I called 3 weeks ago to get a quote for some repairs; never received a response...very disappointing!

Highly professional & easy to work with. Adjusted the action, replaced the strings & cleaned a beginners guitar thoroughly. It now plays like a dream. And all at a reasonable price. Nice.

Bob is very professional and knowledgeable about instrument repairs. I would also highly recommend taking his class and building and learning to build your own instrument.

Bob and the entire staff at Legacy Music were outstanding! I took an old Washburn in because of buzzing on certain chords. Bob knew what my problems with the guitar were better than me within a minute of talking. He and his staff made repairs, even did more than I had asked for at no extra costs. I’m from out of town...... felt like an old friend helping me out. Legacy guitar is the best!!!!!

Bob knows how to set up a guitar! And he does fantastic work. I brought some very nice instruments from a humid climate to the Nevada desert and they were all out of whack. He adjusted each guitar with care, and he has very reasonable prices. It is great to know a reputable luthier in this area. He also works at Absolute Music in Reno on Mondays if you dont want to make the drive from Reno to Carson.

Took in my Alvarez acoustic guitar. I thought I would need a new neck but they made that guitar sound brand new at half the price of guitar center. Ill be taking other guitars back

Bob was great. Though I needed new pickups on my guitar. Once he looked at the guitar he saw it was a wiring issue. Saved me a lot. This is an honest shop. I will now go no were else.

These guys know everything and then some about the instruments they repair and sell. We needed a new neck for a Jackson base I bought in CA years ago and decided to twist and shout when we moved to NV. They had to track down a useable neck and did an amazing job fixing it. We even sold an old Sears Silvertone to one of the guys who needed it! Nice guys with so much info to share.

Bob and Shelley are two of the most amazing people you will ever meet. Bob is by far the best guitar technician in northern Nevada. I wont let anyone else touch my guitar!
