I had purchased a brake master cylinder from autocom. Very satisfied. It was kinder and cheaper than when I bought it in Auto Zone.Thanks autocom.

This listing pertains to ebay seller ID cbhausmaster (this is not cb haus performance parts). I refuse to get into the details because I get too worked up about it but rest assured I went through great pains to make certain I have the right company, the 1-star review is well deserved after what they put us through.

Stay Away! Bad eBay seller.eBay store name is CB Haus Performance Parts. I wish eBay allowed customers to report sellers. I ordered parts and tracking showed no movement for 3 days. I send a message asking why they marked it shipped through eBay but had not sent it out. The response what that is was missing parts and they were waiting for them to come back in stock. I asked to cancel the order because I needed them by a certain time a could get them quicker elsewhere. They cancelled the order and refunded my money. Awesome right? Wrong. The store now changes to say the parts did leave their warehouse and were on the way to my house. Cue the harassing phone calls from Ryan. They wanted their money back or for me to refuse delivery. Tracking still showed no movement and I had already been lied to by the company so I was not sending any money. Their customer service and shipping need some work. It would be worth a double check to see if the company had the parts in their possession before completing a refund. I will add that during this time I was out of town on a business trip and did not return home till late Friday night. When I got home the package with my parts were waiting for me. Hard to refuse when Im out of town even if I was in town I really didnt want to sit around waiting for the postman to come. Since AutoCom refunded my money, I fully understand I now have parts in my possession I did not pa for. Its the weekend, Im busy catching from being out of town. received daily calls and then Monday comes and I receive a voicemail from Ryan. My VM greeting states the company I work for and he then threatened to contact my work and wanted them to know that I am Cancer. This is over $125 and hadnt even been 2 business days. Also, no contact through eBay. I received an invoice from PayPal and did pay for the parts. After writing this I am going to contact eBay to make sure they collected the sellers fee because since I paid AutoCom directly through PayPal and the eBay sale was cancelled Im almost positive that is against eBay policy. Stay away from this company. There are plenty of other eBay stores that have better service. This order was one of 4 orders placed the same day on eBay. All others got positive feedback except AutoCom.

If I could give this place a negative amount of stars I would. I ordered a new clutch kit from them on ebay, but after installed I noticed the throw out bearing was chirping. I requested a replacement only to be told I would need to pay for the new part before they would ship it out. I explained to them that I was already having to pay labor charges a second time as a result of their sending me a defective part. They would not budge on their new policy. Luckily PayPal stepped up & took care of the situation. Unfortunately, Im still stuck with finding a replacement & paying a second set of labor fees.
