Great folks to work with... Very honest with you too

Very helpful, lots of hardware, not many tractors though. Supply chain issues, COVID. Be glad when the pandemic resolves, maybe we will do a better job on our systems as we rebuild.

Called them at 1030am about my work trailer needing some work. Said they were pretty backed up. Then when the guy found out it was my work trailer and how I make my livelihood. Said bring it in and we will get it done by the end of the day. Exceeded my expectations on all levels. If you need a trailer worked on take it here.

We were in need of brake service for our RV trailer in the middle of our trip across the USA. These nice folks got us in within 2 days when everyone else had a month to six week wait. Everyone one we spoke to, on the phone and in the shop, was friendly and helpful. Joe explained the details of our repairs extremely well. The total cost was very reasonable.Honest folks. Highly recommend.

Bought a tractor 8 years ago from S and W. Best customer service and experience I have had in a long time. S and W’s expertise in the tractor world second to none. Stan & Trevor so focused and dialed in to make sure the tractor I bought would serve all my needs. I have since gone back and bought a box scraper and a brush hog. S and W made sure the implements I purchased fit my tractor. I have all my service work done at S and W and also always have my B&W trailer hitches installed by them along with any and all service work I need done on my goose neck stock & flat bed trailers. Their service department is so great. Thanks for what you do S and W. We bought our tractor in 2015. We moved across the state. We had a computer problem. Stan drove 380 miles [each way] to pick up the tractor fixed it and returned it. That is above and beyond excellent service! Thank you!

So thankful we decided to go with S&W tractor the owners are old school customer service they were amazing when we had trouble with our hydraulic line. They were helpful over the phone sent us pictures of the lines that we needed to loosen and when all of that did not work they sent a mechanic out to Sliver Springs to help us. Thank you guys for bringing out the true meaning of customer service 😊 my husband and I would highly recommend them.

Friendly staff, always happy to answer questions, and when i had an issue with my tractor they offered to come to my place to check it out. Thankfully we figured it out together over the phone and I was back up and running in no time at all. Thanks everyone.

We rented a Kyoti tractor twice to do landscaping with various sized rock in our yard. Very nice people to deal with.

Stan has always treated me fairly and has always provided me with excellent service on my tractors as well as my UTV. I would not hesitate to recommend him. FYI, I actually pass several other Kioti dealers just to deal with Stan driving hundreds of miles to do so.
