Dealing with Verizon and this store in particular has been a nightmare. When I went in to upgrade my phone that was not really working at all anymore after only a year I approached a salesmen named Alan. Right from the bat he was very bored with the situation and looked at me like I was stupid when I asked a question and then wouldn’t really answer it. He was not fourth right on the prices and billing. When all was said and done the initial cost was near 300 and at the beginning Alan told me that it would be around 150. My monthly plan that I was placed on, but didn’t want went up 30$ a month when I was told it would be 5$ I was told that my current subscription services (Hulu etc) would automatically integarate with my new plan and Verizon would take care of the bill. This is not true and caused a lot of grief and hold times with Hulu and Verizon trying to straighten it out. When I shipped my old phone back for the trade in Verizon claims to have never gotten the phone, even though ups shows it was delivered and signed for. I have also tried reaching out to the store manager Heidi Miller a few times and she will not return my phone call and Verizon’s corporate office will not do anything about it and say that it’s up to her to address things since the transaction was made at her store. This absolute disregard for their customers has proven to be very cost full and infuriating.
The manager Heidi was absolutely wonderful. She figured out my phones problem. It took 2 hours but she nailed it!-- I was very satisfied with the results!
Lisa helped me get a new phone today and she was absolutely amazing!! I had a whole list of questions for her and she answered all of them thoroughly and went through all of the phones with me that I was looking at. She helped me pick out all of my accessories and gave me plenty of options to choose from. She went through all of the pricing with me and explained everything to me very well. By far THE BEST experience I have ever had buying a phone. If you come here to purchase a phone or any electronic, definitely ask for Lisa!!

Im not doing business with this store . Wasnt going to buy anything because I have a phone company but my wife had to look at a new phone and wanted me to go into this store with her and I had to leave because they told me there was a certain amount of people they could have in the store which there was barley anyone in the store

The Verizon store was kinda small and the parking lot was also very small. But I was pleasantly surprised to come into the comfortably heated Verizon store. Now since I came to get my brother a early birthday present. I couldnt decide on a phone to get so I asked one of their employees (Sorry forget his name) who was super kind showed me all their phones and got my a black friday discount, I dont know how but he did. Would go there for headphones, pop sockets, and ect.
The only reason I give this store two Stars is because the store in Tahoe is worse and will price gouge you. Be careful doing business here. Every time I have been here they give me wrong information and can not be trusted!!!

Rated one star, because there wasnt anything less. I drove 60 miles out of my way Christmas Eve to buy a phone, I tried calling first line was busy, check their internet page to see what time they were closing, it said 7:00 and no other documentation. I arrived at 4 p.m. as they were closing the door was shut in my face, the young man who did that was rude I will not ever recommend this corporate store! Ive been a Verizon customer for 17 years I did not appreciate the way I was treated. After driving an hour for a gift for my wife. As a small business owner I never turn away customers is there are the lifeblood it keeps my business alive. Maybe the owner manager or supervisor should instill that value to their employees
Actually not bad. We waited in line for quite awhile. As I think they just got bombarded. But service was great and we were pleased with the help we received! Great job

AWESOME customer service! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Went in 2 weeks before my upgrade was due because I shattered the screen on my old phone (I know, only 2 weeks left and I drop and break it...... sigh) and they told me that there was nothing that they could do in store because the manage could not authorize an early upgrade. BUT...... the service rep helping me, suggested I call corporate and explain to them how close I was to my upgrade date and see if they could do anything for me. The lady on the phone talked to her manager and said they could only authorize the upgrade if I ordered it over the phone (no big deal right? Still setting my upgrade early so I was still pleased). I told her I would have to call her back because I wanted to go into the store to look at which phone I wanted. I walk into the store and the same guy walks up to help me and says Looks like they worked it out for you huh? Confused, I asked what he meant. He said he remembered my number and punched it in when I walked in the door and the system now says Im available for my upgrade. SO AWESOME! Had he not suggested to call customer service, I would have just waited the 2 weeks without a phone. Would 1,000,000% recommend this store to ANYONE looking for a phone or tablet.

I had to wait Nearly 30 minutes to be helped during which time I had to go 2 doors down to use a restroom. When I explained the double tap on my phone wasnt working literally said Mine doesnt do that either. Gave up on that, but the problem with my screen staying dark during a phone call so that I cant switch to speaker phone he said Well its not dark now. And I literally had to show him where the settings button was. He knew nothing and was no help. Huge waste of time. Just Google your questions. It will save time and be more effective.
For cellular service Verizon is the only place to go. Ask for Ms. Brooks there and experience the definition of great customer service. Actually, all the service assistants are great but she does set the bar.

While the store owners reply below is acknowledged I respectfully being a 20yr, 2mo LOYAL CUSTOMER and having followed all attempts to resolve my husbands device issues You Are Now Patronizing Me. Last call to your Tech Support 12/06, rep, Kee, telling me to disable the contiguous updates - FYI look at the manual and the cell settings, YOU CANT DISABLE The Updates. She told me she would get back to me in 30 mins and I NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN. Please despite these issues I still remain a loyal Verizon customer and look to you to address the issues on this device your store sold us. Also, be advised, that during these contiguous 24/7 hourly updates he cant even call 911. I look forward to your reply and resolution and only at your Verizon Victra Authorized Retailer Store.Ill start with DONT GO THERE. The sales rep sold my husband a cell model that is being discontinued/unsupported and did so with no conscience. As a result, his cell does continual updates through-out the day/night that while updating for more than 10 minutes+ prevent him from receiving and/or calling out. If you want honest and good service go to Victra Verizon Authorized Retailer.
The girl was very helpful she even done her darndest to get us two phones that we could afford and she did it so I cant say anything bad about Verizon and as far as a service part I have not had any problems with my phone or Internet
I have been with Verizon since 2003. Pretty much problem free all these years. Until NOW. We ordered a new phone up-graded our plan to unlimited data and a free VR. All went fine in the store. Now they are saying they could not verify, and they said they send me an E-Mail. Looked....No E-mail other than the order was cancelled. Nothing on my phone, no calls. Now. What I would like to know is...When a mistake is made on your part, is it common practice to put it back on the customer so you dont look bad? Why do you say you sent E-Mails when you didnt, why do you say you called when you didnt. If you say you called, why didnt you leave a message...no messages. When we come into the Topsy Lane office in Carson City today at 5:30...I really do expect that you make this right and honor all that we set up previously. If you dont. We will be happy to end our 14 year relationship with Verizon and go to a different carrier. Thank you Richard St.Clair.

Fantastic service, Paul was very helpful however the item that I needed and wanted was really expensive. I need to give it some thought if I can really afford that.

Store staff is grossly understaffed, so expect long waits....You can forget ever calling to ask a simple question, calls are ALL forwarded to the national Verizon call centers, long, long wait times. Horrible Customer Support Logistics....plan on a half days time to do ANYTHING with Verizon. Sad.

SHE HAD ONE JOB!!!!!!!!! I attempted to call the Verizon store. After a phone tree from hell I got to Verizon corporate call center, who forwarded me to the store. I confirmed she had the sim card needed for my phone. I then took an extended lunch from my job to get the sim card.At this time I should mention Im on my in-laws family plan, and I never was put on the account as an authorized user, since any time I have an issue I call him and its fixed by him.So I go to get the sim card (in-law lives out of state). The woman gets the sim card, puts in on the counter, and enters numbers into her tablet. Im assuming its good to go - she only told me that it was and put it in my phone for me. Why should I think its bad?Fast forward to tonight. The in-law went to activate my new phone and transfer over my data - right now I feel I should mention hes done this for me once before, and for customers countless times.And guess what? The sim card is bad. So I have a $250 paperweight because the chick had ONE JOB and couldnt do that right. Hes mailing me another, just in case I cant take another hour out of my day for someone at the store to hopefully do their damn job and give me a working sim card.*************UPDATEI went into the store today, got another sim card. Didnt work. Went back a third time, and thats when they went ahead and looked in their system and discovered that I needed an NFC sim. I didnt know that, I just knew the type of phone it was for and told them every time. Now I know in the future to have them look it up first.
