Ive been going to Shoewiz in the Carson Mall for years, My family have been a customer for over 20 years there service is outstanding and there level of expertise is superb. And if I ever experienced any hiccups please believe they always made it right.

Very Very poor customer service, as well as terrible quality of work provided. I will NEVER bring any of my shoes back to this establishment. Years ago, this business had great customer service and reliable work, but that has all changed. Please do not take your items here. They will destroy the item, or provide subpar work.

LOVE, LOVE these guys. They cut down my wedge heels. Its like going in, for a new pair of shoes. Please, if you too have a great pair of heels, but they are too high, take them to Carson shoe repair.

I love this place, they have polished my boots at a fast timeframe. I was complimented by coworkers and board members of my boots (and uniform). I will definitely recommend this place to my friends, relatives, and co-workers 😀

Great workmanship!Great prices. Plus they have every kind of accessory you could ever need. I took in a pair of boots (brand new)I needed help because when I tried to wear them the tongue would slide way over & drop down around my ankle. I figured maybe one of those tongue slots (like on your tennis shoes) would do the trick. They reccomended instead to sew up one side of the tongue and it was less expensive!Love the place. Saw it one night while going to the movies there at the mall!

There workmanship is decent, prices have gone ALL THE WAY UP since the mall upgrade. the person claiming/set up to be the manager is a joke.

Quick repair on my boots, amazing service!

I took my Allen Edmonds Kennelworths here because the stitching was frayed. They reinforced not only the problem area but all four points that could potentially become loose. Plus they gave them a nice shine! Im more than pleased with my experience at Shoe Wiz!

This guy is a crook.... He keeps on changing his price, I had him do a sole and heel replacement for my shoes. The first time he charged me under $20, I brought the same shoes 6 months later, and I got charged $27, this time, he was going to charge me $45... Do not bring your shoes to this guy!!!For all its worth, This guy do good job... but he will take your money!!!!
