Very good in areas of service, and self service. I drug a mower a friend gave me in there, and asked for the air filter, spark plugs, and oil. I got the parts with the option for a service appointment. After the self service the mower kicked right over.

Great local shop, they work on all brands. Sure beats driving to Reno.

Great costumer service

I took a grass trimmer to this business to get an estimate for repair. The man behind the counter would not even come out to look at it. He asked me the brand. I said, I think it is Homelite. I bought it at WalMart. He said, Go buy a new one. I left very disappointed that he wouldnt even walk out the door to look at it. Maybe another shop wants to offer more customer satisfaction!

OK we decided to buy a new weed whacker instead of fixing.

I stopped to get specific part for a chain saw and was sold wrong part, had to travel 50 miles found trip to get right one. Exchange was easy but time and energy wasted was too costly

Went to Carson small engine for a part for my sons gocart. They didnt have one in stock but the gentlman behind the counter GAVE me one from out back! My sone and i were able to have a blast that weekend thanks to carson small engine! He lost a sale that day but gained a customer for life...
