Took my car in and the staff was quick to help and get me an estimate. Car was finished within a week and it looks great! The employees made sure to let me know when my car was ready for pickup and walked me through their repairs before I left. Would definitely recommend!

Was recommended this place by a friend when I got in a fender bender. The estimator was very helpful with keeping me updated on my car and when I came to pick up my car it looked like it was never in an accident! Loved this place and will be back if needed but hopefully not! LOL

Terrible service.just took my vehicle to this place and was told by some rep that my car couldnt be serviced because it was previously repaired by another shop? I never heard of this claim before ever and to be honest I believe it has to do with a personal bias this rep had. I wouldnt recommend taking your vehicle here whatsoever. Ive already had a long day and these people have made it worst. I wish I would I have gotten that rep name as I should put him on blast for that little comment. Karma is something and will be returned in due time. To think I was recommended this place by my insurance company

Rear cargo door was dented by a truck when I was stopped at a traffic light. Several items had to be replaced or repaired - see damage photo.Now It looks brand new!

Caliber did repairs on my car after an accident. Car was repaired and returned to me 8 days before promised. Employees were friendly. I am totally satisfied.

Work was alright, not perfect. Communication on the other hand was remarkably poor. Completion of the repairs was delayed by an entire week due to lack of communication on their end. On top of that, the General Manager (Caesar) called us blaming us for the delay. He was incredibly rude and unapologetic. Prior to his call we reached out multiple times inquiring about the status of the repairs. They did not call us when the estimate increased 10 fold from the initial estimate they provided to explain the reason behind it or request authorisation to proceed (which Cesar had accused us of not providing). Would not recommend due this terrible of customer service experience.

Vehicle was involved in a minor traffic accident, repaired by caliber collision, on time, actually ahead of the promised date. Was kept informed daily by phone and by text received from George. Front office is very clean and receptionist is extremely thoughtful and helpful.

They were very nice. My car was actually dropped off at a different location, they brought back the car to the location I left it. Called me when there was a delay and told me why there is a delay. My car looked bran new!! They also called me to let me know my car was ready and told me the hours of operation just so I knew when it was ok to pick up my car! Absolutely loved the service!

Our vehicle was stolen in front of our residence while we were preparing to go to work. The vehicle was reported stolen and recovered. I normally dont use outside shops for my car repairs. I will take it to the dealer to get fixed so that all parts and paint is OEM. However, our insurance carrier suggested that we use Caliber Collison. This was an experience that will be remembered for a very long time. Our vehicle was warming up without the key being in it. So when Caliber got the vehicle it started to rain profusely. They covered my windows to ensure that no water got inside the vehicle. Their customer service is second to none! Every step of the way, I was informed of the progress of my repairs. I would definitely choose Caliber Collision for any and all my collision repairs.

Im only taking a star away because they forgot to replace my spare tire after doing a terrific job fixing the rear end damage on my truck. I was treated with compassion in the front office, updated often on the progress of my repair, and the job was completed days before the estimated date.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! My truck was stolen from them during business hours with ease. January 31st I got a call saying that my truck was expected to be finished later that day. Some time around 3 or 4 I got a cryptic voicemail saying to give them a call back about my truck. I called back, left a VM and didnt hear back from anyone. Being that it was very close to my work I swung by and was brought into the back and told my truck was stolen. The responding sheriffs had told me according to the video a gentleman was able to drive right into their shop area where the cars are being worked on, dumped a stolen van and jumped right into my truck and drove away without an issue. The incident happened between the hours of noon and 4pm that day leading me to believe that this criminal had some inside information that my truck would be ready that day and the keys would be left inside. Either that or this shop is really that GROSSLY NEGLIGENT to leave keys in unattended vehicles. Im told by my insurance they the shop wont even be covering the insurance I had paid on my rental during the two weeks I had to wait to consider my car a loss stating that waiving my deductible was sufficient enough (laughable.) I never would have imagined something like this could happen at such a large chain with such good reviews. Now Im left without my beloved truck(paid off), not able to find the same color or trim as mine as it was a rare one, and will be left paying thousands more to replace it all because I thought I could trust Caliber.

Took my car there for repairs on insurance claim bad bad choice and mistake . repairs were done went to pickup car and other side had many scratches told management they said they would fix as a courtesy went back to pick up and more damages appeared with top dented management again said they would fix back to pickup again dents on other side 1/4 panel dented all up . l gave up on these people hope higher management reads this and cleans house there at the Carson facility as it seams the damages everytime after were done on purpose for complaining and service there sucks big time . they are lucky i gave 1 star as you cant comment unless . (will never recommend anyone to this place)

HAD AN APPOINTMENT TO DROP OFF MY CAR, THEY ENDED UP DENYING SERVICE BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY COULDN’T GUARANTEE THEIR WORK, they didn’t call me, email me, or text me to notify me, i found out after i took a day off from work to drop off my car, when i arrived there.. and i had an appointment made from the previous week. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Will never go there again!!

I took my car here for repairs. Luckily everything was being paid for through the other partys insurance. Nick was very thorough and followed up with me every other day regarding the repair. They have an Enterprise right next door so it makes gets a rental less of a hassle. I got my car back good as new and couldnt be happier with the service at Caliber Collision.

Not a great place for car collision repairs they are very bad at following up with clients . Make sure you check your side mirrors and car logo symbols, etc that were swapped out off of my Lexus along with exchange of my brand new battery. Very disappointed!

They were so reassuring when I went there and dont get me wrong they were really nice people but the service that I got on my car was completely UNACCEPTABLE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They lied about my car having a recall on my gas sensor when my car has absolutely no recalls. They gave my car back at that time and when I brought it back they told me my fuel pump also needed to be replace, so they let me drive for 4 days with a broken fuel pump and gas sensor broken as well. They used duct tape and glue to hold up half of my bumper that they did not properly put in because they had smashed the brackets that actually hold it up. And almost all the panels were not put together right and all the gaps between the panels were crooked. Bottom line they did a completely horrible and VERY LAZY job. The mechanics that worked on my car were lazy!If you have ever taken your car to this Carson location I would consider having your car be checked by PROFESSIONALS and make sure they didnt use duct tape or glue on your carThis location needs a new mechanics that actually care about their job and care about 100% customer satisfaction

The staff in the office is very kind and professional, the techs on the other hand... took my car in to get it inspected for an insurance claim, for some reason they disconnected my tail lights, subwoofers and amps, then gave the car back to me with everything disconnected including the tail lights! Didnt realize it until a neighbor pointed it out as I got back home, never going back again.
