I took our old car here for oil change and also some problem and they were able to diagnose and fix it. I live in Carson and they also take me back home as courtesy and pick us up to get our car. Very good customer service. Highly recommended. Thanks for fixing our car and for the courtesy.

Horrible experience i dont even know where to start! Dont come here !! Or get estimates elsewhere prior to coming here and see how much they over charge you. On top of that. Dont be surprised if the work u pay for never gets done They pretend to do the work u ne.. but hey how would u know right?? Be very carefull. U have been warned..

They were honest and told us we didn’t need to have our brakes replaced just yet (maybe within another 3 months) We went ahead and did it anyway. I appreciate their honesty. They also had my car ready in a few hours.

The service stunk I was given a 2 hour wi ndow and from 11am until 1pm watched the mechanics talking socializing not really sticking to their tasks at hand I got something to eat my car still hadnt been worked on I then waited another hour then complained and then 20minutes after that my car was taken in and in 45 minutes my oil change and tune up was completely done. I will never ever go back to this midas I felt totally disregarded and felt my time was being completely wasted by mechanics that choose to socialize instead of work

Oscar is the best. He got me in and out for an oil change on my lunch break. Definitely ask for him if you ever need service.

They have a good deal on full synthetic oil change with tire rotation and courtesy inspection. I went in mid-day and was out within an hour. Clean facilities and friendly staff.

Called up and talked to Oscar. Told him my wife was losing tire pressure at a gas station nearby. He told me hed be able to take care of her tire and fix it as soon as she got to Midas. My wife called me later to tell me Oscar met her outside when she got there and started working on her care immediately. Takes for taking care of the problem so quickly!

Amazing customer service, excellent price, and great car service. I have had my brakes and rotors replaced here, my oil changes, and they even helped me with brake master cylinder issues, fuel tank issues, and a few check engine light type issues. You’ll be able to tell the type of customer service by just simply calling in and hearing the way John greets you over the phone. EVERY TIME! That’s dedication. Even when my car’s dealership wanted to hustle me on “Factory only” fixes, John helped back me up to fight their sly schemes. It didn’t benefit him even a penny financially, but he definitely won my trust. I used to work at a hot rod and motorcycle shop and I have had many mechanic acquaintances and I have to be honest that most are swindlers and out to get your money. But John is different and he’s a real help. Furthermore I’ve tried to find the same type of service at other Midas and never have I ever experienced such good service. And surprisingly Midas are franchises so even John’s price here in Carson was the best and fairest price I’ve seen thus far. Helped me do a dealership service that would’ve cost $1600 down to only $800. That’s half the price. Thanks John!

Great quality, great service, last time I had serviced a 99 Chrysler Sebring LHS, and drove out after an oil change, the car felt brand new! Oscar the manager was very helpful even when the place was busy and about to close.

They charged me 535 dollar. For motor mount had my car sitting up there all day till 5 & my car still not running right its worse then before i will bring my car back this morning

I came in last week to replace my brakes and repair my thermometer. I was so pleased with the service I received I scheduled to come back today for a major tune up. To be honest, only time will tell how well the work has been done, but John alone deserves a 5 star rating for his beyond friendly customer service. Great place for auto repair, they ask you all kinds of questions and check out other parts of your vehicle to make sure everything is running properly without charging you. The wait time was not long for an oil change. The staff is very friendly, and I recommend this location as my best friend recommended it to me

Hard to trust mechanics in the city but you can trust them here. Been going for years. I know a Little about cars so Ive tested them on multiple occasions and they never took advantage of me or gave me wrong advice.

Was trying to change oil on my 18 subaru used car and got sent out very rude, its my money to spendlost customer

Made an appointment online, on appt day they started right away, wait was less than 45 minutes. Front desk staff were very friendly. John is excellent!

I was given help at no charge. Guy put on spare and gave me advice on where to get a new tire. Dont get that kind of service anymore. Very grateful.
