Very bad experience. Was not greated or even offered help by one of the girls there. To top that off the girl with the breads was doing her makeup. I waited almost 20 minutes for help. I came back two days later to speak to a manager and make a complaint, do not go to this Sephora if you want to wait and feel disrespected.
This is the worst service Iβve had at Sephora from an employee never in my life have I been treated this way For one she had me waiting for more than 20 min by talking to another client that already paid for her stuff and stayed talking when i told her before I needed help and when I told her sorry but can you help me I need help she came over but with attitudeSo disappointed by this Sephora in Carson .

Need to restock on Fenty products.Store associates asked me 3x in less than 30 minutes if I needed help with anything. I felt like I was being watched for shoplifting. Each time I reiterated to them I did not need any assistance. I informed the associate I was there to use my gift card and needed to find something in $$ range but not over $$ ( hoping this would clear up my reasoning for taking my time to test products and browse everything to ensure I was getting the best item for my money spent.) This did not deter her from repeatedly following me and straight up walking over to me to suggest products to me. It was like they wanted me to βhurry up and buyβ. I felt really uncomfortable and my mind was no longer on being able to focus on the quality of the items I needed but rather, my attention was focused on hurrying up to leave this place I had every intention of having a pleasurable experience discovering something new and fun. I regret ever coming here and the only way I want to be a member here is seeing women of color here. Specifically dark skinned African American women like myself so I can know I wonβt be subjected to unfair actions or discrimination.
Sephora employees are very helpful,they always guides me to what Im looking for,although they are not always stocked with certain products,but I still love the storeπβ€

I did need to get some Jack black products from either here or Ulta but I went to here because I was in the area and also because there were so many negative reviews I had to experience it for myself! But my experience was fine, my product was at a great price although the price wasnt listed in the vicinity I had to find out from the lady.
I was hesitant to go to this Sephora due to all of the bad reviews but I must say that I had an excellent experience here. The lady (Im sorry I dont remember her name) helped me do a color match for the new Fenty hydrating foundation. Her customer service skills were great and she was extremely friendly and made everything so relaxed. She knew my shade right away and I am so glad that I made the decision to come her today.
Im preparing for a wedding and asked for a color match Wendy helped me a lot. Came back again this time to get some concealer and again Wendy helped me. She was always kind and helped me a lot. Love my purchases!
The customer service was really unprofessional by all 3 of the employees and even the supervisor. Itβs a shame they couldnβt help me. So disappointed how a retail store gets run by individuals like this. My experience by far was the most sad and disgusting I have encountered in all my years shopping at Sephora.
Worse Sephora I been. Ive asked to color match and was told to wait. Only 3 girl working at the time I arrive. Two cashier and only 1 working at the beauty studio.And the one working at the studio left after she was done with a client. At least tell me you didnt have time I wouldnt be waiting for more then 1hr.
They have terrible customer service mostly because they are understaffed and they do not acknowledge your presence. I usually stumble around trying to help myself because they are either tied up, or acting busy. I understand busy but I dont understand rudeness. It only takes a second to greet your guests or to say I will be with you as soon as I can but to allow your customers to fend for themselves is not customer service. This would not be such an issue if you had more than 2 people working at a time,. There have been several times where there was 1 person working. They also dont carry or only carry limited name brand products. They probably should get better management because it starts there. The store has great potential but needs to bring in someone who can change things up and elevate the store.
Horrible service!! Understocked and if you ask for help and interrupt them talking amongst themselves. You would think you just committed a murder. The worst thing is if you email corporate they respond saying you will hear something in 5 to 7 business days but you dont. I only have problems at this location. They need customer service classes.
They have the worst customer service ever, I was there on Motherβs Day and the cashier swiped my gift card and then claimed it had 0.00 dollars when I had just checked it and it had 35.00To top it off not only did they take my money they claimed it never went through. Donβt waste your time they are no help at all
Ive been today the cashier was rude, seems like she hates her job. I will not shop there anymore. I asked her for a perfume sample and she said no i cant believe it she was so mean.

The lady at Sephora was rude. I went to go do a return and she gave me a really hard time plus wasnt able to do the return. Like wow I really just waisted my time their. They are no help at all. I would definitely not return here at all. Terrible customer service.
This is the worst Sephora I have ever been to.They dont even clean this filthy place.All of the makeup remover bottles were not working.Staff was ok.How do they expect to have customers if the few things that they advertised they dont even have them!!!!!They need new management!!!!!

Very rude phone service. Ive called multiple times. These people either do not pick up the phone or picks it up and immediately hangs up. Save yourself the time and frustration and spend your money at another establishment
