Horrible costumer service I waited in line for about 20 minutes and they had plenty of workers, I ordered a banana royale and they gave my one scoop of ice cream when it’s suppose to come with two, most of the cup was filled with whip cream and three slices of banana, I called and told them about my ice cream and they were being really rude about it and were laughing and didn’t take me serious. I don’t type reviews but these workers need to be trained to respect customers especially if the costumer is paying money for their product and if the costumer is nice about the situation.

There was only 2 girls working, and one was working the drive thru. So the line was slow.As everywhere, they need more staff. I will say the customers orders took longer as they wanted to taste ice cream which of course took longer. Next time will go thru the drive thru.

There needs to be a better way for to-go customers to pick up their orders faster than waiting in line. Other locations have pick up stands near the front, like Chick-Fil-A and Chipotle where finished to-go orders reside. We have to pay an extra premium price to use grub hub and doordash services, but still wait in line with people who arent paying that premium. There is really no excuse for this. It really seems like management just doesnt care about offering a good customer experience.The employees here are always very nice and respectful. I have no complaints against them. Just the way that management chooses to (inconsiderately) handle to-go and delivery orders.

Had to repeat my order 3 different times and then told the lady I was missing an ice cream she asked if I had already paid for it. I said yes and i dont know how this is even possible but after repeating what the ice cream was a fourth time they still got it wrong so my double scoop turned into a single scoop. Why did I even pay for a double scoop anyways? Yall owe me my money back for that and I would like to have it thank you very much.

DONT GO THERE!!! I never write a review but I make and exceptions for this woman. The woman who works at the drive through whom I believe is the owner is extremely rude!! She messed up my husband order and didnt want to exchange for something else. Finally after arguing with her she gave us a old icy ice cream. We asked for 3 cups of tap water and she said NO and sold us 3 bottles of waters. My Sunday was poorly made and the penut butter sauce taste old and nasty. I dont think for a second she didnt know what she was doing. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I had went through the drive thru and waited there for a while. It took at least 5 minutes for them to finally get to me. I was already agitated by the wait. And when I brought it up the workers completely ignored me! On top of everything else just very rude customer service. I didn’t see one adult/manager there to speak to! When I FINALLY got my order they were extremely disrespectful. Found a hair in my ice cream. I will never go to this place ever again.

When we went to ice cream we ended up with the wrong flavor and the small cone tasted dry and stale and there was no where to sit.

We preordered a cake for pickup today. We got there five minutes after our pickup time and the cake was already half melted. The front and side were squished against the side of the box. The dark pink frosting on the cake tasted like chemicals and was inedible. We contacted the owner who said she would make another cake even though the party was already over. We asked for a refund and she refused to refund any of our money even though we offered to bring the cake back so she could taste it herself. She ended up doing nothing and hanging up on us. This was not worth even close to the $40 we paid for it and the customer service was so unprofessional it was embarrassing. There’s a great Dairy Queen in Minden that would be a better choice.

The woman who owns this store is so excruciatingly cheap. No free samples. she says with a smile, probably as it saves her 72cents each day.Bought a freshly packed quart of ice cream, as I was scooping it today, its full of empty space. Again, to save her $$$ Im sure.My 5 year olds ice cream fell off from a broken cone, that she served us, and SHE CHARGED ME for a REPLACEMENT.I cant stand the way this woman runs her companies and wont be going to either this Baskin Robbins or the Subways she owns 👎👎👎👎👎

I generally don’t like ice cream, but baskin Robbins is the only kind I will eat.

Went threw drive through since we just wanted basic shakes. We were forgotten at the speaker - waited six minutes and drove to window. Where we waited again - three mins. No customers in store when we were at window and three workers. Finally got to order and it still took nine mins to get our shakes. While we waited post ordering people came in, ordered and left while we still sat in drive through. We should have left but wanted shakes and were curious if the experience would improve. Nope. Staff was not rude but not friendly. My shake was good, my spouse said his had a bunch of ice chunks.

Didn’t have mint chocolate chip or strawberry cheesecake like the website said. Then on top of it all they were super rude and not apologetic at all.

Small inside, and a little dirty. Nice staff, knowledgeable. It seems though this shop is much smaller and has a limited menu compared to some Ive been in. Classic ice cream though.

Wish I could give zero stars, for a pre packed quart I pay $5.99, which they were out of the flavor I wanted, for the workers to pack a “quart” I have to pay $8.60 and it was nowhere near a quart!

Best ice cream made in America from Burbank Ca. I went to the main office long ago, suggest they make Peanut butter and chocolate. Awesome small company who made it large! Amen!

The one server we had was very helpful and friendly while the other was busy with other customers, wished us a good day when we left.

32 flavors!!! Yum!!! I love the ice cream here and i love the little topping station they have!!! I always get the sundae there and the service is always made fun and everyone has a smile on their face! There are spots to sit and they have like discount nights on Tuesdays ! I dont come here alot because its across town but either way its always a yummy treat to spoil myself!

Great service. We blasted them on a Friday night with a soccer team and parents and they were friendly and efficient. Also, the girl told me the dairy free option was disgusting and she was right.

Horrible service! Waste of time, would not recommend. We went through the drive thru and they had absolutely no flavors listed. When we politely asked if they could name of some of their fruit flavors they argued and repeated THREE times that they had 32 flavors and if we wanted to know what they were we had to come in....what is the point of the DRIVE THRU!

All five stars for everything about the service, just one kinda important issue is the order was wrong, in that the amount two scoops mint chip, one Rocky road. I received one scoop of each flavor and was charged for two scoops.

Incredibly rude and poorly trained employees. They gave my daughter a scoop of peanut butter cup after she asked for Smores, and she has a severe peanut allergy. The assistant manager, Kristie, had the nerve to accuse my daughter of faking an allergic reaction to get free ice cream, all while the EMTs were treating her for an actual medical emergency.Spend your money elsewhere.

The sign says they close at 10pm. It is 9:05pm and they have the doors locked and the girls inside just stared at my girlfriend and I and acted like we arent outside.

The only down fall is seating on the 31st of the month when they do their special.
