I ordered the Westward Oregon Straight Malt Whiskey from them and had it sent to my brother out of state for his 30th birthday. He told me he loved what he received so I ordered the same for my dads birthday. When my dad opened his it was the Westward American Single Malt Whiskey so I checked with my brother and that is what he had received as well. After weeks of back and forth emails and slow responses they offered to refund me for any bottles I returned, which of course, was not possible as they were gifts that had been consumed. I said that I wouldnt give a negative review if they would stop advertising a product they obviously dont sell but after a month it is still on the website. I strongly advise that you never deal with this company.

Very Poor Customer Service. I placed an order and it arrived on-time and in good condition. I attempted to place another order and could not access my account. I emailed customer service a number of times. The only response was a picture of their click here to reset your password link.I had already done this five times... I also attempted to create another account (using a different email address and user name). The web page created the accounts and then refused to accept the passwords I had just typed in. This information was clearly stated on all my emails.Obviously, whoever is pretending to be customer service is doing a very poor job. Dont expect any resolution if something goes wrong.

I had a lot of trouble getting a response from this company when I had a problem with my order, but after several attempts I finally got a response and they agreed to credit me for the bottles of wine I received that were corked. Good product selection but they need to step up communications and customer service.

Its great for a quick get for cigarettes or your liquor and theyre cool people inside absolutely take care now BYE..

Wine zone has a big wine and liquor selection to browse through. If you can’t find something you can always order it on their website for a store pickup!
