This is truly a very deceptive company or their employees are just totally inept. I was told many things on the phone when I going to change to T Mobile, I was going to get a $250 gift card, my bill would be around $75 and they would pay off my old phone. The gift card was just a lie and do was the total of my bill. Well over $100 for one line. Been over a week and I still don’t have my money back fir the phone I paid taxes on. Don’t use this company, things might sound good but in all reality they are not.

I was recognized when I entered, thank you. However, the 3 associates were busy with customers. Being kinda disabled I got tired of standing. I finally sat down. After an unseemly wait, I left. This never happened to me before & Ive been with T-Mobile since 2003. Perhaps I chose the wrong time of day?

I received the best customer service at this Sprint store. The manager Ryan Martinez took the time to listen to what I needed (I wanted to keep my simple old flip phone although it had tape on the back to hold it together.) Instead of trying to sell me a more sophisticated phone he advised that my phone would most likely last a lot longer. I am so grateful that he was honest and didnt try to sell me a phone that had more features that I do not want. So when my old flip phone does come to the end of its long long life, I will go to Ryan to get a replacement, knowing he will sell me what I need, a simple phone.

Worst experience of my life when trying to simply upgrade. I dread the fact that I am ready to upgrade and this is the only store I have access to. First off, Ashley the salesperson is a total Millennial and greeted me with totally cool and so sick. When it came time for the hard questions it was a blank stare. I chose the phone that I wanted and I was told to disable my password in order to transfer my photos, contacts etc. She told me how to do it and said it would take about an hour and I should go get some lunch while it transferring. I took my lunch and came back to her saying, “oops you didn’t delete your password and I couldn’t transfer your information, sorry”. At this point I was told that the wait would be around 3 hours. I unfortunately had to get confrontational with the employees until a nice gentleman apologized for his “retarded” coworker, in his words not mine. Although I would use his words to describe my experience. He ended up sending me on my way with great knowledge to complete my transfer. I would not recommend going to this store. It’s an easier experience buying from the maker of the phone and skipping the hassle of dealing with the “salesperson”.

Was helped by a Max E. Super helpful and friendly! I went in confused about what my plan was and how to upgrade. I left knowing all about my plan, and with a new phone. He really went above and beyond and made me feel like he really wanted to help. He wasn’t pushy at all. Really patient. I would absolutely recommend sprint to my friends after this, just because of the customer service and Easy upgrade.

The phone service with sprint sucks bad. The customer service is horrible over the phone, the guys in the store are cool and probably the only good thing about sprint. Ooh and the bill is ridiculously high for no good reason.

I have to take the time to thanks this guy Max at the Carson store. I am en antertainer on tour and my phone is extremelly necessary for my bookings, but today it will just not work for some reason, so i needed to change the chip to an old phone i had.What captivated my attention about this guy is that i showed up at 9.40 am not knowing that the opening hour was 10 am, i walked back to the car thinking on waiting but i guess he thought i was leaving because he actually came outside to granted me and let me know they will be opening pretty soon. When i went inside 10.03 they already had 3 people inside and i thought on a long waiting, but this guy was so welcoming that right away he changed my chip and i was on my way supper soon. Sprint service is very. Poor. They dont answer phone calls and when they do they disconnect. Solde service when they have no towers in my area. Store staff very pleasant but the corporate service side is severely lacking in customer concern.

They have the worst customer service. They dont even greet you or acknowledge you when you walk in the door. They had me waiting for 45 minutes because they were too busy with another customer. Not a word was said to me the whole 45 minutes I was standing there.

I have had sprint for over 10 years now... this store is ridiculous, and has been for a couple of years now! And what a RIP OFF, I have always upgraded my phone every 2 years with no problems! Now you have to pay out the ass for your new phone or lease it! What fresh hell is that about.. needless to say after paying out the ass for the last 10 years you will no longer be seeing my money soon! I will be getting a new phone carrier that is not a RIP OFF! YOU GUYS HAVE TURNED INTO NOTHING BUT CROCKS!

Switched to Sprint service from Verizon earlier this month. Worst signal ever as I couldnt use the service at all. Everywhere me and my family went our phones wouldnt work unless connected to WiFi in town, even then it was slow and uncooperative.Most places our phones had weak signal and said LTE Roaming not connected to Sprint network and ever since we got our phones they say were over our data limit when we are on 60 gb unlimited plan per device and weve been unable to use the data except from popular city areas and WiFiAlso, the Moto phones they gave our kids are already dieing just a couple weeks after getting them and the iPhone they gave my wife hasnt worked at all hardly.My CAT phone says LTE R every where or zero bars 3g and can not connect to Sprint .Went into store they said no manager working so Im dealing with this longer.They said theyd have a manager call us but I dont even get service so how will I know since Sprint phones wont receive texts or voicemail if on Roam.On Verizon we had 8 devices on unlimited and military discount and the total was same what Sprint is charging us for only 4 devices that we cant even use.Total ripoff.

Account rep was a fast talker and very misleading. I was told I could update my service for a few extra dollars per month, add a line, add a new phone for what I was paying currently for our service. Received the bill and there was a $70.00 increase which I do not consider a few dollars.

HUGE MISTAKE ! ! Just got off the phone with Sprint ( who claimed to cut my bill in half ? ) What a joke. First month 25.00 second 68.00 now its 78.00 and I am past the 28 day s so if I cancel or attempt to they will charge me 650.00. Sprint lied and their customer service people are rude. DO NOT HAVE ANY FAITH IN HONESTY WITH SPRINT WHAT SO EVER.

Have been a sprint customer for 15yrs....the people that work there.... Have NO idea what they are doing.... They will tell u anything. Seriously the only thing that store is good for is to purchase a phone or buy iPhone items or Samsung items they cater to literally nothing else... I own a HTC phone no product for my phone even though I have bought and upgraded my HTC about 4 times from there...they cant help u with any problems with ur phone unless minor and if ur actually lucky enough to find someone that knows what they are doing....dont hold ur breath....sorry but true.....and there is one guy in there that has been there for several yrs that knows absolutely nothing about phones and is extremely rude and has been reprimanded by management for his behavior towards myself...

This store is a joke! They go back on there word and they do not help existing customers. They are only in it for the sale. My new Samsung Galaxy has not worked right since the day I got it and they refuse to help because I didnt purchase there warranty. Bluetooth connections are not a part of the warranty, it is a function on of the phone! Avoid the store if at all possible!

Most employees there are unhelpful, and unknowable unless youre going to buy a new phone. Ive had my last bad experience there. I will never set foot in that Sprint Store again even when its time to purchase a new phone.

The wait time was extremely long and some of the people being helped were there for bill payment issues that should be handled over the phone not in a store but clearly T-mobile customer service on by phone is still very poor which is why I was in the store. The country is short staffed thanks to a government that made it easier for lazy people to be lazy but I digress. I waited for my turn for some questions I wanted to ask in person not to a CS agent on the phone. I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledgeable answers and suggestions I received. While I was annoyed by the 45 minuets I waited for 10 mins of information it was in the end worth it. The employees at the shop were giving each customer in turn their undivided attention. 4 stars because the wait was a little long.
