I have been here a few times and never been disappointed. The service is great. They are friendly and helpful. The cookies and ice cream is amazing. They have different flavors but I usually stick to my favorites. Horchata and Strawberry Cheese cake. @raulvsfood

SO I had placed an order through One of the delivery apps I wont say the name. But anyways about 20 mins later I get a cancellation from the app saying your order is canceled and since the delivery serivce only sent a email saying the order was canceled and issued a refundwith no expiation it left me wondering what had happened with the order. Then I receive a Phone call from the Manager there (DANNY) is was so awesome and explained what happed with the order which was no fault of theres at all. And by the way I absolutely LOVE there ICE Cream. But I really appreciated the fact that he reached out to explain the situation just shows ow much they appreciate you has a customer as well has his EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Every time we visit the store everyone is so nice and not like a forced nice but a real genuine nice. Great work guys. I recommend this place not only because the Ice cream is amazing but so is there customer service from the time you enter until the time you exit!

Great variety of flavor icreams. nice place to hang out and to cool off.They also do a veriaty of art activities which is great to do with the family. hightly recommend this place if you have nothing planned or if planned.

Customer service was excellent. The ice cream was not good at all. I could have got something cheaper at the grocery store. It actually tasted bad. The floor needs to be swept and mopped.

Got this delivered... was very bummed to see a hair in my ice cream. I give it 3 stars because the cookies we ordered and other ice cream was good. Just wish this one didnt have a long hair inside it.

This place is simply a joy. The owner is a great guy and is super patient with new customers. The ice cream sandwiches are the best with a generous scoop of ice cream on freshly baked cookies. The snicker doodle and white chocolate cranberry cookies are amazing and the ice cream flavors are unique and tasty.

I love coming here. On my days off I always come because I absolutely love the ice cream. But today, on Saturday March 13, at 8:45pm I got here and was treated rudely. They didn’t have name tags, but it was the guy with the curly hair with glasses wearing a zip up sweater. I asked if I can have Nutella around the cup and between scoops, he got the first scoop and just got the other scoop. I guess he remembered what I had asked for because he literally (not even joking) slap dunked the scoop back in. Instead of asking if I wanted toppings he just topped my cup and just handing it to me without saying anything. I had to ask the other employee to finish my order because he was just rude. Right when we left at 8:53 he literally ran behind us to close the whole store, turning the lights off as quickly as possible, it wasn’t even 9 yet.

Ordered on DoorDash and I got a couple things to try- all in all amazing place and the ice cream was bomb.

I completed the paint and ice cream virtually and I am so happy with the whole experience! The ice cream was amazing and the virtual paint was great. They provided all the paint, brushes, canvas and tutorial online. Great way to connect with friends virtually during this stay at home order and still have fun with each other!

I love Da Vinci Ice Cream! i always order on postmates and it’s as good as the first time. I get the mixed dozen so i get a little bit of every cookie, even the new ones and the shakes, oh lard, i love the flavors and the new ones too like the”Toasted Marshmallow,” which i added to my Horchata & Vanilla shake tonight. Thank you again Da Vinci for being open and always making my night better with your delicious treats!

BIG Scoops and creative flavors. Pricey for a single scoop, 3 scoops is better deal. Limited flavors. Nice museum like atmosphere with art on the walls.

If Da Vinci himself were to make ice cream, this is how hed do it. The owner was so friendly and explained everything for me. There is a variety of flavors and different combinations as well. Would definitely come back.

Decent ice cream. Not a huge selection. After sampling maybe half of them to find which flavor I liked best I settled on mint chip because its hard to mess that up and the others were simply underwhelming Mint flavor was good sandwiched between two chocolate chip cookies sounded like pure bliss but the whole experience felt lacking.I couldnt help feeling when I left this establishment that I couldve just done this at home. They do have some cool art on the walls for sale too.

Go here for ice cream and if you want a bad as* paint night experience! Finally a spot that offers modern, pop culture, non-basic paint night classes!

Best ice cream shop Ive have tried. Im a regular here and have tried all the flavors. They have a great point system to earn free goodies. They also offer a paint night which is great. Theme is art so you can check out all the cool artwork on the walls. You have to try the red velvet ice cream, best one.

I cant believe in had not brought my daughter here before. I brought her in to do the Zebra painting a few weeks ago and she just loved it! Then instructor was very nice and took her time explaining each step. It was my daughters first painting class and she cant wait for the future events. The ice cream they gave us after was delicious. I got a blue one I believe it was cookie monster. Must try!

Love this place! The ice cream isnt great but the warm cookies make up for it and the toppings are always fresh. The local art on the walls really gives the place a great feel and you purchase it as well!There are also paint classes going on here if you can catch them. Overall, great place to have in the community.

I went in here to kill time and ask about the menu. i ended buying a pin and got samples of ice cream. the employee was real cool. i didnt get his name. the art work was amazing and its all for sale. ima try to come back with my family for paint night. i know my kids would love that... painting and ice cream? cant go wrong with that.

The best ice cream in the South Bay. Come often for the different flavors; they change seasonally. This summer they had toasted marshmallow. I dont even like marshmallow and that ish was bomb!!! My fave flavor is cookie overload. Great Ive cream flavor and tons if cookie chunks inside. All the cookies are the ones they bake in house. Nice!!! 🍦🍦😍😍

This place is amazing, they have a lot of great flavor and combinations. The staff are very friendly, my sister loves their cookie overload ice cream and they were out until another employee went to the back and found another batch, thats great customer service, my favorite flavor combination is two double fudge cookies with the Grinch ice cream and cinnamon toast crunch its heavenly. The ice cream is DELICIOUS. I love how they offer Tajin on the ice cream. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help put. The art around the store (which is always up for sale) is amazing to look at. Its great hope they showcase a local artist and donate money to local schools. Ive purchased a few pieces of art from there when I go for ice cream. Couldnt be happier.

I got a ice cream sandwich, white chocolate chip cookie, birthday ice cream & caramel sauce. The cookies was warm and delious. It looked so good when they handed it to me that i bit right into it before paying. It was heavenly.

I ordered half a dozen assorted cookies and strawberry cheesecake ice cream from Da Vincis thru UberEats. The cookies were hard and not as described. The best thing was the ice cream and even that wasnt spectacular; it had an aftertaste, there were no graham cracker pieces (cheesecake?), and it wasnt worth the money that was spent.

This place is so awesome! The flavors are unique and delicious. They also sell art on their walls which is cool and for a good cause they donate to art programs. My fav flavors are red velvet, pecan praline, and mango sorbet with tajin. Soooooo bombb. Oh! And they also host paint nights. Great for a date night. Im stoked to have found such a sweet place ;)
