Great quality. I had a sliding screen and front screen installed and we love them. Durable construction. Looks different from wrought iron and it is solid enough to provide needed security. A little advice: Make sure you speak to your salesperson in advance if you need extra keys. Certain keys are unique and cannot be duplicated.

I have never had such a bad experience with a sales rep or been left with such an awful and disrespected feeling.1) his mask was consistently below his nose while indoors despite my repeated protestations.2) he introduced himself by insulting my neighborhood,3) he treated my floor and my doors like I had plans to replace them and therefore he need not avoid destroying them (I plan to keep them)4) he consistently interrupted me to Mansplain about what I need. (And his explanations/attempts to scare me about security made no sense given how close my neighbors are.)I could go on about this horrifying disease spreading, interrupting, property destroying rude mansplaner, but the company doesn’t deserve any of my time. Suffice it to say this is the first time I have ever asked a contractor or salesperson or estimator to leave.

Recently had all my security crimsafe screens installed on my windows. Everyone who has seen them from neighbors to family are very impressed with the level of security afforded. The installer, Anthony, has been great to work with and I appreciate his assistance with each of my different purchases. Very appreciative to Kevin with personalized customer service support regarding change to original order. It’s really nice to have a company that is based in Australia doing the right thing by customers here in the U.S. Thank you to the whole Wynstan USA team for support and contacts offerred to me.

I used to work there and just had to quit. Soo many mistakes through the management. They didnt like to deal with the customers and rarely stepped up to the plate when a problem occurred. No leadership just bosses sitting in their ivory towers. Everything is made in China so quality is mediocre at best. They dont have proper licenses to operate. They also screwed me out of a few thousand dollars of commission. They most likely wont stay in the USA for long so if a problem occurs in your product dont expect them to honor the warranty. Shame on you Terese.
