This market is super clean. Everything is in precise order. When you go past the meat department there is no old blood or fishy smell coming from it. Definitely going back!!

All the employees are extremely nice! I see how the security men help the customers who need help loading their groceries to their car which is amazing to see. I think I met the owner and he is really nice and caring. He tried to help me out with my groceries since I had my little one with me. Everyone made my experience shopping there nice.

There was a fight in your parking lot today and your security guard just stood there and watched!There was 5 African American women beating down 1 small young Hispanic woman . I in formed the security guard right away. He did nothing just watched. I told staff to call the police. They had no sense of urgency to even help this girl. The security guard could have easily helped in one form shape or anything. I felt unsafe to even leave your store. This went on for 5 minutes and the security guard literally stood there and watched. I was absolutely disgusted. I honestly do not even want to come back again for this reason alone. I totally felt unsafe while walking out of your store while your security guard did absolutely nothing! This man is not equipped to do his job at all.

This market recently opened in that neiborhhood. The staff is super friendly and helpful. When you walk up to the store. There is a clerk outside getting you a basket. When you walk in the door. You are greeted very cordially. Even the security guard is cool. They have a very good selection of produce. The prices are reasonable. The store is very well kept. When you check out the cashiers are very friendly and helpful. When you walk out they ask you if you need help loading your car. Once youre done loading your items. The outside clerk takes your basket for you. Very top notch service. I highly recommend this place.

You know this place would a 3 star but their customer Svc is actually better than the previous stores that were hear so they get a 4. Its actually nice to see that it appears like theyre striving to improve instead of letting the store go to hell. Hopefully they make it bc as you know- the previous stores at this location failed.

I came for the first time and it was buzzing. Everyone was in the produce section and with good reason. The fruits were beautiful, the veggies were bright and fresh. I was so excited. There were fresh herbs, okra, epazote, huazontle, yuca, dude I can go on. The spice rack was stacked. I saw things I never knew existed like dried arnica and globolobo. There were some Asian sauces and noodles too. There was a huge selection of sodas and pops from all over the world. The butcher section was awesome. The place looked clean and stacked. I cant wait to go back.

Love this store I drive the extra few miles to come here. All workers are great nice and friendly. I use to shop Ralphs for freshness but over all El Frescos meat, vegetables, and fruits are very fresh. I am very happy with this store. Thank you for always making my son and I feel very welcome.

Recently opened grocery store catering to the Latino consumers. They carry a lot of Latino products. I like the produce department. Plenty of fresh products, fruits and vegetables. They have already prepared, marinated meats thats grilled ready. Currently have plenty of products in sale. Its clean inside. The workers are friendly and helpful, and do follow the safety protocols for COVID.Definitely will be back soon.

I have been here a handful of times but whenever I do it is a pleasant experience. Employees are really nice. Pricing is decent too!

Very friendly employees and organized super service

I love this market, all the employees are very welcoming and friendly. They actually greet you and ask you if you need any assistance. Thats so rare now and days. The customer service is above and beyond. I shop here weekly and its the same results every time. The store is very clean and organized. They have most groceries that you would find anywhere else, and also specialty items.The meat counter people are very attentive and the asada is well marinated. I prefer it over La Venadita. Its higher quality for sure. The taste is subjective to each their own. Most, if not all the beef they sell their is choice grade.The fruits and veggies have always been fresh as far as I could see. They arent on their way out. The prices are low or competitive to surrounding grocery stores.The check out is quick, they always have extra cashiers available if needed.I am a repeat customer, this is based on at least 10 visits or more. Give them a try.

Almost always doesnt have my favorite chips, only comes to stock atleast 2 times a month then its replaced with tapatio doritos rather than doritos flamas, which is my favorite. Still love this place hoping next time I visit they have dorito flamas available

Very Clean, Affordable and Very Friendly Staff

It is exciting to see a market open up in Carson that has a wide selection of natural and organic foods. I have not found fresh produce like this anywhere else in Carson.

I had a great experience. I was treated very nicely from when I walked in to when I walked out. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Management greeted and thanked me for shopping. This is what shopping should feel like. I will definitely be shopping here again. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

So rude personal and the manager was so aggressive, after perches 350 dalers, ask just asked for restroom but they behaved so rude.So dirty placy without good management, .Never go back there

Very clean place. I really recommend checking this place out. The meats are fresh cuts. The fruits and Vegetables are clean and they all look good. The workers all greet you. Mike the Manager/Owner especially shows us so much respect very humble man always makes sure I have everything I need. Every time I walk in he makes sure he says hi and checks how has my day going. Every employee does the same. My new store I shop at. Im 1 very happy customer. Also the security guard is very respectful.

The place is clean. Staff are friendly, respectful and helpful. They have a nice bottle drink area they have brain wash and others. Good deals on vegetables for preppers they have deals on rice 3#$1. Why 4 stars is some of the prices on items are higher here then at other stores. But if in the the area stop by and check it out.

Satisfied inside the store, but not with shopping carts removed from the parking lot. Being disabled, I need one, or have to use my walker to get one by the entrance, then store it on the cart. Ralphs has them by the return area. Thanks.

This is probably the cleanest and most well organized market ive ever been in, or will ever be in my entire life, all the labels in ever aisle facing out. I feel weirdly comfortable here. Not to mention the staff are all super super nice!

This place was nice at first and overall I can tell you that it’s a great place to shop at. But just Becareful about the people who work there. There have been numerous occasions where I’ve shopped here and heard altercations between who I assume is the supervisor or manager bad mouthing the staff. I understand that this is an establishment and success and customer satisfaction is number one priority. But I can’t imagine having any of my kids working here. :// It’s a good place to shop but again management is a problem. The fact that I’ve seen this happen several times makes me wonder how else they treat their employees at work.

I went to get some ox tails that were in the sales paper and was not allowed to get them at te price in the ad. I have left messages for the store and to date have not gotten a call or a live person to pick up the phone., y next step is to file a complaint bad service

My girlfriend and I enjoy coming here often for their great assortment of Sodas. The atmosphere is great and the staff are very friendly. I enjoy coming here as often as I do. Im glad a clean market replaced the dying one that went bust years ago. I hope this place continues to thrive.

The best customer service I’ve ever seen in a grocery store. Super friendly and helpful staff and the store is kept extremely clean and all of their fruits and veggies look so fresh! So excited to have a store this close in Carson and I’ll be sure to keep coming back 👍🏼

Dont get me wrong the location is a very great location theyve put a lot of money into the store to put the upgrades into it what I mean is they put a roll up door it looks very nice and very secure very clean for now I just was taking back when I walked in there and there wasnt any alcohol not that I wanna to buy alcohol but Im just surprised at the store because they didnt have what I was looking for there wasnt a bakery in there and its ready to go with a bakery I remember the 1st store that opened up here back in the days and I am talking about back in the days ?

Thats a great grocery store they have everything you look for an amazing selection of root beers and all kinds of beverages they have everything you might be looking for from vegetables fruits the meat is really good and the best part of these store is their service the people there treat you like family

I went on Saturday on their gran opening and everyone was soooooo nice and I had a back pack that’s also my purse. I went on Sunday and I was not allowed in because I had a backpack for a purse and they wanted me to leave it at the entrance now how am I suppose to shop and pay without my purse?

A new Mexican grocery market that recently opened up, it has lots of items for sale and has all the clearance and safety measures in place with all the employees wearing masks as well. However they should lower the price or sell cheaper items to compete with other markets.

Hoy 27 de Octubre del 2021, estuve en la tienda como a eso de las 9 o 9:20 a.m., y tuve una experiencia muy desagradable, con un empleado, que la verdad, no se si será el manager o supervisor de la tienda, la verdad no sé! Estuve en la caja #7, no voy a decir su nombre, por qué no vale la pena, pero fue muy grocero y altanero, me dijo que no podía llevarme el producto, por qué había límite, yo le dije que dónde estaban los precios, no especificaba esa condición, y le volví a decir, ahí no dice nada, y me contestó, LO DIGO YO, y me dijo que si no me gustaba que para que iba, que no regresará, que para lo que compro, que importa si no vuelvo! La verdad me quedé sorprendida, por qué tenía buena impresión con todos los trabajadores de este lugar, todos son muy amables y serviciales, hasta este momento, la verdad que pena!!!
