I got a awesome deal on wheels for my fiesta st and customer service was great. They answered all my questions about my order and were super nice on the phone.
I used to do a good bit of business with this company purchasing their kits for the Fiesta ST so logically I thought I would buy the turbo upgrade since the dyno graphs indicate the potential, but unfortunately that is all they offer. Even with the MR 280 if you thought this would have been like the MP 215 or MR 230 you would receive a calibration flash which now you wonβt. Youβll receive parts only and a booklet for installation. I feel the graphs are incorrectly marketed as that tune was only achieved through mountune in house with a calibration that you will not receive or purchase. I would not advise this process to anyone.

For anyone who doesnβt know (lol), Mountune is a legendary rally sport aftermarket parts manufacturer that I am thrilled and proud to rep their products on my 2017 Ford Focus RS.Personally, I ordered the B7 package and V2X exhaust system and the entire B7 package arrived within 7 days in perfect packaging. The exhaust is on back order and will take a month or more to ship. The wait is not a big deal for me at all and I am more than happy to wait for the excellence Mountune parts provide.I would suggest for anyone seeking parts expecting >immediate availability< to first call and speak with a sales rep prior to purchase to ensure what your wanting is in stock.I think much of the negative reviews stem from the normalcy of instant gratification with million dollar back end infrastructure powering major corporations like Amazon and Walmart. Sadly people have been preconditioned to expect the same from small businesses and are too easily dissatisfied when thereβs a bit of a wait.While indeed a legend in motorsports, Mountune is very much so a small business and the wheels turn a little slower than many of the giant corporations you may frequently order from - so exercise some patience if you place an order - and donβt expect everything to ship the next day without contacting them first. The Mountune brand is larger than life, but we are only human after all πKnowing that youβre investing in the best parts money can buy should be all the assurance needed so that when your parts do ship it makes receiving them well worth the wait.Thanks for everything Mountune! I bought around $3000 worth of parts for a Ford Raptor Online from them about 4 months ago. Now in almost July I am still waiting for parts to arrive. They tell me deadlines and then miss them everytime I ask about them.

Ordered wheels back in November when the website said they were in stock, after emailing multiple times i got an answer saying they wont be in stock for another month or so. They agreed to cancel my order and give me a refund and almost two weeks later still no cancel confirmation email or a refund. This is ridiculous, buy your parts from someone else.

I ordered a set of front and rear brakes for my RS. 7 days later I called inquiring when my order would be shipped. My order is apparently back ordered and I received ZERO notifications (my brakes are in dire need of replacement and are rubbing at my rotors due to valet drivers goofing off). I check the website again and it still says in stock. Canceled my order and went took my business elsewhere. Lack of communication and improper depiction of stock availability online.
I needed a Focus RS air box and filter for used a car I recently purchased. I was sorting through website after website searching for the air box with the knowledge that there could be a shortage of parts and that shipping times may be longer due to COVID-19. I was pleased to see a sort by in stock option on Mountunes website. I placed the order despite the part being over-priced when compared to other sites. Mountunes combo came with an aftermarket air filter but if you add the price of a K&N filter and the air box from another website it averaged about $25 less than Mountunes combo but I was ready to order because it was listed as in-stock. I ordered on a Saturday and felt secure that it would ship once Monday rolled around. I did not receive an email stating that my order had been placed but I also figured that would come Monday. I did not try to contact Mountune Monday despite receiving no tracking information or order confirmation. I live on the east coast and began calling Tuesday morning at 9am PST (noon my time) and the phone rang and rang and rang for hours but no one picked up. Ever. Finally, by the evening I selected option 2 to speak with administration. I spoke with a woman and explained my situation to her and that I had not heard from anyone there. She explained that the sales guys dont always pick up the phone and sounded annoyed by the sales departments poor customer service practices. She also explained that they had recently changed email service providers and that their emails were not being received by customers. Fair enough. I thought this was good news. She re-sent my order confirmation and I got it. I wanted an update on tracking info so she said she would be right back after she checked. Instead she transferred me to sales. Someone in sales finally picked up and I gave them my order number. The sales guy told me that my item was back ordered. I explained that I had sorted by items that were in stock and he replied that they had the air boxes in stock, but not the air filter so my order could not be shipped and they didnt know when it would be able to be shipped because COVID-19 was delaying their air filters indefinitely. I asked if the price could be adjusted and if they could just ship the air box because I could source an air filter locally and that they refund me the difference. They would not accommodate my request or give me an ETA on when my order would ship. The sales guy just kept blaming COVID-19 for why their stock was incorrectly listed on their website... I stated that I would like to cancel my order and he replied, Oh, really? and made it obvious that he was annoyed. I stated that I would wait for confirmation of the order cancellation. The sales guy tried to get off the phone but I explained to him that they had just changed service providers and that it was likely the email would never arrive. He gave me confirmation that the order had been cancelled and eventually an email arrived which makes me question the whole service provider change story in the first place. Its been over a week now (6 business days) and my money has not been refunded. I bet that is also COVID-19s fault. If I had never pushed 2 for administration I would still be waiting for an air box instead of waiting for my refund, which was quoted to me as being five business days. I held off on writing this review to see if my money would be refunded on time and here we are on day six. Avoid this place to avoid frustrating business practices, poor communication, the blame game, and moody employees.
This place hands down amazing! they know there stuff usually have parts ready and available for pick up the same day you buy it. there are some times you will have to wait a little but nothing bad to say. customer service is great. ordered my access port intake and some other goodies. just waiting for my access port.
Ive purchased a number of upgrades from them for my Focus RS and have been extremely happy with the service, support and technical knowledge. From tuning to brakes to power add-ons, their products help you get more out of your car. Compared to some of the junk Ive bought in the Mustang and F-150 auto aftermarket, their products are very high quality.
I choose mountune for my custom tunes on my 2018 Focus RS because from all my research their tunes flat out make the most amount of torque compared to any other custom tuner and thats what makes these cars feel so awesome. Randy was always helpful and timely in returning my emails for datalogs and revisions. Would highly recommend their tunes.
UPDATE: I have received all my parts and gotten everything installed. The performance is great but I would still caution on the customer experience I had below.I ordered the B7 package on 28FEB20, it is now 27MAY20 and I still have not received all my parts. First I received 3 separate shipments, the first one going out about 3 weeks after my order (not a big deal) and then got a shipment each week the following 2 weeks after that. I was ok with it cause parts were streaming in but no one at mountune would keep me posted about which parts were coming when.I have since had very little luck getting ahold of Mountune to get a status on the IC charge pipes. I was told 4 weeks ago, when I miraculously managed to get through to someone, theyre in customs and will be to me shortly and its been radio silence ever since.Ive been very cordial thus far, following up with phone calls and emails about 2 weeks apart with no response from either channels of communication. When you do get though to someone they defer to all their issues being out of their control. While there are elements out of their control customer service IS NOT.Do right by your customers and have a dedicated customer service rep to keep us in the know. I would have far less issue with all of this if I was being communicated with instead of being completely left in the dark. Were not spending small amounts of money here, its not difficult sending an email or a quick phone call to notify us if something is delayed and an expected timeline.
You could not ask for a better tuning house. All the employees are friendly, know what they are talking about and have a clear commitment to customer service. The tune I just got for my Ford Focus RS is nothing short of amazing! I know I can always go to Mountune with any questions or further upgrades and leave with a huge smile on my face.

In the end, its not the price, but the service and the knowledge that youre not going to damage your car that is the thing that made me purchase from them. Moreover, they help you simulate dyno runs when send them the files so that they can optimize for your car for FREE! Very happy!
Running the full kit on my gen 2 raptor and itβs killer. Exhaust note is best Iβve ever heard for a gen 2 by far.
Contacted them 7 times to buy a 2 Liter bottom end with no luck. First called in and they asked me to give them my email and they would send a quote. After no luck I emailed them instead and had to start over. This process just kept repeating itself. On the 4th call I was told there were no notes or emails for my quote yet but they were happy to start again... Iβm sure they have a great product but in my experience they didnβt care to sell it.
Theres a reason why Mountune is almost a household name when it comes to Ford Performance. They know what theyre doing. When it comes to parts, fitment, and finish - nobody else can match. And when you have Randy Robles finishing everything off with a tune, you cant lose. He knows his stuff. Everyone Ive talked to at Mountune wants your car to be the best, most bulletproof built on the street. I have the flying M sticker on my car for a reason.

I placed an order for fender flares for 2018 Raptor on 9/3/2019. When I check the status of order online it says βprocessingβ and has shown that status since the order.I have called numerous times and have sent emails as well looking for a real status on this order. As of today, 9/24/2019, no one has returned a call or responded to my emails.I have resorted to contacting my credit card company to contest all charges.
Over the top excellence! Thats the only thing that comes to mind. I drove out of state to get my car worked on and they went above and beyond to ensure I felt my car was any self were in good hands and my troubles were in the past.
Bought some mud flaps for my Focus ST 8 days ago and the status of the item is still processing. Ive called, emailed, messaged on social media, and have not gotten a response from ANY of those outlets. Avoid buying from them like the plague
EDIT:Ordered Nov 15. Its Dec 22 and the order is still processing. Was assured after calling that the wheels would ship in two weeks.Ordered a set of wheels that the site claimed would ship in 24-48 hours. Order is still processing 10 days later. No email response when I inquired about my purchase. Calling and asking for shipment confirmation or my money back on Monday. This is ridiculous. Winter tires are waiting for wheels...
Horrible customer service with Randy and Eric. Tried ordering a part on 10/1/19 never got shipped never got a phone call or an email.. was told by x clutch to purchase my products elsewhere. Carβs been out of service for 35 days refund supposedly takes 10 days as per Randy
The parts are amazing. But the shipping from Carson CA was horrible. The website says ships within 24 hours, but I ordered on a Saturday, called the following Friday to get a tracking number because I still hadnt seen my package, and the guy on the phone said it wouldnt ship till the following Monday, and would arrive around Wednesday... All I ordered was a filter... I would hate to see how long it takes to get the MR300 kit, Exhaust system, or something like that.

Ordered a high flow air intake for my ST, after over a week of it sitting as βprocessingβ status, I emailed mountune wondering what the hold up once. Few days go by and still no email back from them. Instead, they deleted my order without notifying me or ever responding to my emails. No customer service whatsoever, and apparently no shipping department either. One of the worst online ordering experiences Iβve ever had. Donβt waste your money, time, or energy ordering from these guys, definitely not worth it.

I placed an order for the intake kit on September 16th, after 2 weeks I recieved an email stating they were out of stock, even though the website said in stock and that theyd let me know when it would be ready to ship, after 2 months of no information I decided to cancel my order, they have yet to refund my money and Its been 3 weeks since I canceled it, for as much of a reputable company as they are their customer service is garbage, defintely will not be buying from them

I ordered the Focus RS B3 package with an initial tune in 2017. Great, quality built products for the Focus RS. Also had a fantastic initial tune from Randy with my COBB V3, fast, responsive tuning process that gave me a great first tune.Fast forward to 2019, purchased a WGA, new intercooler and another tune from Randy @ Mountune USA. Tuning was great but a little slower than before, Randy tunes A LOT of vehicles and works on a first come first serve basis so have a little patience. Tune is fantastic the car pulls great with basic bolt-ons, I couldnt be happier with his tune!

First time doing any sort of aftermarket tuning to a car, so I was a little hesitant going in.
