Food Maxx is the perfect size supermarket. Not too big, not too small. Everything you need is here at low prices. Love the produce! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

You can find everything you need in reasonable price. The only thing need to improve is produces. They were not fresh.

Wide isles, clean, and bright. decent produce, plenty of meat. overhead music is in and out so thats super annoying. self check almost never a line.

Not much of an improvement over the Albertsons/Save-Mart it used to be... Its just a grocery store, and they dont have enough employees... Everyone who works there is doing 5 jobs for less than the price of 1... Pretty sad, actually.

Sadly theres more empty shelves than full. They havent stocked Fabreeze bottles of cloths and air fresheners in refillable bottles in several months.The Ice Cream section was non existent. Im very disappointed and considering another store for our shopping needs.

They got deals for meals that are super real! Drive there on your wheels or walk on your heels, just make sure you dont steal. And the groceries are good too.

Since opening a year or two ago, I have been very happy & satisfied shopping at this store. Plenty of parking outside. Inside the store, they have a wonderful selection of vegetables and fruits etc. Shelves around the store are normally fully stocked and a great selection of items. Many items that I normally purchase are always less expensive here, compared to other grocery stores I have shopped. A money saving place to shop And employees are very helpful, should I have questions.

Overall besides there meat is a great place to shop and save money employees are nice.

This is my go to place. It has everything at a wonderful price. The place is always clean & the staff is always so helpful and kind.

I was excited to come here because we had a foodmaxx in Concord, but when we came here it was pretty bad. A lot of the meat was a grey color and looked rotten. We got a sealed package of ground turkey and later found out that it actually expired 6 days before we brought it home. Totally disappointed.

This foodmaxx replaced the old Albertsons. Its a nice store, big isles.

The employees are helpful and super friendly. They have some good deals on name brands

FoodMaxx in Carson City I love going there theres not as many people as Smiths or one of the other big stores and they always have a handicap chair if I need it and the prices are good food back FoodMaxx

The staff were very helpful and nice. Everything was pretty easy to locate and reasonably priced.

No cart wipes and employees not wearing their masks properly. Hope OSHA gets them! Will not be back there again. All we’re asking for is peace of mind and to feel comfortable while out shopping in your store. They don’t deserve my money.

Inconsistent stock! vendors stock whatever they want instead of what they need. Even before COVID. Produce and tasty cakes is all Ill buy there.

Kind of a mini Costco, but not as frenetic inside, part of the Save Mart family. Great deals on 1/2 & 1/2 milk, even comes in half gallons. Everything is easy to find also.

I was surprised at the quality of the groceries here at Food Maxx. We bought some great lean beef and produce—all high quality. So glad we discovered this store. People are friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Reasonable prices though slightly higher then some other stores. Clean and convenient to my commute. Youll be bagging your own groceries but thats not a big deal, at least for me.

It’s alright here, I did find a great deal on dog food here so I’ll probably be going back again soon to see if this is a regular occurance.

Spend just as much as Smiths and for that pleasure, they stand there and watch you bag your own groceries even when there isnt another customer in line ! Thought bagging your own resulted in them not having to hire as many employees thus passing some savings to the customer, so much for that . Spent over 430.00 today for the unique aggravation of watching the checker just stand there with his thumb up his......! Will Not Return.

Nice clean store. Not very friendly cashiers. Was hoping they had better vegetables. Vegetables was extremely low and not much to choose from. Nothing like FoodMaxx that I used to shop at in Fresno California. I will stay with Smith and Raleys.

Prices arent as good as you think they would be. Some times theres good prices on meat but I wouldnt do my main shopping there. Good place for picking things up at the last minute.

Great deal for groceries some common fruits can be found cheaper at grocery outlet, however the deals here are great. I dont recommend buying toiletries such as shampoo and toothpaste for example as they are overpriced compared to most stores in town. No school supplies, no makeup but has hallmark cards and gift cards. and has a pretty big parking lot (70+) that is never full. Friendly service always.

Never going back tried to say my Oregon id was fake because she’s probably never even seen one. Literally went down the street and got my beer there with the same ID. Straight racial profiling from the manager Stephanie I. Call the customer line and everything. DONT GO HERE ITS A WASTE OF TIME. They don’t even deserve one star.

Wonderful store!! Very inexpensive, if they dont have something you would buy often they are willing to get it in Stock! Also, if you find something cheaper somewhere else they will price match or better!! Highly recommended.

They brag about their low prices but most everything I see is cheaper at Walmart. Nothing is easy to find, and I honestly just get an all around creepy feeling in here. The people who work there are kind and helpful though. Just not a place I plan on shopping in, Ill gladly drive a bit further for what I need at better prices & easier to get in & out of.

Clean & organized. People friendly & helpful. Prices are good. As with any store, sometimes their prices are better, sometimes the same. It balances out.

It is a heavy and huge three only because of the limited selection of non-food items/ household goods. Staff is a Six (6) out of five (5) and they rock for staying open until midnight amid the covid scam, I mean scare.

FoodMaxx is an awesome store. They keep it clean and the prices are always good. Sometimes there are better deals elsewhere, but overall this is an awesome store

They have an alright selection of semi-decent produce. Their meat selection is sketchy. My main complaint is about the fact that after almost 2 years of being open they have yet to figure out how to make their music function smoothly. It skips and crackles the entire time youre in there at an insanely frequent consistency. Not sure how a branch of a large company couldnt figure this out.

This little store is picking up steam. I like their produce section just fine, though it isnt as pretty as Smiths or Raleys. I was able to get FRESH basil there today! It is clean, well stocked, and the prices are reasonable. I will continue to shop here.

There is so much in terms of foods and basic home accessories. Definately a good choice for parents who need supplies in bulk for cheap.

Prices are great. Save $50 a week over Smiths for a family of 4. Vegetables and fruits are always fresh.

Quick,easy, and convenient. Mornings are so busy when your late for work and need to get last minute things before hand. A few registers in self check out were down, but I didnt want longer then a few minutes to go up. When assistance is needed they come help fairly quickly

The store is huge. We go for the produce and end up trolling the aisles for more stuff we had to have. They have super prices on meats and especially seasonal turkeys. I can usually find clearance goodies near the cashier area for great savings, too!

They have a great selection of fresh vegetables and fruit. The store is extremely clean. The check out lines were short.

I only shop here if i need something right away. I dont do my bulk shopping here. Some of the prices are really high compared to other stores. I prefer to do my bulk shopping at winco.

Love foodmaxx! Their prices on produce are great, the store is always clean, and it is way less crowded than other stores in the area! This is the spot of you want to avoid lines.

I shop here regularly when I need to pick up this or that for dinner or whatever. Good meat deals always. Good produce. However I dont recommend this as a WIC store. Ive had an issue each time I try to get all of my WIC items from here😒and Ive even reported it to the WIC office

F max was cool. Very clean store, well stocked. Prices probably about the same as the other supermarkets. I guess use coupons like I do

I dont know who the genius was that put the shopping cart speed bump strip in front of the front door here and painted it yellow, but whoever it was should be fired. Anything thats not extremely secured in your cart when you go over the top of that thing is likely to be jiggled out of its bag or worse. I cant think of a single reason that should be there. Speed bumps are for cars, not shopping carts. This always provides a not-so-enjoyable ending to every shopping trip I make there.

Pretty good selection and variety, prices are good but customer service and friendliness is a bit lacking
