I want to send a huge “Thank You” to the incredible Service Dept. Team at Battle Born Harley Davidson. My rear tire went out during a three day ride leaving me and my two friends stranded in Tahoe. I reached out to Bert Bledsoe in the Battle Born service department and explained my situation. In 5-min he had arranged a tow for my bike to the dealership. Wayne “Thank You” for stopping on your route to pick up my bike- your the best! From start to finish all of you were very professional and helped to make a very stressful situation enjoyable. It was like dealing with long time friends. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and plan to visit whenever I am back in town.

Open for service 7 days a week, unheard off. Great employees, we needed a battery and they came through. Merchadise gal was very helpful and lots of inventory.

I want to give a huge THANK YOU to the folks at Battle Born Harley-Davidson! We were on a 2,000+ mile trip and hit something in the road that left us stranded with oil pouring out east of Fallon on Americas Loneliest Road. I called Battle Born since we had gotten tee shirts and poker chips there in the morning. They sent Wayne out right away, super nice guy. He was delivering another bike but picked us up first and dropped the other bike off on the way back. While Bert explained what our options might be Jordan checked it out and thought it was probably a punctured oil pan. They didnt have one so Bert called around and found one at another dealer. Bert just happened to be going near that dealer on his day off so he went there, got the part and shipped it overnight so we could get it as quick as possible. Ricky made sure that it was worked on as soon as they had the part so we could get back on the road ASAP. They transported us to and from Gold Dust West which gave us a discounted room for 4 nights. We thought about a new bike so Opie worked through the numbers just to find out that wasnt an option. They went out of their way to do everything they could to help us out. GREAT DEALERSHIP!!!!

Battle Born Harley-Davidson is a top-notch place to buy a Harley! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They always seemed glad to see me and greeted me with waves and smiles. I never felt pressured to buy despite visiting and window-shopping over the course of several months. When I made my decision I had to buy from them because there wasnt any other dealership that made me feel as welcome. The entire facility is clean and attractive and the staff appears to have a great deal of job satisfaction. It all feels genuine and they treated me like a valued customer on every visit.

Opie in the sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained all aspects and operations of the motorcycle before I left the dealership. Finance department was knowledgeable and explained all aspects of financing and extended warranties and tire programs. Dropped our bike off months ago for routine service and an upgrade on a few parts. First of all, they asked how to start the bike.. should of driven it away right then and there. After a couple weeks and numerous attempts to get someone on the phone for an update, was told that they were waiting on the parts to come in, fair enough, delivery on things takes forever right now. Waited a couple more weeks only to be told they ordered the wrong thing, ok.. your a Harley shop working on a Harley bike, shouldn’t be that hard. Finally a couple weeks later we were told it “should” be ready at the end of the week. Told them we would be out of town for two weeks, return from vacation and called about coming to pick up the bike only to be told “oh we stopped working on it because you said you were gonna be out of town” WHAT?! Completely ridiculous!! When we finally get the bike back we will not be returning to this poorly run shop. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

Incredible experience! If youre looking to purchase a Harley, I would absolutely recommend Battle Born Harley in Carson! I was finishing up a week long ride, on the 2nd to the last day and the group decided to stop at Battle Born for the Street Vibrations event. Walking into Battle Born Harley I was immediately greeted and felt welcome. I was of course drawn to multiple motorcycles new and used and came to love a 2020 Street Glide Special. While browsing Garett Alvey greeted me and simply began talking with me about the Harley and what I currently rode. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when I narrowed down my decision. There was zero pressure when purchasing and the entire process went even smoother than I thought. I was nothing less than ecstatic and what made it even better was Garett buying me a guardian bell for my Harley. Phenomenal customer service, great job Battle Born Harley. Large Harley shop but very little stock of bikes for size of building. Shirts of shop were almost non-existant unless you were super small or gigantic. Even the staff was not very friendly or outgoing. Would not recommend.

I called the service dept. because I have a noise in the primary case, I didnt get 15 seconds into my concerns when he interupted me and when on about they cant do this and that blah blah blah. Sorry Ill go somewhere else with my harley and money.

I made a deal for a 2017 ultra low back in January. The deal was the bike and a small list of parts for a set price. Now that I am trying to install the parts, some are the wrong parts and do not fit. I took them back and now they want another$200 for the correct part. Thats not the deal I made! I WILL NOT spend another dime in this place or any Michael Hohl dealership! And I have several vehicles I have bought from their chevy dealer.I would recommend if you go to this place dont buy anything, they will lie to you and then charge more when their mistake doesnt work.

Passing through trailering bike. Little experience with having bike trailer and stopped to see if I could get some advice. Wayne in service immediately came out to take a look. After several great suggestions I made a few changes and thirty minutes later was on the road again with bike a lot more secure. Knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

Bought a 2016 Electra Glide in June 2020 and have been happy with the bike. When I checked the oil, it was dark and a little low. Figured I better take it to my guy and have the bike serviced. I have put about 1500 miles on it since I got it. The primary and engine oil were filthy! Air filter was nearly plugged up and causing back pressure. I am very disappointed. You would have thought I bought this bike from a street corner dealer not a Harley Davidson dealer. Just not the kind of service one expects from a premiere dealer. At this point I was concerned if the safety check had even been done. Everything else checked out ok. Please step up and take a little time to check these bikes out before you sell them and keep a good reputation.

I wanted to give a 5 Star Rating for the excellent service and professionalism which was extended to me and my wife on our 9 year anniversary.Cory Aparicio within the Rental department was awesome to work with. I was so pleased and the experience was awesome! We wanted to ride around Lake Tahoe for a day, making no plans prior to our trip. In October, its the off season for Harley Rentals and basically all the bikes are put away, Cory made is happen for us, got us a beautiful bike and riding around the Lake was by far the highlight of our Trip. Couldnt be happier!I still have his business card in my wallet after almost a full year. 10 years is around the corner!!

Although all in all, we ended up with the bike we walked in wanting! (Only reason for 3 stars) Customer service after the sale is s***, took 2 months of emails and calls to get missing paper work, not to mention sales person was supposed to locate our saddle bags keys, never responded to a single email or voice mail!

Service was definitely slow at the parts counter. Due to circumstances beyond their control very low on bike stock. With past experiences I still wouldnt bring a lawnmower in to the service department for a tune up though.

Just had a real nice surprise, as I took my bike in for some service, I saw that Josh had been hired in the service dept. Now I no longer have to make the trip to Reno. If you havent met Josh, I suggest you go in and say howdy. Very personable young man, and knows his stuff about bikes!! Good job on his hire!!

I wanted to have my 14 year old daughter go ask about an 883 for her first bike. They let her sit on and stand up tons of bikes that day and were very informative on the different bikes there.

While shopping for a new motorcycle we visited many dealerships in the area. When I spoke to AJ at Battle Born H-D he was totally helpful and patient spending ample time with me answering all my questions even though I told him I wasnt quite ready to buy that day. A month later we returned to BBHD and had a really great buying experience. I went back to AJ and purchased a new ultra limited. They were great and worked with me on my trade in and made sure to get me the bike I wanted at a good price. When I called to schedule my 1k service Mike in service was amazing getting my bike in the day I called! They got my bike in and out in the same day AND even had it washed to make sure it was clean. The customer service in sales and in their service department is excellent before, during, and after the sale. Cant recommend them enough.

No pressure. they care that the bike fits you AND your budget. Best place to go wheter you know what youre looking for or need a little guidance. they listen and answer. other dealerships will tell you what THEY think you need to hear to spend that money. Nice selection of bikes and decent pricing. However in the 15-20 minutes I was there not even one person said hi. I went to the Indian dealership in Reno and was greeted with a hello and smile almost instantly and they didnt push after either. Would have been nice to be acknowledged as a potential customer but was still a nice place. Worth checking out.

Great experience. Been shopping there for a bike for well over a year. Never felt rushed, never felt like the staff were annoyed because I didnt buy a bike that day, was greeted by name every time I went in (which blew my mind), and when the bike I was looking for showed up, Mike found it and I bought it. I would recommend them to anyone (and have recommended them to several friends already)

I brought my bars in for terminals to be put on my switch wires and they cant even get those right. If I cant trust yall with my bars im not trusting you with my bike and thats sad to say since yall are a dealer. Also your service writer shouldnt promise stuff to customers and not follow threw with it. Thats very bad business.

Buy motorcycles to clothes,boots,to all gear

After a crash i took my older Harley for an estimate. I told Clint Reeder my bike was old and not worth much so the estimate needed to fix enough so i could keep it, he said no problem well talk before I send the estimate to insurance. Two weeks later i call Clint after hearing nothing and he sends me the estimate he submitted to my insurance company. The next day my insurance company lets me know my bike is totalled and if i want to keep it it would be a salvage title. Im now looking for a new bike and just wanted folks to know about my experience.

Great place an not much needs to be said Harley Davidson has always been a house hold name in our family all the way back in the late 60s early 70s. Ive always wanted one but I just could not afford one I still dream of owning one some day. In tell then Ill keep dreaming Thank you for reading.

Just left Battle Born Harley for the fifth time with a terrible taste in our mouths. We have purchased a bike and many items from the dealership and after todays treatment, we will not bother to give them another try. We were treated as if we were two year old children as we admired a motorcycle on the floor. Much to our surprise, there was a SOLD sign on the price tag. We were not at all interested in the price as we were looking at the bags. Again, we have proven our opinion that the BEST Harley dealership is Folsom Harley. We will travel the extra miles to be treated like customers there.

Great the parts manager works hard to make us happy

Had to use my extended service warranty for wheels and tires took to Battle Born. They picked up the trike at house in 45 minutes or so, incredible promptness. Ricky in the service department has walked me through the entire process. One of greatest customer service experiences ever in my lifetime. Keep it up...truly impressive.

Chris was extremely helpful when it came to taking the riding course. He answered all questions promptly and put in the extra effort to make sure I learned how to ride correctly. I highly recommend taking their riding course if you are looking to learn to ride. The instructors, Jeff and Jesse, were wonderful! They took their time to make sure I was comfortable and not overwhelmed with learning a new task. Cant thank Battle Born Harley enough for all their help!

Went there today for some maintenance items. From NY visiting Reno walked in I was little tired from riding, was given a bottle of water. Parts guys were awesome got me what I needed, answered my questions tried to get me new floor board pads but wouldnt be at the store before I left. Probably the best Harley dealer Ive been to so far.

I went there because a long time friend of mine wanted me to buy a sweat shirt for him but they did not have the one he wanted. I then began browsing at the amazing bikes in the store, and was even approached by a sales person. I asked him which bikes are used vs new. He showed me and showed me his favorite used bike and even started it up right there. AWESOME sound OMG! It had been raining that day he told me to come back when its dry outside or next spring and invited me to test drive a few models with him. I thanked him and told him Ill be back!

The bike I had came in to look at was small for me. Staff showed me a similar style bike, took it for a test ride. Boom! I had to have this bike, fit perfect lots of power. Got a great price on the bike, Battle Born worked with me through the whole process and got me on a badass bike. Thanks again Battle Born HD!

The clothing department was cute and friendly. The salesman talked about my ride plans and gave me a wonderful suggestion to take us88 instead of us50.Much better route and was a better fit for my tour glide.

Corey was very polite very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to me on what I wanted and then found too other bikes close to my price range and wanted me to test ride them had to tell him after the first bike I was already sold on it

My first experience at Battle Born was incredible. Ive never even sat on a bike before, but Ive been wanting to learn how to ride. I walked into the dealership anxious because I thought I was going to be really out of place, but Ron and Tim had made me feel so welcomed. They understood exactly where I was coming from, showed me around the dealership, and let me sit on a few bikes to see which one would be best. Ever question I had (even if it felt like a dumb question) was answered professionally and kindly. I never felt out of place through my entire experience! I can tell that Ron and Tim love what they do, and they have a passion for riding. Would recommend them and this dealership to anybody!
