It doesnt matter which trane you go to. Even the most simple of a transaction take 5 times longer than anywhere else. I have no idea what is happening on their computer screens, but theyll spend 5 to ten minutes staring at it in a state of confusion

After I was told that my order was ready for pick up I went to the store and they sold my entire order to someone else before I arrived. I dont do a lot of work with Trane but the guys at the Carson store dont seem to be the brightest bunch.I wont waste my time with this store again
