I have had a very bad experience with this company. They dont give you options and they want to give you what they want. They do not fit your needs and so far they have not made the arrangements or collect the equipment. It is not possible with them I would not recommend them to anyone. As they give you an appointment to fix things, but all they do is come and bring another team when the appointment was to fix the other team. They only fill you with equipment but none is the correct order. They brought me a bed, a bath chair and when I complained about not having brought the correct equipment. They gave me a late appointment to fix them and when the day of the appointment arrived they did not come to that. What they came to was to bring me a wheelchair that was also not the correct one. Now I am here full of medical equipment that does not serve me. And I just have them there occupying the space that I dont have. I would like that if you are not going to help the person, at least collect the equipment and in the future take the time to give options., Show designs so that the person can see if it works for them or not: That would be a better way to work with clients
I have had such a bad experience in this company. Your technician checked my sons wheelchair that has severe cerebral palsy. He ordered some parts for the brakes (I never said I had a problem with the chair). When I took it they said 2 hours to repair it, I warned the technician that my son was leaving school at 1 oclock. I arrived at 12 and they had the chair completely disassembled, they armed it as they could and thus delivered it. I had to take her back a few days later and leave the child home so as not to have the problem of time. They delivered the fully locked chair, unable to recline and the brakes did not work well! The chair was moving. The answer of the technician was: we could not regulate it and the piece that broke takes a week or when the ccs pay. I am so hurt, my poor son depends entirely on the chair, the bus does not take him to school because the brakes do not work and I had to leave my child in bed for a whole day because for him it is impossible to stand in the chair. The response of CCs and the company: We cant do anything until the piece arrives. My husband was able to recline the chair, but I must be late for school in order to drop off and pick up the child from school. Sad that they cannot pay for express shipping when it was their fault, they dont care about their client.
