This store has not been open this week yet, nor have calls been answered; voice mail is apparently not set up. We have a medical emergency in our family, and the sick person was desperate to get his phone fixed. After waiting for hours, calling, and returning the next day, we gave up and found a highly-recommended local repair shop that fixed the phone. Theres a lawsuit in this one, due to the critical need our sick person has for his phone and the complete inability to contact this store, or the new owners, T-Mobile, online or by phone. AVOID T-MOBILE AT ALL COSTS.

The young man in the store was very helpful and gave me a great deal. Metro/Tmobile needs to improve service tho.

I dont like posting negative things, but the woman working here this morning with her better than thou attitude deserves this post. I simply asked a couple general questions, one which was if she carried a screen protector for my phone, to receive her answers with spite and disrespect. I suggest hiring someone who is happy being there

Absolutely the worse. Had a device asked about activating. I was not an existing customer and clearly she did not want to set up a new account Woman had nothing but attitude. Rude. Inconsiderate. Fire this excuse for a human being. Other people more than capable of doing the job that clearly she does not want.Cricket took care of me.

I am concerned about this place.I bought a supposedly brand new stylo 6 here. It came with pre installed apps .The pre installed face book showed my friend suggestions and requests not local but from unknown people from the middle east? I took phone back in and wanted to know if it was brand new.I was told yes it was. had other issues and took it in again and was told that I had to pay the deducible

I got there about 5 minutes before they were supposed to open. I waited 35 minutes and still no one showed up to open the store. I had to leave because I had another appointment that I was going to be late for. There were 4 other people also waiting for them to open, when I finally left. I have no idea how long it took for them to finally open the store.

How do you say you are open at noon on a Sunday and nobody is there to help the customers. How does a company survive with such bad customer service.

Worst service ever. Came in to by two phones and the 2 girls that were in there acted like we were bothering them. Had attitude the whole time we were in there. The bad part is there was no one else in there so it wasnt like they were busy. We ended up leaving without buying anything. We have had metro for a long time and this was the worst customer service we have ever had. Also if youre going to require masks you might want to make them available to buy or use at the store. I can see why there werent any customers in there.

Young man helped me with a technical issue and is very professional despite having rude anti maskers screaming at him.

The girl was very helpful knowledgeable of helping me with my issue at the store on hwy 50 Carson city Nv.

The absolute worst service and laziest, least helpful customer service in comparable market. Priced and paid for a plan on to find out months later my service plan was modified to lower bandwidth plan without my consent. Avoid this terrible compost all costs.

Arrived at the store a little after noon. Nice looking store, functional lay out and clean. Wait time was less than 4 minutes. Unfortunately the model phone we were looking for was out of stock. The employee was helpful called other stores looking for the model took our number down and said he would contact us when they arrive later.

Do not go to this store. The employees are rude and lazy. They also need more information on there products before telling a customer they dont know what they are talking about.

Just got our kids their first phone lines. The sales associate, Sean was great from start to finish. Great deals and customer service.

The workers at the metro pcs on William Street are so helpful! I go in there for any issue with my phone and they fix it right away!! Im on the family plan when 4 lines and we pay $160 a month which isnt bad. The phone service itself is actually really good for prepaid, i get service almost everywhere including driving through the mountains!

Terrible customer service and cell service if you want to spend your whole day waiting for your internet to load pages and call customer service to get no service then go ahead and waste your money but be prepared to be frustrated Im cancelling after this month.

Worst service I’ve ever seen. Friday, Jan 4 2019 at just before noon.The loan clerk, was in slow motion. People were piled up waiting to get helped. Didn’t even acknowledge us. Apparently, she’s an hourly employee, would clearly have starved to death if she was on commission. Finally, walked out and found somewhere else to get my phone. Apparently also too lazy to unlock both of the front doors, a clear violation of fire laws and would bring a big instant fine if the fire marshal ever finds it this way.

Were out of stock for the phone I wanted or any other good phone, was not much help when I asked if there was another store near by that might have the phone I wanted in stock.

Person was knowledgeable about phones and questions I need anwsered.

The lady is prejudice against white people

Unhelpful and didnt seem to care only interested in trying to upsell me on a new phone...

They are supposed to be opened at 10 am and it is 10:30 am and still no one here. I have called two other locations and no answer. There are four other people outside waiting for them to come and open up. Very dissatisfied with this company.
