I love JCP, whether its the stores in California or this one in Carson City, Nevada. I love that the store has such a vast variety of merchandise for the home and personal needs, men, women and children clothing and shoes, kitchen appliances, travel accessories, makeup and jewelry department, sports wear and seasonal clothing, and more. I appreciate that they conduct their business uniformly with knowledgeable and friendly team members, and has a great return policy. The store is very clean and face masks are required due to COVID-19. I cant say enough good things about JCP, and I recommend them highly, whether purchasing online or in the store.

The mens department is very sparse, but the young lady working the floor found my item.I was very thankful for her help. I think more stores need to have floor helpers.BUT, I ware 2x and that department is, was, and I guess ALWAYS WAS VERY low on stock.There I was Disappointed.

Another very nice store with helpful employees and understanding to the old guy who wants jeans and Hot Wheels. Check out their great bargains in the final area. Though I would change their signs from something more inviting than caution tape colors. Just saying.🤔

This place used to have way better sale items all the time. In kids clothes and what not. They used to have cheaper shoes and always had some on clearance I mean... Everything is for sale. I feel like their selection could be better but thats just me. I used to shop there for like all my clothes but not I only go every so often and usually I dont find anything. They have some good jewelry but they leave a price gap for those looking for nice but not ridiculous cheap or expensive. Some of my purchases leave me feeling unsatisfied and questioning them for months afterward. The store is always a good temperature though and the staff are helpful and friendly.

This JCPenny is located in a very rural, somewhat isolated, community in northern NV. It is the only place I can shop for clothes that are well-made, reasonably fashionable, and from the brand names I trust. They have pulled themselves up from the uncertainty of Covid shut downs, personnel shortages, and supply chain disruptions to offer me the sturdy work clothes I need. Yesterday I bought a pair of Levis on sale for $30 and I did a happy dance. All I can say is TY JCPenny. Thank you for being here.

I didnt have any coupons so I asked the cashier if he had any, he said No, but check online so we pulled up there site on our phone and there was a 30 percent off coupon right there 😁 the cashier just scanned it from our phone. Very helpful and knowledge staff. Will definitely be back.

Purchased birthday gifts for my daughter and got some excellent deals! Was extremely surprised that this store did not have winter coats or more than a couple to choose from in the middle of October. Usually stores have their winter items in the middle of summer...

I rarely go to Pennys and got another reminder of why yesterday. Will sell you a watch but will not change a battery on one..ridiculous. employees are hard to find if you need anything and when you do see one they do not over extend themselves to help much less a hello or may I help you. Its easy 2 see why so many of these big retail places are going out of business.

I had to return an item that I ordered online and was the wrong size (my fault). The custom service line was long, but the associates cleared the line quickly. Belen, the associate that helped me, was very nice and gladly helped me exchange the item out. The in-store selection was good too.

I was cut in line and then the cashier closed down her lane right after the person who cut me and told us the mens checkout area and the back are open and NO ONE WAS AT EITHER. Then someone finally shows up and we get stuck behind 4 other people who showed up after us. Also everything is over priced and I could get literally anything there for cheaper anywhere else. If you like spending more than you ever should on anything and like bad service, this is the place for you.

Need to have some more clothes that are for people that are in need of 4x clothes.

This is a clean and well organised store with a friendly, knowledgeable staff and a lot of different products for sale. I am always impressed with their sales, particularly on clothing and housewares, even when it isnt any special time of the year, such as the holidays.There is a wide variety of merchandise to peruse and the staff is happy to help if you require assistance from them, but they are not overly pushy about getting you to buy something.They have decent prices even when they are not having any particular sale and offer rebates and coupons for shopping there. You can get rewards for normal purchases which add up if you shop there enough. There is plenty of parking out front and restrooms are clean and conveniently located.The staff are happy to answer any questions you may have and will even take you to the item you are looking for in many cases. I like shopping here and have had many good experiences in this store. Recommended for families and individuals alike.

The employees were mostly teenagers and did not offer any assistance even though we were clearly lost. I generally dont shop here because I am both tall and plus sized so their clothes are not meant for me.

I like and appreciate our local JC Penney store. They offer good quality products at good prices. The chain has been struggling with Amazon and other challenges, and Ive seen them reply with a lot more service and discounting as well as upping their on line game. Most recently I purchased 2 pair of George Strait jeans on line. Ive had several pair in recent years and like the fit. They only sell them online. Using the transparent discounts and ended up a bit less than retail, $33 vs $65, I had them shipped to the store at no charge. Friendly and helpful staff. Given them a try!

For some reason this sephora received only 6 sample packets to give to customers who made a purchase. The supervisor was so helpful and kind that I was very impressed. It was refreshing to engage with someone who cared. I cant remember if it was Tamara or Tiffany.

Love Sephora service was great they helped me find the makeup I needed very nice!!

Got some sheets on sale. Wonderful! Went back and bought some for my Mom😁

I admit it was black Friday but the employees attitudes were horrible. You could tell they didnt want to be there and they wanted you to know it. Specifically in fine jewelry. She was probably hired for the season but she acted like she didnt know it would be busy and that she hates serving customers! Kudos to the manager who stepped in to help.

The clothing were of great quality and the prices was great for me.

Every time I go in there, their petite section is smaller and only carries styles that only more mature women would wear. I imagine next time it will be gone all together. Really disappointing because that was where I would get all my pants, from jeans to slacks. Not any more.

Everything Ive bought at this store is of great qualityat great prices. Brand names at a lower price, but is always a wonderful fit. Its the only store that always has the sizes and colors that I want and need.

Very slow service. Made a purchase in the jewelry department, felt like I was buying a car and took just as long. They sent the item in to have sized. 3 weeks later still have not seen the item, nor do the employees have any idea when it will be done

I have been shopping at JCPenneys for 40 or 50 years now. Occasionally I did go to other places to try to find better deals and I did find lower costs... however with lower-cost I find less quality. It took me a year or so to discover this and as of a few years back I have returned to JCPenneys knowing that when I shop there I get a fair cost and the quality is simply outstanding! * They have sales going on every month and when you walk-in the store and see these great cost-saving prices with quality goods it reminds me of the 70s and 80s when things were made in the great USA which in my book stands for Quality merchandise and a fair price. And the service is outstanding, I have never come across anyone when asking help that did not have a smile on their face and eager to serve. OUTSTANDING

Well they had sales but pants not in stock that I needed so paid for a couple of pants and they said it would be shipped in a couple of days but now going on over a week and still waiting. So went in and the staff had no clue and said to me thats weird over and over Can I get my money back please.

Highest prices on high end towels of the stores we visited. Looked for bath sheets and bathroom towels. Luxury towels were hard to find and not competitive on price.
