Greatest little pawn shop in Carson City. Hands down best customer service around. They greet us when we walk in and are very attentive to what we are interested in. Anthony has always been the best salesman in the store. He goes above and beyond to help us find exactly what were looking for. Mark even brought us ice water while we shopped. When we are in the market for a great deal on a tool, ring, ear rings anything, we head to Carson Jewelry & Loan. Anthony always gives us a great deal.

These guys are amazing! I’ve been a customer for over 16 years, but just used their Jewelry Repair Service for the first time. I needed things repaired and altered that belonged to my mom who passed away in October 2018. As well as my wedding ring cleaned up. This is the cleanest, most organized, and best customer service Ive ever received at a store like this. Its a disservice to call this a pawn shop. Amazing personal care!!! I walked in to buy an engagement ring with uncommon and specific criteria. I not only found what I was looking for but got an amazing deal, resizing information, additional ideas, and exact information on what I was getting. On top of all that, I found two antique rifles and a set of earrings. Im not only recommending this place, Im going to say that if you dont check this place out before buying anywhere else, you are pretty much burning your money. When we moved here, times were looking down for us. Had to pawn some items. Instead received a loan, more than others were willing to do on our merchandise. People there were courteous and went above and beyond. We received or merchandise same as we left it. Have purchased from the store items that were in great condition. I went in to have a watch band repaired. I haven’t been in this shop before so I looked around. Carson Jewelry and Pawn made me a custom piece for my wedding with diamonds from a ring that was left to me by my grandma. They were great to work with and had different ideas to make the piece what I wanted. Anthony, specifically, made sure the piece was perfect and wouldn’t take anything less than that.
