My 6 month old Washer stopped running through its cycles. It would fill up but not rinse out. I had to empty the water with a bucket. I called service and the technician came out and said it needed a new computer. Once the part was ordered and ready, the technician came back to put it in. He left with the washer working and the next day it wouldn’t get past the sensor cycle. Again the tub filled up with water and I had to empty it with a bucket. Not even 24 hours and the machine stopped working! Called service Saturday and of course no one there to take my call. Called my sales person and store manager from where it was purchased and the sent an email to service. Called service early Monday morning and was passed around from person to person, on hold for 40 minutes then disconnected. Spoke to numerous customer service people and same old story. All promised a return call back BEFORE end of the business day and guess what? NO PHONE CALL Can’t get out for service for 2 weeks! UNACCEPTABLE! To top it off the technician hasn’t even filed his report from last Friday and dispatch can’t contact him!Hey Greg Richard….Why are you advertising that you have two State of the Art service centers and you have so many disappointed and dissatisfied customers! Change your telephone wait message!
Extended warranty not worth it when you have to wait 3+ weeks for a first appointment. They said it’s because of where I lived! Well I haven’t moved in 23 years so I am pretty sure I lived here when you delivered the appliance AND when you sold me the extended warranty!How is someone able to wait this long without a major appliance ?? Our brand new stove broke almost immediately upon it being delivered earlier this year - it will not shut off, even when it is “off” it continues to create heat as if it were on, so we have to shut the breaker every single time we use it or risk burning our house down. The service department has now canceled on us THREE TIMES and the stove remains broken. The first time we were informed 3 hours into the service call period, after I had already taken off work, that the tech called out sick first thing that morning; the second time no one showed up at all; and today they claim they gave the part to the wrong tech so they are again not coming. Now three days we took off work and sat around waiting. The service department call center employees are extremely rude, the girl kept repeating understood” during our conversation which is a polite way of telling me she could not care less. Better hope you never need service because once they have your money they don’t care.
Doesnt ever deserve a rating. Beginning 6 weeks with out my clothes dryer.. all I hear is next week, on its way, couldnt get part, one excuse after another. Will never do business with them again and will tell everyone I know of my experience.
Weve had our washer and dryer serviced twice since we purchased it from PC Richard. Both times we had Rafael repair, and he is wonderful. Quick, efficient, and super careful.
The service technician come to check our washer on June 8th ., we wait one week after appointment was set, and he said he need to order parts, on July 1st, they left a message after 6:00 PM telling us that the have the part and ask to call for appointment, we call today July 2nd., and the service advisor said they need two technicians to handle the repair and they don’t have the second person and the first available appointment is for July 14 th., more than a month to have the machine fixed …..Samsung should have parts in stock, it’s unacceptable wait 3 weeks for parts and the service have better response
Well I had a great experience while shopping in p.c Richards I was greeted by a salesman by the name of OSEI he was extremely professional & made my day go much easier
I love this place because they were the best price we got after shopping around but they offer a warranty thats unheard of!!! They used to offer a 10 year warranty but now they have knocked it down to 8 years. 8 years still blows away anyone else and the price of the warranty is reasonable. The way things are made today you need a warranty! We had two major appliances replaced under warranty and we got full replacement cost when we did it. Service can be hit or miss sometimes. For the most part they get the job done so I cant rag on them to hard. Lol. All in all its a great place to do business.
I received my washer and dryer and when I went to dry my clothes I noticed the drum wasn’t moving. I called my salesman and he told me it wouldn’t be fixed until next week!!!! I was furious! I had to take my wet laundry to a laundromat to dry. However, that night I got a call from PC Richards service saying they would be over early next day. They showed up at 8 am and “Shane” was able to fix my dryer and I was up and running again!! I was so happy to have it fixed!! Shane was very polite and professional and had the entire job completed in a matter of minutes!! I was delighted with this service experience!

On Thursday, my mom and I entered the Gateway PC Richards and we were met with professionalism and attentiveness. Sales representative, Abdullah, assisted us with our selection. He was knowledgeable, caring and helped us decipher through this confusing task with great precision and detail. He went out his way to ensure that our product would be delivered before Thanksgiving which is of great importance to us since our stove isnt working. He also provided us with great resources. Overall, it was a great experience at that location.
If you can get service done by actual PC RICHARD service repair personnel, they are professional, efficient and pleasant. Thank you Saheed! If you have to rely on their outside contractors, forget it! Aid Repair is the worst, they dont show up and worse, they lie to their customers. Also Kathleen in Customer Service is the best! She went above and beyond to help me.

Will never use this company again. Have been trying to for months to have my washer new washer repaired. On one service call they damaged my brand new dryer, then insulted me by offering me 100 dollars for the damage. Tried to speak to a manager on several occasions but no one from the Woodbridge NJ store has called me back. Salesman at this store did a poor job with product knowledge. Very unhappy with the service at the Woodbridge NJ location
My washer/dryer combo. The washer broke a month ago, it is under warranty and they have sent someone from service to my house every week since & it is still broken. Now they are waiting for a part to come in early next week. Assuming they will send another person out to NOT fix it. This is the worst service EVER!! Why wouldnt they just replace it?? Ive been waiting on repairs to My refrigerator for the ice maker and freezer drawer!. Its been 3 weeks and Im still waiting for the drawer to come in.Everyday we have to beat the ice off the bottom of freezer! Otherwise the drawer doesnt close!!!! FRUSTRATING!!Why do parts take 6-8 weeks???This is the 3rd time calling about this problem!!🥴
It has been 3 weeks without my washer because if the incompetence of the Pc Richards employees. They don’t take the correct messages when you call. They order the wrong parts. And when you asked to speak to supervisor they put you on hold and never answered. Now I’m going into the 4th week without a washer and again they order the wrong part. Never recommend the company. Extremely awful service.
Dont honor their warranties...buyer beware...they force you to pay extra for a warranty and gives you the run around when theres a real issue....terrible

Great store and selection but TERRIBLE service. Here is more details.I bought my Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop from PC Richard & Son at Summerville Circle in Bridgewater, NJ. The store sales folks and prices were good and I bought extended warranty on most of my purchases.I will never get service from this company.I had my dishwasher break (in warranty) and 2 of my 4 cooktop burner not working since 2020 Feb (13 months, yes). I had to pay for service to come and check what is broken. They came last yea july (i can understand the covid19 delay). They came fixed dishwasher in July.The cooktop has is still not fixed, their parts, servive and operations are in chaos. Its been 20 calls from me and if they connect they say the parts are in transot, will come in 2 weeks, they someone will call me, a momth goes by and story repeats.Its been frustrating to me and a loss to PC Richard too, they are takikg calls and paying the operations but unable to get their act together.I do NOT recommend PC Richard & Son service to anyone.Customer.
Absolutely horrible!!!!! I would tell you about my experience but it is going on and....since February. If you value your time, DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!They sell broken appliances that look good at first and then when they inevitably break ( because they are a cheat and sell you stuff that is broken)Then ...you call service, they play games with you, just this morning they told me they would send me an email where I can schedule my own appointment ( after 6 times of them being at my house without being able to fix my brand new washer) guess what? no email....just a voicemail saying they received he correct part, most likely a lie! I have being on the phone with them for over 40 hours over the past 2 months. So, see? They are a scam, they take your money for something that is broken and then they take your time until you are exhausted and defeated. Then you go and buy new appliances anyway. Again if you are bored and enjoy being frustrated by all means try P.C Richards!

I can’t even begin to fathom what is happening with us. We have purchased an LG television from PC Richards about 5-6 months ago. As of two months ago it just stopped working and no longer turns on anymore. We called pc Richards and they forwarded to their service department since it has been more than a month we can no longer return it. Ok. The service department has been one of the worst experiences we had to deal with in our lives. It took about 3 weeks for a technician Tom to come out and look at our tv on June 11th. We were able to get a good look at him since he wasn’t wearing a mask in his car. When he came in the house he said that there was a big confusion with the name and address. Even though when we set up the service appointment we told them that this TV was a gift for my parents and we gave their name and address (they live 2 streets down from them). I was there for the appointment so I don’t see why that even had to be mentioned. Anyways.He said a part needs to be ordered and that I would get a phone call and an email once it was delivered. Ok. Got it. It got delivered on July 1st. On July 6th he came back for the follow up appointment (again we were able to see his face before he put the mask on) and we could see it was the same technician Tom. He came into the house and pretended like he never was here before. He didn’t know anything and didn’t have any parts with him and when we explained to him the situation and what is going on he looked back at the records And saw that he was here last appointment. That is when he went on to say “oh yeah it was me last time”. He told us that he needs to order a part for the tv in order to fix it. When we told him we already had notice that it was ordered and delivered he said he didn’t know what we are talking about. When we asked his last name he didn’t tell us, he walked out of the door and slammed the door.We called the service department right away and they said they would “handle the situation” and that the next available appointment would be July 13th next week. Ok. Once I hung up the phone I received a text message that my service appointment was cancelled. I called back and they said that the text message is wrong and to ignore it, and that everything is set and to expect the initial window to be from 8-12pm. And that they would call us once the time is really confirmed. Well no one called, I never received a text message. And now it is July 13th and no one Ever came.I tried calling the service department since 9am this morning and it automatically turns off because the automated message says that there is over a 30 minute hold period and to call back later. I have tried calling the store, no one can get ahold of service and told me there is nothing they can do. I got a phone number and I called online sales. I explained the situation and they told me they have no idea why our appointment today was cancelled and that they can see that Our (now second replacement part) has been ordered and delivered. Yet they don’t know why no one has come to install it. We scheduled another appointment for July 22nd while waiting for the “supervisor” to give us a call back, but 5 hours later I received a text message saying our appointment has been cancelled.WHAT DO I DO? No one can help.. no one to speak to from the service department.. no one ever calls back.. no one can help from online sales or from the actually PC Richards store. What do I do now? It is now almost the 3rd month that we have this TV. And it is completely broken. I just honestly want to get rid of this tv so bad and get my money back but only the service department can say that it is “unfixable” and eligible for a refund.

Worse service ever! Don’t buy anything from there because if you will need any service in the future that will be a nightmare for you, like mine now! If a Technician doesn’t know what parts to order in his first inspection it means he shouldn’t be a technician! Every time he comes he said he needs to order another piece for a dishwasher .... and also every time you have to make a new appointment for to schedule him to come fix (or check and say he needs to order another piece! ) it is at least 7-10 days later... they just need to change 2 button on my dishwasher and already 1 month pass and still not fixed! I will be complaining about them where ever I can

The WORST service ever, Ive been without a refrigerator for 2 weeks now, (i purchased it not even 2 years ago) a repair guy came twice with the wrong part and not to mention the hours lost at work for taking off for nothing (one time the repair guy was a no show)I will NEVER buy my appliances from PC Richards again....WORST SERVICE EVER !!!! First time Purchasing and using Service Warranty from PC Richards=Completely Disappointed. I am on my third service call with my Electrolux washer that is not even 1 year old. First person said nothing was wrong, and said that it was ok that it dripped water. Second person also did not see anything until I requested that the gasket be replaced, and then had to wait for parts that took over a week to get to the warehouse which were supposedly Expressed Shipped. Waiting for next service call, which is already going to be outside the window that was promised. Avoid buying appliances from PC Richards and their Extended Warranty program, complete lack of customer service. Service department will not even connect you with a manager, and when request call back, no one calls you back, extremely frustrating. Completely regret purchasing from PC Richards!! I have received better service with Best Buy or my local appliance store when getting extended service warranties.
Horrible horrible horrible. My washing machine was leaking. I called told the service center EXACTLY what was wrong serial and model number guy came out a week later WITHOUT the part. I was on a 12 to 5pm time line so I sit and wait Apparently he wasn’t told what the problem was. I was reschedule for another WEEK AND A HALF but told them I needed to be on a cancellation list because i couldn’t wait almost 3 weeks to have a washing machine !!! They called and I was scheduled for Friday with a freaking window of 7 am to 5 pm. So ANOTHER day I sit around and wait because apparently I don’t have a life or anything to do a couple of weeks before Christmas!!! Or any other time for that matter !! I get a call at 4 pm guy can’t make. An emergency came up. Ok well I’m sure he isn’t your only repair man I call. Ask to speak to a manger of the service dept. after 20 mins on hold I was told someone would call me back soon. 45 mins later I call again. Oh I don’t see a request. Let me put one in. I said I need a call BACK NOW on hold again 15 mins. 10 mins later sto no call. I call back again. Oh I’m sorry no manager is here they all left for the day. Now I am wayyyyy passed mad. Finally (on hold 18 mins). Someone comes back. The supervisor said she will get someone out there tomorrow (Saturday) with a window between 7 am and 6pm. Again I have no life. So here we are on day 3 of me WAITING FINALLY THE GUY SHOWS UP at 5pm. He had the part and was very nice and got the job quick for me. Seeing I had somewhere to be at 6. Sooooo beyond annoyed. And PO’d. 3 total days THREE wasted !!!!
If it was possible to give NO stars, i would GIVE NO STARS. This place is WORST THAN A JOKE....it is not just ranting and raving, I have reasons to be upset. several attempts are made to fix, what should be a simple issue, by a PC Richards PROFESSIONAL....but I guess im expecting too much. No sense of urgency what so ever from the bottom to the top (dispatcher to supervisor). The service windows that are provided are not met - EVER. At 2nd service call, I got a text message at work saying the tech will be at my house in 15-20minutes, I rush home and they got there 3hr20minutes later, outside the service window, and STILL DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. Simply they give ZERO F...cs about problem with the appliances, yet their advertisement says, all of our service technician are factory trained and certified. our staff is friendly and knowledge...I work for a service company too, there are mistakes too...but f there is an issue with our client, I get in my car personally and make things right!!! Im not asking the dispatcher or a supervisor to come fix the appliance issue, but a supervisor should be able to arrange to have the technician at a service call at a specific time. I really hope someone fixes this mess, and gets things right. you spend over $9000 on appliances, buy the extra extended service and when time comes to get anything fixed you get treated like dirt...BAD JOKE, BAD BAD JOKE!!!
My stove wasn’t working .I made a appointment the only thing they had was for next week, fine I’ll take it my appointment day comes . My appointment time was from 7am-11am no tech arrived yet .I call in he’s running late they informed me fine “give him my number have him call my phone when he arrives” “okay “she said .2pm pass no call nor a visit, I called back spoke to someone named KELLY, who was very rude after telling her my situation and she not understanding me I ask to speak to a supervisor she informed me the supervisor are busy I said I’ll wait on hold she just hang up the phone on me. Very rude and unprofessional
