Gamestop has gone downhill.Never can tell if theyll actually be open. They dont leave signs to say if they are closing on a day they are supposed to be open and no voicemail to warn you if you call. Customer service at corporate doesnt care either. Save your energy and go to Best Buy or downtown to Retro Replay.

Normal store. Wish they had more retro games.

I went to pickup my online order at 11:35 and they are still not open. 🙃 If you can’t keep employees on staff then you should change the hours to reflect when you are open. Now I’ll probably have to cancel my order because I need to go to work.

The absolute worst GameStop in the history of stops for gamers. The manager is insanely rude and does not belong in customer service. His assistant obviously takes her cues from the incredibly inept manager, thusly resulting in a customer relations nightmare.I drove an hour to pick something up I ordered for store pick-up online, after I spoke with the lady on the phone at the site (whom stated she, in fact, was the manager) and would have my item waiting for me at the door upon my arrival. When I pulled in, not only did they not have the item, but the real manager stated that if I did not like how they did business I shouldnt shop there any more. I level-headedly asked him to refund my money and promptly left to go buy my item at Walmart. Today, a box showed up on my doorstep. It was the item that they did not have to give me after they told me was physically in their hands, after I paid for it, after I drove an hour to pick it up, and after the lady confirmed in-store pick-up over the phone. Ultimately, no requested refund was given after I decided to take the thoughtlessly rude managers suggestion and shop elsewhere. The item was shipped through no request of my own under my online GameStop account that clearly stated for in-store pick-up.HAThis would be absolutely hilarious if not for the way the two staff members treated me when they made the mistake; not I.I would keep this item, but theres no way in hell that my money is going towards that store, nor that managers bonus. Sending back promptly and I want my heckin refund!!!

One of the worst places to go. They wont take any returns they wont even take credit for any console because they think that the covid19 virus is on Xboxes and PlayStations that youve had for a long time now. What a joke they are all a joke.

Great little store for games. They have a great Shelton of new and used games at a reasonable price. I also like that powerup membership thing where they give you the free game after so many purchases, and the powerup discount.The employees here seem to be younger gamers so they can answer just about any questions you have concerning the games, and theyre really nice.

Super helpful and patient staff when I visited with a hyper child, lol. They answered all questions, gave solid guidance. Decent prices. Couldnt ask for more.

Pretty disappointing experience. For a small business in a small community, probably should look at the way customer experience is handled at this store. Might be like Toys r us and be gone soon. Came in to purchase a game and controller for my sons xbox. Saw an ad last night on my email for a game for $10 that my son wanted to purchase but couldnt afford. So, since it was on sale I figured I would surprise him. So, I guess the sale ended last night. I asked the 2 employees if they could honor the price. So, rather than say yes (earn a $10 game plus a $80 controller sale), they said nope. I asked again in the name of customer service. Both them said no together. Mind you I had not asked about the controller and this interaction happened in about 2 mins. So, I said great customer service guys and walked out. The would rather say no to a $15 discount which you were giving all week then take a $100 sale. Good luck on that business model. Best part of the story...went down the street to Best Buy. They not only price match your ad but the controller was $10 cheaper. Thanks Best Buy for a great customer experience.

Very rude employment, I went in to sell my old x box items, after calling to confirm, and after being told I can get 13 dollars, tax made it 4 dollars. I am very shocked at the rudest and unenthusiastic employees inside. not going back.

For some reason this store is ALWAYS busy/crowded. Maybe because its in the shopping center with Walmart and Best buy and a Starbucks across the street. The staff for the most part is nice enough, but still this isnt the biggest location and you can count on them for your new releases and new games, but the pre owned selections here are not the best.

Recently bought a few games and not one of them works. I went to get my money back and they would only give me not even half of what I paid. Needless to say Im never buying games here again. The place is a rip off anyways and they will be lucky if they dont burn to the ground one day.

Usual overpricing on most every item, even clearance, the store was under construction by the staff on hand, and they were juggling that with trying to help customers. Staff was great, but the store itself was pretty gross.

Employee was very rude and impatient when I asked a simple question for a game. Felt uncomfortable being in the store so I quickly left.

Worst gamestop I have ever been to. The employees dont acknowledge you enter and world rather gossip with each other. No knowledge regarding games and releases. I would rather go to wal-mart to find my games. Horrible experiences.

The staff is helpful. Over the phone service cant be any better in this store. Usually I dread phone calls, but this store makes it really simple and have answers.
