First time here and loved the experience. Staff very friendly and my waxed was so nice and very professional.

European wax center is the go to place to take care of all your wax needs. Chin/lips, eyebrows, shoulders, chest, full face basically anywhere on your body that needs waxing!! This place is co-ed so men can come as well! Come stop by packages are good instead of individual services

I’ve had the membership prior to Covid and have been getting charged on my bank account monthly and when I go get waxing I still need to pay each time I get waxed on top of the $123 monthly fee! I’ve asked for the owner and supervisors to refund me and still have not been helped.. if I could put a zero star I would ..Maybe this way I’ll get refunded..

Very thorough Ive gone to different waxing spots where I had full patches left. My technician made sure nothing was left and talked me through every step of what she was doing!

Ask for Brittany, she is the BEST 🙌🏻Today was my first time going to her and I already made next appointment.This wasn’t my first Brazilian but it was NOTHING compared to other Brazilians I’ve had. 😅She took her time with me and made sure I was comfortable, from making sure the temperature was ok to using little strips instead of big strips since I had been shaving during this quarantine lol. Also, the girl at the front desk has very good customer service. Her name is Aamor. 😊

Ive been waxing for years with European wax centers, this was the first one that charged me for waxing my inner thighs nothing was done differently than my other waxes. It was frustrating and of course there were no supervisors at the time and the 2 girls that were there were rude.

Front desk was really friendly & welcoming but my wax service was rushed and beyond painful. The waxer Sasha did not care about making the experience comfortable or even bothered to pause when i told her it was painful. I wasnt planning on leaving a review even when I left unhappy with my waxer. What compelled me to leave this review was the results I didnt see the waxing results in EWC as I said I was rushed out. Once I arrived home I found entire areas irritated and swollen along with missed areas that I now have to maintenance myself. Im aware of this process including pain but this is unacceptable work. Overall, I had an unpleasant experience at this location and would not recommend to others

K, not sure who my waxer was. Actually, Im pretty sure it was British. She was exceptional. She did a good job with my brazillian, but seemed a bit unhappy (maybe it was a bad day???). Either way Im now a fan of hot wax... the front desk lady was my fav!! She was super sweet and cheerful... great atmoshpere, good experience.
