This is the most terrible service in the world!!! My package was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago. I have been calling every day and they say something different every time and the give me different advice ever time. They say I can have it delivered to another fedex location and then they say I have to contact apple to do it. I hope these people learn how to give real info some day what a terrible 2 weeks it has been because these people are so terrible

The worst service in Fedex the employee Lori with her bad attitude, it seems that they do not pay her enough to work, or if she does not like the job she needs to look for another, I asked to speak to a manager, the assistant came and did not solve anything !! Now I understand the score they have !!

The package I ordered last month is sitting in store for about a week and the status is still pending arrival date for delivery. Whats the hold up?

What a horrible experience with this location and FedEx in general. FedEx delays the package I had ordered a few times so I had it rerouted to this location for convenience. I came in and they won’t give me the package that I purchased and using their shipping service because the business address I had to package shipped to didn’t match my personal address. The supervisor I spoke wasn’t even trying to help. She just wrote the customer service number on a piece of paper and gave it to me. Not the customer service you expect these days. It’s unfortunate.

Had a package in re-routed to this location for pickup because our business was closed for a week. When I got here to pick it up I was told it was delivered and signed for by a random person. This was impossible since our location was closed, gated and locked. We have security cameras and FedEx never made a delivery. They also refuse to tell me where it got delivered to, and only tell me I have to contact their 800 number.Our package was over $700 and they just straight out stole it.Horrible business and personnel.

I was very, very impressed with the service I received here on September 2nd. The employees were very attentive and very, very professional. Thank you for providing this service in our community.

This place sucks and their staff sucks too I had a package delivered here only for when I arrive they say they dont have and being extremely unhelpful and only telling me to call their customer service line despite the fact that I already called before I arrived

I am disabled and I went into the store to use the Internet service and it was no warm welcome no one wanted to help and the attitude was like oh well also their computers are always down I would’ve gave no stars.

I so HATE this location but its the closest place to ship through when a shipment needs to got ASAP. They purposely find a reason to charge you something. Even if i have non fragile material packed tight they still try and repack it for a fee saying its shaky. They ladies usually are cool but the Men ars usually a-holes except one of the Mexican guys that seems to be the supervisor or Manager. I never recommend this spot, if you can get to Long Beach they are way better with no hassle and no random fees. I took the same packages to the Long Beach location and it shipped fine. Come to find out these business are not fully owned by Fed EX.

The employee working 01/05/19 around noon was absolutely rude towards other customers while I waited to be help. They were asking him a question and he just walked away. I asked if he had tape and he said no, at a shipping store. Liar. I called in yesterday to ask for information and they gave me different information than what I was told today at the store. When I suggested a solution to a problem he acted childish with a ridiculous response. Causing me to ship with someone else instead. I would avoid coming to this site and especially dealing with a person like him. I would have a person like him evaluated, as it is obvious, he does not like his job and is no good at it. Surely someone else would appreciate to work there.

Rating is a negative 🌟. Today was the worst shopping experience Ive had in ten years of service at FedEx Office Carson. The store clerk was very disrespectful and condescending. His attitude never improved. I told him I was going to speak with the store manager. He didnt seem to care. About what I thought or that I was going to report him. He just wanted to find a way to make the customer at fault. Telling me that I loaded the paper wrong. I had just spent almost $50.00 to scan 5 pages. I dont think I was be disrespectful to him and patiently waited for service.

The employees here have always been nice, understanding, and willing to answer any questions I may have. It is located at an odd location so it is a bit challenging to find (especially if you are calling an ride share service).

27 years old first time I ever had to mail a letter. So much courtesy and help. They are busy but the workers work to their full potential. Now I know where to go for all my mailing and shipping needs.

Waste of $15 on a passport photo. Do not go here and waste your money and time here. The passport office rejected the photos I had from here and said they were oversaturated. The woman taking care of me said that FedEx photos are always like this.Also, do not choose this location for stuff to be dropped off here. Your items will come more quickly if sent to the industrial FedEx up the street on Main instead. Getting a package sent here took more time than if it was just sent to my office.I have dropped off deliveries and the process is painless and easy, though.Other redeeming qualities for this business seem to be the printing and various snacks of which I cannot comment on at this time hence the 3 star rating for benefit of the doubt.

No help. The guy only brought my 110 lb package(that their delivery man didnt/couldnt deliver) up to his side of the counter. I was watched by the entire store drag a package my size(height & weight) from behind the counter to my car. The comedy is the hey were concerned about it fitting in my car lol

I went to this location to send a 1 page fax. I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Great experience and helpful staff. Thank you FedEx!

Its never really crowded. Ive been coming here for years now and its always fast and easy service.

Employees here are great! Even when their busy behind the counter, they will try to help you. & courteous about it to boot

I like it here. I dont understand all the bad reviews. I always get helped with anything I need. If their wasnt any paper clips just ask and they will get you some. It does get pretty busy sometimes but I think that is because it is a small place. Other wise I am usually in and out of that place in 10 mts. And when it was busy I still was able to get everything I needed to get done in 10 minutes.

Service is not consistent. Sometimes good, sometimes not. Everyone is not fully trained on all services. The lines are long and people do not always acknowledge you or the fact you are waiting for assistance. The computers are always down.

Copy machines broke half time, no room to move, not enough clerks to service customers, expect to wait 20min in line for any help. no rubber bands, paperclips etc. on work tables. and DONT even try to ship ANYTHING, the most restrictive enforcment of every little shipping rule of any fedex in metro area. dot ALL Is cross ALL Ts.
