Very good stuff for all sport customers service it’s ok

Its very clean and organized. The staff helped very much perits very much. I was looking for some hats to protect my workers from the sun and his son and I was directed in the right place easy enough.

Experienced one of the most professional and best customer service representatives Ive ever come across. Bought a knife for someones birthday, and was helped out by Jeff. Give this man a raise! Went in looking for a black light/ Uv light and they didnt sell it, place looks to crowded cant walk through the aisles.

Ask for help to buy my son an Airsoft BB gun the guy came over and passed us up went to the back

Went to look for 20lb dumbells but were sold out, of course. Managed to put together free weights and dumbell bars to get what I needed. All employees were great and really helpful, busy doing stuff but nice and present. Great location too with lots of parking.

Went to go exchange an item for my son, but he didnt have my receipt. I think they threw it away. I knew e would get store credit, but not sure how much. Come to find out you only get credit for the last sale price of the item. So we lost about $5 on the exchange. But the manager was very nice. He even gave us a small %10 discount. I even purchased an additional item. Quick visit, in and out. They even had hand sanitizer as you entered the store for you to use.

Came in on November 17, 2020 at around 1pm found a bench that had been sitting for a while final decide to get I ask the manager if there was any discount she said no i then asked if she could add a final sale discount because I knew the item had been sitting and she got an attitude with me the rest of the staff was cool but I don’t appreciate the attitude just because I ask for a final sale price. In the past when I bought a spin bike from them and ask they was able to do it I just wanted to see if I could get the same treatment with this purchase wasnt an expectation but it would have been nice. But instead I got an attitude i really don’t appreciate the way she treated me.

Great experience from entry to exit. Was greeted immediately upon entering then asked if I needed assistance. After replying yes the gentleman showed us exactly what we were asking for as well as explained the difference between the various items. At that point he once again asked if we needed anything additional and proceeded to take us to the requested item as well as made sure we were satisfied with our selection and if we needed additional assistance. Went in looking for socks and other items to allow to keep warm in a non-heated home, found some socks, but even the minus 35 degree socks were not helpfull, and gloves not good. some interesting stuff was out of stock. was still trying to get work done and still use phones and laptops.cover wraps were also out of stock. prices also high on sale items.

Our go to neighborhood sports related store. Need last bit of supplies for camping? They got it. Need a replacement baseball gear for growing kid? They got it. Your athlete got a muscle booboo? They got the kinetic tape to kiss it away. Its a small store (most of them are) but its chock full of surprises. Take your time and meander, sometines you dont know you need it until you find it. Check their Sunday ads for the weekly specials. I almost always find great deals on athletic shoes. AND sometines we get coupons in the mail (neighborhood circular and not from membership) for $10 OFF anything over $35. So check it out and be surprised. Prices are not scary at all. I guess employees dont walk the floors anymore asking customers if they need assistance. It took me a while to find items in the section I was looking for. As my items are being rang up, two employees are talking about a lady that had just left. He said to another employee that she was such a B_+&#@. He said it twice, very inappropriate with other customers present.
