I placed an online order with Kays to have it picked up in the store. Kays had some issue sending in my order to the store and basically made it a bit complicated to have the gift ready by our anniversary date.Kays ended up canceling the order. I went to the store to see if I can just buy something in person instead of dealing with Kays shipping it to the store.I got lucky enough to have Derriale help me. She ended up going the extra mile calling Kays and the bank to make sure they release the funds from my canceled order so I can purchase something there. Any other jewelry store wouldve just had me call customer service myself and say theres nothing they can do.For the inconvenience of my ordered being canceled, she also recommended me a gift that was far better than the one I originally ordered.Even though we all knew it was not their fault that Kays canceled my order, she made sure I was well taken care of and that means a lot. I was mostly dealing with Derriale but the whole staff seems great also. They were all very welcoming and represented their company very well. Youre in good hands with anyone you speak to. Would definitely come back for more jewelry.
We wanted better bathrooms with more beautiful and long-lasting lighting fixtures, a modern tub, leak-free and efficient faucets and a wider window. Sam from Hi Grade Remodeling & Restoration guided us through the choosing of the best materials and explained how he’d do the work. He ensured that the job was complete in two days. Would hire him again.
I came to this Kay Jewelers location after looking at several other jewelry places, both online & in person. This Kay store looks smaller but they had exactly what I was looking for in their selection and they even matched the online sale price plus found a way to save me a little extra money on top of that, which is appreciative when making a purchase. My sales person, Ric Rocker, was amazing. He answered all my questions, thoroughly explained all their warranties, plans, financing, cleanings, etc. I couldnt be happier because I had such an amazing salesperson to assist me. I will definitely be a long time customer. I recommend coming in and asking for Ric.
This store has very knowledgeable staff members who go beyond customer service, I was looking for a gift for my wife and spoke to the manager, she was very mindful of what I was looking for and directed me to some beautiful pieces of jewelry that just blew me away.. and yes I did make the purchase and loved it, so did my wife we really appreciate her help. thanks!
