I had bad experience coming to this place all employee except one named was very nice unfortunately I was not being patient and ask for her help since shes the only one available and everyone else was busy helping others. I felt I was being rush and shes didnt exactly trying to help me like rude behavior. She ruin my day.
My phone died on Memorial Day and I was in the area. The store was open and Jorge, one of the managers, set me up quickly with a replacement. It was easy to transfer most of my data through Gmail, since I have an Android phone.
The young man who waited on me was very nice and helpful. He wasnt able to help me with my issue but put me in the direction of who could. 👍
Very helpful. Only dont maintain proper distance do to plague. Go through motions, mask, but when see this, we must maintain our own distance. Guess there all day, ppl forget. But its why I put 4 stars.

Unbelievable I have been with Verizon for almost 30 years I want to add somebody to my account and they are going to charge him almost $1,000 for a phone but theyre so nice they allow you to pay payments.. thats a joke
The lady that attended me had poor customer service i guess she didnt feel like selling a phone.The other associates were friendly and greeted me when I walked in, but they were busy with other customers. Im gonna try buying it on line.

We all have to adjust to the signs of the time. I went to a Verizon store in Carson, Ca and even though you now have to make appointments to look at phones or purchase online, the salesman/greeter was extremely helpful. Once I purchased and received my phone, I took it back and the same person, whose name I got, was extremely helpful.
Don’t go in there with questions. They’ll be answered with a attitude.
Scammers! Went in to upgrade our old phone. Was told one price. Didn’t mention the hidden fees so what we were told would have been about $195 per month is now $250. Not pleased.
The staff member coached me through transferring my apps and data into my new phone but he was impatient and rushing. I felt as if I was disturbing his personal phone time. The security agent was the friendliest and most personable employee at this location.

I feel like I was robbed. I bought a $50 screen protector from the store and after a week it was falling off. Brought it back to the store and they refused return or exchange. Product wasnt listed on ZAGG website, unable to order online. Had to drive an hour and pay $10 to get it replaced at ZAGG store. Dont buy from this store they do not support products they sell!
Tec knew his job well and no time was was wasted.

So when I first walked into the store I was greeted but didn’t receive help for 15 mins or so .. the first guy I met with I told him that I wanted to trade my phone in and he immediately looked down at my phone and made the comment “it’s not worth it, we wouldn’t give you much just by looking at it.” I was so disappointed because he made me feel that the condition of my phone wasn’t worth their service . Until another guy came over to help. I wish I would’ve gotten his name because he was very respectful and helpful and was able to provide me with the service I was expecting plus more ! He is the reason why I’m giving this place 4 stars.

I went to open an acct on monday 2/25/20 service was great!! but i changed my mind about the phone the next day and went to exchange it knowing theres a restocking fee ask if it could be waived off in good faith, answer was no by evelyn and jorge.. so i called customer service at verizon after talking to them for 40 min they agreed to exchange my phone without ne paying the restocking fee, so i went into the store and gave my phone to jorge ( manager ) so he can talk to the custoner service rep.. thats when world war 3 started they both got into it so bad i felt like the mutany in the movie red october bullets were flying all over
The employees dont give you the right information that you need to know found out that Im paying for a phone that I shouldnt be paying for. Great connection horrible customer service I found out today that Im paying for a phone which I traded in my old one for as equal value and was told it would be equal value its disgusting that someone would lie to you just to make a sale this store has no empathy. I hope to get rid of all the workers there and bringing people who actually do care for the customer and are reliable and informed customer of whats really going to happen.

No customer service. They wanted us to make all the calls, why even have a location at this point. This is why everything is going online. I have been with Verizon for over 10 years one of the reason I stuck with them was because of their customer service. At this point might as well change to another provider if the service is going to be just as bad, I can save my money.

The staff were great but the location is very difficult to get to. If you pass it, youve got to navigate going a very long way around just to get to the driveway entrance that leads you to a small parking lot and thats not easy to get to either.

Verizon scams you out of money was charged for a phone that was credited.
The manager, Oscar, was rude and unhelpful. He kept on saying that transferring information from old phone to insurance replacement phone is easy but he never helped me. He just stood by and played with his Galaxy Note while the line was building up. I walked out of the store irritated with the guy.
Absolutely useless staff. Spent 30 minutes to track down a phone case only to find out they cant sell it to me because it didnt show up in the inventory. No one in the store knew what to do.
I ordered a battery for my Note 4 at the Verizon store in Carson on Oct 4th, 2016,a Sunday, and was told the battery would arrive by Monday Nov. 1, 2016. Well it did not so I waited until Tues.,the 2nd. When it did not arrive, I cld. the tel. number on the receipt and got this insane IVR machine which never said which number to press to reach the store. It is like Verizon does not want you to call them. So I cld. 611 from my cell phn. and reached a person who said I should not have been told that the part would arrive the next day! She said it should arrive by Wed., the 3rdWell, it did not! So Friday the 5th, I got into my car and drove to the store, again! After a 1/2 hr and two Verizon employees later, they concluded it should arrive Friday by the US Post Office that evening. At last, it did.

Do not like the customer service by attendant and manager on August 27, 2015. Screw of back battery came off. They said 2 only things to do I have to pay $199 for new phone or psy $50 diductibal. ThisWas an injustice. My wife use the telephone.She is blind and handicap and staying in Gardena Convalescent.
I waited an hour to replace my Galaxy s6 edge only for them to tell me I had to ship the phone back, I couldnt replace it in store. Get back home call verizon and they have no idea why they wouldnt replace it in store.One of the employees asks why I am getting the same phone again? I tell her because its brand new and it should work and thats what I bought. She tell me I shouldnt buy 1st generation anything. Avoid this store and their bad attitudes.

Customer service reps did not smile and acted like matter of fact.they did not offer any solutions and i was treated like just another number.they were more like robots than people.i did see a rep helping an elderly couple who explained things in detail to them. whatever happened to customer service....it is all about numbers not quality....quality of life is suffering terribly

Lots of employees, one other customer and I had to wait!!! Wth?Employees were gathered in their little corner talking to each other and I had to go up to ask when I was getting help. No wonder phone plans are so high; the company now has to pay for the extra employees. Its just too bad many of these employees dont do anything to improve services.Okay, 30 minutes later, someone came to help me. And he disappeared for 15 minutes supposedly looking for my phone. Only to come back to ask what color of phone I want. Maybe they need google maps in their store room...
Misleading information from female supervisor to get you to sign up with programs that turned out to be disastrous for me. My problems with landlines and the Internet was never ending and never resolved. Finally after getting out of contract I dropped them.I went back about two months ago regarding problems with my cell phone and got young Latino girl who looked completely unprofessional...tattoos, chipped ungroomed long false nails, excessive eye makeup and boyish clothes......didnt know what she was talking about and give me wrong information. She was complete airhead and so was her supervisor who was also Latino. Finally got young black man who was very informative and solved my problem, yet he was in bottom position who I would have thought could be a manager. He was off the clock leaving for the day but stopped to help me after viewing my frustration with the girl. Politics is going on at this location that need to be changed.
