My father and I visited this AT&T store because we needed to update his 3G phone. A representative by the name of Aaron Russell assisted us and he was great! Very personable, knowledgable and professional. Because the 3G phone is currently functionable, we will be returning to this location in December and purchasing new phones for five family members. We have visited this location several times and always had a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

We came in on March 2, 2021 to purchase a couple of Apple Watches. Rob and Teddy were absolutely wonderful in assisting my daughter and I. Super knowledgeable and friendly. They explained the product, made sure we had insurance on all of our devices and assisted in making sure our bill was correct. Absolutely satisfied with customer service. Happy to be an ongoing ATT customer for more years to come!!!
I was lied to about the cost of switching plans. I was lied to about the billing. I was lied to about the new phone. Horrible!!! We have been with ATT for at least 15 years. The sales people were so deceitful. Will probably change providers. Shame on ATT!

Went to switch services to put my mother and father on my account, change a few things on my account, purchase 3 phones and upgrade my own. Katrina Morales, Retail Sales Consultant, provided top dollar service and answered every question with informative answers. Though she was working with myself, she was very attentive to the customers walking into the store and handled everything with ease and had everyone set in line. She had a very good tone, attitude was on point, and made the visit the easiest big transaction I’ve dealt with going to AT&T. Previously had talked on the phone with someone in the same store and the rep i spoke with had the complete opposite demeanor. Highly recommend working with Katrina Morales and Jason Martinez, those two have always been the best to deal with in this store.

I went to the Carson City AT&T store after getting frustrated with phone calls to the AT&T 800 number in trying to set up my Apple Watch on Cellular. Thanks to Associate Cameron who listened to my sad story and understood enough that even though I did not purchase my Apple watch at their store, I was still their AT&T customer for my Cell phone.Cameron was not only professional and friendly but restored my faith in customer service.Cameron went above and beyond to get my Apple watch paired up properly with my AT& cell phone.If there were 10 stars I would give 10 stars. Thanks again and when I upgrade my phone, I will definitely use the Carson City store.

Literally the worst. I went in a couple months ago to do some changes on my plan; was told it was notated so when I come in, the next representative would be able to assist. I come in 3 months later, was helped by the MANAGER who couldnt do anything. I was told the notes disappear in 30 days... makes no sense. Then I was told he couldnt help me and I had to call. Mind me, I explained this to him before when I went in on my lunch, he told me to come back it would take 10 minutes ALL for me to just sit there and hear him assist a customer on the phone. Also, he didnt call customer service for me. The manager wasted my time, his, and other people waiting in line. Managers name is Danny.

I’ve always been impressed by this location. The team members are so willing to help and accomplish what you need to do. But once in awhile you find somebody who really captures the essence of ATnT. Lloyd was so pleasant to speak with and made the transaction so effortless and seamless it was like time stopped. The conversation was well balanced and his personality was addictive. I truly enjoyed my experience buying my new phone because of Lloyd.
My family and I had the best experience at the AT&T store on Highway 50 in Carson thanks to Katrina. We had been in a couple of times trying to find the best solutions for new phones and transferring / adding a new line. Both times Katrina was patient, helpful and attentive to our needs. Our situation had its unique challenges and Katrina handled it with the utmost professionalism. Can’t say enough good things about her customer service and expertise.Thank you Katrina!

I have been purchasing iPhones since the first one came out ..So yes a lot of phones, and last night Tyler made it the best experience we’ve ever had. We literally had a blast purchasing our phones and he knew exactly how to answer all the questions, transferred all our numbers, installed screen covers and we left feeling completely satisfied!

Ive had so many issues with ATT in the last two months. I am an authorized person on the account and my name on the account was input incorrectly. I have gone in two times for this same issue and when I went in today to fix an issue on my hill, they told me YET AGAIN that I am not an authorized person on the account. Then the lady walked away and said sorry, nothing she could do... Ive taken time out of my day three times now for the same issue. Not to mention that they lied to me about service charges that would be applied and the compatibility of my new Apple Watch to my iPhone when they are not on the same account. This caused me to open a new account for the watch to find out that I had to add my iPhone to it for it to work at all. This store seems to be lacking in product knowledge and customer service. Something needs to change or they will be losing customers..
Not happy at all. Stop by this morning to upgrade my wife’s phone. We walked in and gave are name and phone number. The greeter ask us to wait in the car and we would be next. We said not a problem. After we watched three families walking in. We decided to go back in and ask what the heck?!? And now there’s a new greeter and he apologize and said that were next. We left and not be going back. We received a text 90 minutes after. : l

Due to a month long unresolved issue related to an undelivered iphone & iwatch that we ordered early Dec of last year, we were about ready to leave AT&T. The multiple visits that we made to other stores & very frustrating calls to customer service compounded our dissatisfaction. How hard is it to fix orders that was delivered to the wrong address & which were already charged to one’s account? We also were frustrated at an ongoing billing issue that service reps have promised to fix but was never really resolved. Then we somehow found this store & were pleasantly surprised at how fast, efficient & friendly the service was! Cameron, the sales representative & Rod, the asst manager, were very patient, knowledgeable & competent.We couldn’t believe how they were able to resolve the issue not only related to our undelivered orders but also our unreconciled billing issue. The visit was short, productive and, more importantly, restored our loyalty with AT&T. Very happy & grateful customers here.

We came in to upgrade a phone that we had looked at online. We told the salesman what we wanted, and that we wanted to trade in the old phone to receive the deal that was shown online. He informed us we may need to change to an unlimited plan to get the deal, which we wanted to hear more about. We turned down all insurance plans, to which he seemed annoyed. He processed the transaction and sent us on our way. We asked what our bill would look like and he gave us a very vague estimate. I then asked how we go about trading in the phone, to which he said the instructions are online. We left feeling very unsatisfied with our interaction. I decided to chat with customer service to see what this salesman had done. He did not change our plan, so we would not have received the deal that we wanted. He also added the insurance and protection plans. We had to have the customer service rep give us info about how to trade in our current phone, take the insurance off and update our service. We will not be back to this store ever!

After being warned by multiple people not to switch to at&t I understand what they mean! This store has horrible customer service. After finally being acknowledged as a customer ( took plenty long to even be recognized by the staff and once they were free from customers they walked away from me) I was reprimanded for not being on the list;however, I needed a representative to put my name on the list. I headed to the other at&t store in Carson on topsy lane where I actually received good customer service. I will never waste my time at this store again.

Poor, Poor customer service. I have always liked this location. Always helpful managers. Well things have changed. My grandaughter, who is listed on the account, went into the store today to question the latest bill. The MANAGER (who was very rude)would not talk to her, stating she was not authorized. Real odd, she just bought a new phone a month ago and was never questioned.Any questions in prior years, I received a call verifing authorizations. I guess it depends on if you are spending money or just trying to get information. I have been a customer of AT&T for over 25 years. This ishow a company can lose a customer real quick.

Everyone was pleasant and while I don’t remember all the names, Danny was the manager, but Juliana is the one who worked with me for over 2 hours answering all my thousand questions.

Katrina was absolutely wonderful. I called with a really old phone and after we visited she knew exactly what I was needing without a big sales pitch. I have a new phone and new service with AT&T and Im so greatful for all her help.
I ordered an iPhone 12 pro and was told it would only take 12-14 days. My current phone is broken and I originally had planned to get the 11, but since I was told the 12 would only take 12-14 days, I ended up ordering that one. First of all, I am COMPLETELY understanding of the fact that with Covid and the holidays, things are backed up. But when I went to check the estimate the next day on my order, it said I wouldn’t get it until January 6th. I would have just ordered the 11 and left with it that same day. When I called this store that I ordered it from to figure out why I was quoted 12 days, and was now seeing it was going to take a little over 7 weeks, the girl I spoke with, I believe her name was Viola, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I never once was expressing any frustration with her. I was very polite. I told her I was concerned about the wait because my own phone was broken and she completely brushed me off. She told me the 12 days is an estimate and basically couldn’t help me. I tried to ask questions about my options because I really need a phone, and was a little upset I was told such a short time in comparison to what the new estimate was, and instead of helping me she cut me off and told me to have a good day and hung up. She was one of the rudest, most unhelpful customer service reps I’ve ever spoken to. I work in customer service and healthcare. I completely understand things happen and things are crazy right now especially with covid, and that shipping times may change. But the way this employee handled my questions and frustration was totally unacceptable. I’ve been a customer for a long time. And I spent a lot of money on this phone, the least I would expect is decent customer service.

Out of the thousands of people I’ve met in my life only a handful of individuals have made a lasting impact. The truly remarkable trait that separates these individuals is their ability to never take no for an answer.After visiting five separate stores I was repeatedly told that the following requests were not possible:1. Merge two separate phone numbers onto one device.2. Connect my phone line to my personal computer so I would have the ability to take calls on it (essentially, installing a hotspot).As a new business owner it was essential to have this done in order to run my daily tasks effectively.Andrea Ballesteros is only one of 10 individuals, among five different locations, who chose to take up the challenge. She tackled both requests with professionalism and poise. Though she did not immediately know the answers to my questions, she researched and executed the needed task to fulfill my request.After this experience, I am committed to bringing all future business to her and this location.

On 7/26 I traded in my Galaxy 6 and got a Galaxy 8. Had great service, easy and payments on bill stayed the same. Today 7/27, I went in to inquire about a case to put my phone in. It took him a while to see they were right in front of him. There were only three to choose from and all black! I asked him why nothing to choose from and he said well the galaxy 8 is two years old now and if you werent so cheap and got a newer version phone, I would be able to have my choice of cases! I couldnt believe he said that too me and how rude! In front of a lot of people. Then he said if I wanted one of those cases he pulled, I would have to pay $50 to $100! Are you kidding me? I have been a customer for over five years with them!! I should of gotten a better deal on the phone too! I can go to Amazon and get a case for under $20. They lost a sale by letting a long time customer walk out the door. He actually said good when I was leaving.. way to treat your customers AT&T. Think I will start looking at other carriers after that service.
