This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’m looking into the Better Business Bureau to report as well. They are money hungry policies change they have very bad communication and try to charge you a ton of money after the fact after they’ve told you it’s 100% covered by your insurance. I’m sure elderly or a constant victim to their policies and their charges pretty sad if you ask me! I’ve asked to speak to a manager five times on five different calls and still yet to have a manager call me! The lady in the office today had the nerve to say they were understaffed that’s not my problem! And I’m sure when I first started calling over a month ago they were not understaffed!

I always get prompt response from Sierra oxygen. They are very efficient and kind. I thank you all for what you do for me. Those who think otherwise are probably just frustrated with their health issues and scared. I felt that way at one point and i was rude to your staff. She was so kind to forgive me when i apologized. Very understanding.

One has to make an appt. to get supplies, and that can be a long time to get a simple item. they dont give a customer any reminders either.

As long as Lori is working there to ensure you are fitted for the machine, it is great! My wife is FORCED (NV State Retirement) to use Bennett Medical Supply (now only in Reno) and they are HORRIBLE! She has seen how great Lori is and wishes she could use this company.

Im REALLY angry right now because I cant pick up my new BiPAP machine today. I didnt know you had to schedule a time to go and pick it up.

I started using the services of Sierra Oxygen in March of 2018. I have found it was up to me to continually call to get any changes to my CPAP machine done and waited 12 days for a call back that my supplies were ready for pickup. Just called and Cindy told me the technician was booked all day but they would call when supply order was ready. I reminded her I had waited for 12 days and she then said they could be ready today.It could just be a fluke but they dont seem to appreciate business and try to make things right. I would not recommend their company for CPAP machine adjustments or the supplies.
