I financed a 70 inch Samsung television from U & U Home Budget Furniture. It was delivered in March. By the 2nd day, television began displaying a colored horizontal line, on the right hand side, of the tv. I called and reported this to the store. I was told to contact Samsung as there is a year warranty. I called Samsung and scheduled an appointment for them to assess the problem. I was told they cannot repair or replace tv due to physical damage. The border, at bottom left of tv, was cracked. This occurred during delivery, by U & U, of the tv. I called U&U back and informed them what Samsung told me. What did the store say, There is nothing we can do. We plugged the TV in before we left and it was working fine. I explained that the TV began to display a horizontal line on the right hand side. I explained the TV is in the same spot the delivery men set it up and hasnt been moved. The damage did not come from me, but from delivery. I asked for them to either repair or replace the television as they have been paid by Snap Finance and I am stuck with a tv that is eventually going to stop working due to the damage. Between Snap Finance, U & U and Samsung I am getting the run-around. Snap & Samsung both stated U & U should replace the television as the damage had to occur during delivery and any other seller, since I complained about damage to tv, within 2 days of my possession, would have provided good customer service and replaced the tv. U & U is refusing too. Their motto they were paid so it is my problem now.I would not recommend anyone purchase any electronics from U & U.5/11/2021-In response to owners reply. I was NOT nor was my son the individual who signed saying tv delivered in good condition. Neither of us was there for the delivery. His gf signed. Just because it was working when set up, doesnt mean the damage didnt occur during the delivery. You provided unjust customer service. When I called, two days, after the delivery to inform you of the line in the TV screen your company should have sent someone out to inspect the damage to TV and either set up replacement tv or repaired the one you delivered. This damage occurred within 2 days of delivery. Had I purchased the TV directly from Samsung or Walmart, Target, etc. they would have provided excellent customer service by replacing or repairing the television as damage occurred within 30 days. You shouldnt sell electronics if you are not going to provide a warranty! I am stuck with a damaged television which will eventually stop working while your business was paid, for the television, by Snap Finance. In the end, you have the money for sell of TV, Snap is being paid by me every 2 weeks for the television and I am stuck with a damaged TV that will eventually stop working due to being damage during delivery! As I have stated to your business if this is not resolved, amicably, I will have no choice but to pursue legal ramifications!

Horrible service and product!!! Deserves ZERO stars!!!! Ordered a loft twin bed and 4 bar stools. Bar stools delivered within a few days and the bottom wasn’t metal, hard plastic-like material; stools could be carried by a 5 year old. Cost over $500 for all 4. Sent back to store.Called regarding the remainder of order which was suppose to be delivered mid-September and was told order updated to mid-October!!! Wasn’t given an update or anything prior to my call. Horrible service!!!! If you’re looking for quality furniture do not shop at a budget store, lesson learned!

I drove an hour & 20 minutes to get the matching recliner to my Ashley set. Ashley wanted $239 more for the chair without delivery fee included. Well worth the trip. Gentlemen were very friendly & helpful. I would reccomend this furniture store.

I was bought tv and living room set, it is assemble today and it is really nice to work with them. The guys putted everything in room and right now I am watching tv in my new sofa. In store sales rep help me for the decide sofa it was really helpful, next time I will try to get bedroom sets but we will see

The furniture is quality, the service is great and the prices are reasonable. My husband found a dining table set online for $699, when he went to the Carteret Store the price for that same set had increased so my husband spoke to the person in charged and he granted the online price with no issues.👍🏽👍🏽The delivery guy had to bring all those boxes 2 flights up with no help from anyone. He did it with no problem and kept a great, friendly attitude at all times.Even though you can request and pay for them to assemble the furniture, I decided to do it on my own and was happy because the instructions were easy and saved me some money!! 🤣🤣I would definitely recommend this place. I will continue to go there for future furniture purchases.May this small business continue to grow and continue to provide great quality with great prices.

Furniture is nice. The first time I went in, we were LITERALLY followed around as we were looking. Made us extremely uncomfortable. We came back a couple more times, finally to try and get financing. Was on the phone so they could verify bank. We gave them THREE different bank accounts and finally just hung up the phone and left. Wish the financing part was a little easier. If it wasn’t for that, we would have definitely walked out with a new bedroom set.
