Very small location. I placed anorder for a platter and bouquet. When I arrived I was asked if I placed my order. I said yes and the lady proceed to grab my platter and hand it to me. She then said thank you and have a great day. Which was nice but my order included flowers. So I told her I order and platter and bouquet. She then had to check her computer to verify and left to the back room. No apology was giving she just came from the back and said they are making me one now. Kinda disappointed my order wasnt completely ready and put together.

I check what time they close and website said at 7 pm and is 5:00 pm and they’re alreday closed

Valentines day was ruined! I ordered a nice set chocolate strawberries, bear and a balloon. It happened to be raining today and with no procation from the store decided not to rap my items I had sent out. You would think with charging $20 for delivery they will have a small bag to cover the stuff. With them failing to do that my wife got a wet bear wet chocolate strawberries with the water under the bag like if they needed to be watered. Called costumer service and was told they will replace it but to late now my wife is on her way home. I tried to contact multiple times and line has been busy all day.

Not very happy with my arrangement. My order doesnt look nothing like in the picture in the website. Its was a suprise for valentines and now its all ruined thanks to this place. Never buying from here ever again and they never answer your calls. Very rude and unprofessional customer service. The only thing they got right was inflating the balloon. DONT BUY FROM HERE! They have good prices but look at the quality. Ruined my valentines and not very happy at all. Definitely getting a refund from my bank not even bothering with them since they never answer.

Went like 2 weeks ago to pick up some chocolate covered strawberries i got for my dads birthday. The strawberries were so big! They were so good. My dad loved them.

Not the greatest service they act like they couldnt find my delivery location. I tried to cancel my order but they refused to cancel or refund me. One of my family members called here to ask some questions about the order the manager had an attitude and seemed ghetto. 🙄 . For those that want to order something from edibles I wouldnt recommend this location.

So far, I am very happy with this location. I had concerns due to recent unfavorable reviews but Ive been trying to call all of the local stores for a couple of days and they were the only ones who answered. They were great! Spoke with Jackie earlier today and just now spoke with another but failed to get her name. Both were very helpful and professional. My mother will be getting her gift late but the store assures me that they will call her today to notify of delivery tomorrow. Lets hope all goes well. Will try to update after delivery.

The Carson location was not my cup of tea, customer service was poor. It was one girl who and I can’t think of her name but she was sweet to me and kept assuring me that my order would be ready soon. To me it’s unorganized because I already placed an order in advance, but today it was not ready although they emailed me saying “it’s Ready for pick up”it was NOT. Please improve the service with more positive vibes and more organized.

I will never get nothing from this store chocolates were melted and old full of white spots and I bought it online as a gift not cool . Only the strawberries were ok the cookies not that great .

What a horrible experience with this company, I made an order to arrive 02/05/20 never reached its destination, but nevertheless it arrived in the mail where it said successful delivery.

I order an edible arrangement on 2/10/20, to be delivered on Valentine’s Day between 10:AM. and 2:PM. It’s now 4:10PM. And their were no show no call, can’t get in touch with no one they are not answering the phone and not returning any messages, my daughter has a dinner date at 3:30.They charged my debit card the same day I ordered, they do terrible business I will never do business with them again, and will never recommend them to anyone.

I worked with DeeDee and her customer relations skills are AWESOME. She was having trouble locating my recipient because he isn’t always in the office. But she kept on track and persevered and phoned me to let me know exactly when the fruit bowl was delivered. I praise her for her diligence.Thanks for a job well done.

I gave a 1 star because I had to rate something. I placed an order for delivering on Valentine day. Order was not delivered, I called several time to work with the vendor for a new delivery location giving the vendor the benefit of the doubt. Several calls made with voicemails and no answer or call back. Will cancel my order and ask my money back.

I was a little bit concerned by some of the reviews but my service was pleasant and my order was delivered on time and the wife loved it.

Went in for a fruit smoothie but decided on a fruit froyo blend. It was yummy! Also got me a sample of a chocolate covered strawberry, it was delicious! The arrangements are pretty awesome and they have something a variety of occasions. Cute place!

They provided great customer services and took the time to help me select the perfect valentines day gift despite being incredibly busy. Definitely will be ordering from them again!

Good people, you really need to visit this Carson location. Seriously! Dee Dee and Alondra cater to the customer! I had a ball talking with them! They were pleasant, extremely helpful, and offered me a sample or two of their latest treats! They made my experience so wonderful, I came back the following week to purchase another arrangement. On 1-26-19 at about 12:30 pm my family and I went into the carson location of Edible Arrangements for smoothies. Upon entering the store, we noticed that the lobby was empty.After waiting about 2-3 long minutes and constantly activating the doorbell, a young lady came to the counter and asked if she could help us. She never apologized for her extended delay in coming to the counter.We dismissed her unprofessional demeanor and asked for several strawberry-banana smoothies. She replied that they were running low on fruit and they were not selling smoothies. We courteously thanked her and said that we would come back another day.I am not sure how a business can call itself a business and run out of fruit which is a staple of the business.Somewhat absurd!!

I’m So Upset after Calling a million times with no answer i decided to come and see if someone can help me with a alternative number i ordered my husband a fruit bucket bear and balloon well the fruit was delivered Really late with no balloon and no bear 😢🤬😡 It was the first time i gave it the benefit of the doubt to order something online but provén point they are just here to make easy money not caring for the sentiment value of a gift for our love ones in 13 years first time i really wanted to surprised him at work.....Failed Thanx alot so Much For Paying $120+

DO NOT USE THIS STORE!! This store has the worst customer service in store and delivery. If you want to be treated with rudeness and disrespect, this is what this store is all about. I am disgusted by the way the employees at this store treat their customers which makes me question the values of the business. From Dee-dee the delivery driver to Tatiana the manager, the whole experience with these employees was a major headache. Please use another store when purchasing from Edible Arrangements!!

She had an ATTITUDE with me for calling to find out what happened to our delivery. So I had to check her- yes she couldnt handle getting a taste of her own medicine so she decided to refund our delivery back to the purchaser. Rude employees, failed to complete my order for my friends Birthday, and very unprofessional. Employees name BEEDEE and managers name ALONDRA.

Unfortunately the actual Owner/Manager Azure is extremely rude, discourteous and does not value the consumer dollar. I will NEVER do business at this location again and will encourage my friends and family to do the same. Many of which live in CARSON, CA and in the building where your business is housed. There are too many other choices available in and around the area. You will not be in business much longer treating repeat customers this way!
