night. We only had the dress for 2 days. They refused to return it, and offered a store credit. But I had to buy another dress already. I needed my money back. But that didnt matter to them. They must sale garbage and then not worry about single mothers, who do good to pay for one dress, let along 2. I will never shop here again and they must not care about supporting the people in there community.

AVOID at all cost! No upfront information when buying, selling teenagers dresses that can NOT be returned or exchanged for any reason. They dont answer the phone. And no contract for consigning but want to charge you if you try to pick your dress up from them, that is WRONG! Please go to another store with Good customer service and reasonable return policy!

I went here with my daughter and she was looking for a prom dress. They have a ton of dresses. The store is appealing in ambiance and the ladies working there were very friendly. The dresses are organized by color and by style. However, they are not organized by size. So, you have to go digging through hundreds of dresses to find ones that just might be your size and the size is not apparent from looking at them. You have to unzip the garment bag and take out the tag and look for the size. With the many dresses there, it becomes quickly overwhelming to find a dress. In addition, if you think you are going there for a bargain, think again. This is a consignment shop, but the dresses are still upwards of $300, $400, and $500 for a full length gown. I did see some very simple styles with no embellishments for about $100, but I promise you—that is not the norm. Overall—I think I would have enjoyed shopping here more if the dresses were arranged by size.

This shop always has the most beautiful dresses! It makes me wish I had more formal events to go to! Youll find an incredible variety and selection of dresses here and they have tuxedo rentals as well!

Getting help was no problem. It was as if the woman working had sensed it, and she helped me find the perfect dress and helped me figure out what type of jewelry I would need for my prom night. Everything was literally last minute, since prom was one week away. Ill be forever grateful for her help. Such sweet lady to!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Consigned with them TWO years ago with over $1000 dresses and never heard anything back. Every time I try calling they don’t pick up. For a long time I thought they went out of business but turns out they are still open. Highly recommend NOT consigning with them. You will never get your money or hear from them once you do.

Went today with my daughter and the lady that helped us was simply amazing and she picked out her dress and my daughter got the first one she tried on.... it was truly meant for her .... fit perfectly.... also got all her accessories today too!

I cant tell you how happy I am with this store! They were very helpful on both a busy Saturday and remembered us when we had to come back on Wednesday, even the dress size and budget! She said YES to the dress! Last minute shopping is the worst, but we also looked at other stores and this store I can personally highly recommend! The store is a very cool temperature because there is nothing worse than trying on clothes and getting hot and sticky! Go here and you WILL find your perfect dress at a perfect price!

I got a look of disgust when my dress wouldn’t zip. Don’t ever want to go back there . They made me feel very insecure.

How about you never consign with them!! Gave them well over $1000 in formal dresses and never heard from them again. Tried getting in touch with someone to get an update and left messages but was never contacted back.

They do not ever answer the phones and they will not call anyone back. I’ve left 6 messages with my number in the last 2 weeks and I’ve still not gotten a returned call.
